I ordered the tata voltas air cooler but i received the wrong product orient air cooler when i am trying to replace their is no return policy in the order paytm mall. I call'd and mailed so many times to paytm mall but no one responding (Reference no.:[protected]

What paytm is trust or fake company i am asking no one response properly already so many days over is paytm is checking or not through seller sending right product or not

I need a replacement & compensation regarding this so many days took to resolve the problem

      I booked train ticket at 12 oct 2017 from paytm but is failed and my money is deducted my bank account and i got msg ur money is added in your paytm wallet..
      From paytm i got msg your money is added but it not shows in my account...
      Plz resolve my problem

          Recently on 23 september i ordered 5 products from paytm and paid ₹49 delivery charge for each item but paytm delivered all 5 products in just two packaging.. When i told them if you delivered all 5 products in two packaging then why did you took delivery charges for 5 packages.. They said they will refund my money but it's been 7 days they didn't refund my money

              I ordered a ladies bag one month back which had 15 percent cashback, paytm gave me the cash back but the product never arrived. I have not got my money back either the order no was [protected] order placed on 15 sept. My sugesstion to all dont buy at paytm buy on flipkart or amazon or otherswho give cod facility ie pay when the product is delivered.
              They dont even have a customer service no where u can speak to someone. Just recorded messages. So dont buy dont buy at paytm

                I am the paytm user no. [protected] and i use paytm wallet to fill fuel on 01/10/2017 at hemkunt automobiles petrol pump, lonawala. Order no. #qe60dce96292bfe44e. I pay 1000/- ruppes to aforesaid dealer but he is not receive the amount msg or amount therefore i pay 1000/- cash to him.

                I request you to repay the amount to my paytm wallet as early as possible.

                  When i have transacted my money from my bank [union bank of india] to paytm. The transaction was succesful from the bank but the amount doesnot reached to my paytm wallet. My paytm no. Is [protected].
                  The date of transaction was of 10 october 2017 at 6;30 p. M. The amount of the transaction was 1800 rupees of indian currency. It is my humble request from paytm to refund my money back into my bank or paytm wallet as fast as possible...

                        After online delivery, i wanted to return one glass bowl since it was much bigger than advertised, so i asked for a return pickup.
                        The pickup guy came and asked my old parents for a "set" of glass bowl. My parents said they have only recd one bowl.. They however added that they have recd a copper glass from amazon.. They don't know the diff between amazon and paytm..

                        This pickup guy asked them to show it and then said he's supposed to pickup both and took back both the glass bowl and the copper glass.

                        I have been following the matter up with the paytm team but no response or the response that they are looking into the matter has been happening for past 6 days.

                        To Add I have been trying to call their delhi number but it keeps going to an IVR. Holding the phone for 30mins no representative comes online. Have called them 5 times..
                        I have been asking them to call me but that also not happening..

                          Paytm — money send to wrong number to be reverted

                          Dear sir
                          I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [protected].
                          And after it was sent i called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as i transferred amount from paytm wallet not from bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal.
                          Paytm need to respond and got t my money back.
                          I am disappointed as i got no reply yet. It's an issue to be dealt early.

                          Transaction details: which need to be cancelled and amount to be reverted.

                          That mobile number: [protected] (No one picks the call and when he takes call he just cut the call and not giving back means but declines my request in paytm for getting cash back)

                            Dear team i am issue with the transactions done on 6th october 2017 to 11th october 2017, i have done a transaction using qr code of my wallet on the said dates, as the amount is not credited in my wallet and payment of other end is success where as the amount is not credited in my bank a. C or wallet till date

                            And

                            Iam raise an issue in paytm help& support but they didn't gave any response to me.

                            Please clear the issue as soon as possible.

                              Hope you doing well!! I really admire you for the success story of one97 and Paytm. I am your one of loyal consumer and use lot of services provided by your app.

                              Today, I had a bad experience which I would like to share with you. So that better consumer experience can be achieved.

                              I purchased LG LED TV costing ₹ 67859. But I am really depressed, when I saw the damaged product inside. You can really understand that it’s a huge amount for me and lot of emotions are attached. I tried the call centre numbers from approximately 2 hours, but there is no response from the call centre.                                 With refrence to the above subject, i got 1 email from paytm on 6/10/2017, that your mobile number moved to another account, and one of my frnd trfd me 7000rs and now i m unable to access that balance. I got email that i have recived amt, but its not showing in my wallet.

                                  It is very unethical that just because i ordered a non - returnable product, paytm considers delivering defective piece to me. Even after sending multiple online compliant through their portal etc none is being adhered to. Apart from this, they do not even consider a professional courtesy to atleast acknowledge on the mails which are continuously being sent by me.
                                  Neither i get a number through which i can talk with their cs executive / manager to better explain my issue with the product. This is just an example of how important do this e portal considers after sales service!!!

                                    I ordered 321 liter refrigerator from paytm and they delivered me 275 liter refrigerator. I immediately submit request for refund but i did not get any response from them. Customer support keep saying that we are waiting for seller's response and not providing any time line for product return. I am frustrated now, please suggest me what to do now.

                                      I booked two ticket, rate of ticket is 1389 so 1389 * 2 = 2778 rs.

                                      But 3204 rs was deducted from my account, i need[protected] = 426 rs cashback which was deducted more with respect to my ticket.

                                        I ordered earphones from Paytm last month on 24th Oct it's been more than a half month now I haven't received it yet again the stupid delivery guy said he'll deliver to me after 2days yet he was close to my house this the service you provide where you charge 100rs extra just for a delivery
