I bought parle bakesmith the english marie biscuits pack with valid paytm ₹18 cashback offer. I found the promo code inside the pack and then scanned the qr code given on the pack in paytm mall app. I was asked to enter the promo code and then when i try to submit it, it shows "invalid csrf token". I have correctly entered it and verified it around 10-20 times.
Email id registered with my paytm account is - [protected]@gmail.com
I am attaching the picture of promo code printed on the pack and screenshot of my phone when "code applied and then error shown" with this post. Check it and resolve my case asap.

    Hello sir, on[protected] i booked a ticket from bangalore to guntur from paytm. It shows the service and the ticket was booked, payment was done. On the date of journey i got the message that the source and destination was wrong according to what i was booked at the time of booking.in the paytm ticket it was clearly mentioned that the source was bangalore, but i got message that the pickup souce is near rayachur - shanthi nagar. The given bus service was not there from bangalore. Please check both issued ticket and sms.

        Booked 2 ticket through irctc and paid via paytm gateway. But after few i hv to cancelled it. Now the refund amount is transfered to paytmag bank. Why the refund went to paytmag bank. Why not in my bank from where i made payment. Its been more 10days of cancellation till now i hvnt received refund. Irctc saying we have refunded to ur account.
        Yeh mc bc paytmag bank sala kab refund krega. Aur sala paytmag ka konsa bank hain..

            This mail is sent regarding the inconvenience i am facing from 4-oct-2017.
            The issue is that i vinay singh transfered an amout of inr 574 from my paytm wallet to my bank account (A. C. No. [protected] bank name : sarva u. P gramin bank branch :paraspatti manjhwar distt:gonda 271403).
            Now my problem is that, because of paytm a well recognised e-commerce site which is unable to process that transaction from 4 oct till now (9 oct), and even my money is not reflected in bank account.
            I even had a conversation with a customer care executive and he is not able to deliver proper information and resolve my issue.
            If such things are gonna happen with the customer of well reputated site then how you guys are going to make trust among us.
            It's my request to reply asap and solve my issue (Maintain atomicity in trasaction).

              I ordered a printer from paytm website worth rs. 18, 048 and there was a cashback of rs. 4475 with promocode lit25. It has been 17 days from the date i received the product but not received the cashback and after contacting paytm customer care several times, there is no proper reply from their side and the agents there have no information and are not willing to help.
              I have done the transaction of whuch i have attached a screenshot but I haven't got any refunf refunf till now, it has almost been a week, please check it.

                        I order laptop using cash back code. Order placed but cash back offer not shows in my order details. So i called customer care person. He told me that due to some reason your cash back code will be not applied but we will manage it and your cash back will add to your account after 24 hrs of shipment. He send me email also regarding this issue with my complaint no.
                        After 3 days my shipment arrived at my doorstep. After that i want to contact paytm mall team for cash back issue. They didnt pick up my phone call or not give reply to my emails.
                        What can i do now?

Access 125 delivered by karad showroom but still my cash back is not received and also i tried customer support number but it's of no use..                                 I had cancelled ticket from samalkot(slo ) to secunderbad (sc) in IRCTC website which I paid amount through paytm. The amount 255 was refunded to Paytm account. But paytm didn't credit that money to my wallet. I had cancelled ticket on 27.9.2017 till now no money was credited to my account

                                      It is very regretful to say that people please don't use paytm for any kind of online transaction. It's a fake company never pick up calls at any cost giving fake issue i. E that wrong order id.

                                        We had ordered one HP Pavillion laptop with model number 15 au111tx.
                                        But received HP pavilion laptop with model number 15t-au100 CT0. This model is obsolete now and not in existence anymore.
