Hi.. This is with reference to my recent purchase with paytm. I have purchased an iphone 6 32gp in silver grey for the second time from paytm. The product was priced at rs. 27, 199 and as per the coupon available on 21st sept when i have placed the order the price was around rs.19, 699 after the application of the coupon. I received the product before time which is great but, i did not get the cashback. I have purchase it on emi so the cashback was supposed to be credited after tge completion of the return policy. I dropped several mails when i did not get the cashback and all i got in return was a system generated automated mail. And after send another 2or3 emails i was told that my complain was closed??? And i was still in dilemma if i am going to get the cashback or not so how could they close my complain. More than 2weeks have passes and i am still not getting any revert so i will surely lodge a complain now as this is very unfair because there are various offers on a lot of websites but people choose paytm because of the cashback schemes and if this is what we get in return??? Automated replies i mean nobody is even bothered to at least answer the questions. The code i applied was mob7500 which according to me was a fair deal that was the reason i shopped at paytm but.. This is ridiculous on their part. I would like to raise a complaint so that people suffer a little leas because obviously they are not going to stop here. I still expect them to at least pay an apology because the customer care is a team o[censored]ntrained staff who doesn't even know how to respond to a problem.
