    I regret to remind you that inspite of my repeated reminder­s to your fieldforce, my paytm account yet not been activated, i am a great fan n user of paytm, but unfortun­ately this incident is shattering my fai­th and confidence in your esteemed organ­isation, n the dream of our pm to make digital india. I am in regular touch of your field executive mr. Gaurav (Territory - ambala) his cell no [protected] from last 45 days but he is not able to solve the problem n every time he tried to escape n have no satisfactory answer.

      It is very regretful to say that people please don't use paytm for any kind of online transaction. It's a fake company never pick up calls at any cost giving fake issue i. E that wrong order id.
      I have rs 1718 in my wallet. Suddenly without any kind of information rs 908 has been deducted from my account. I have tried to call paytm care but they they didn't receive call only giving option.
      I have sent mails but did not get any response. My wallet txn i'd:[protected]

        We had ordered one HP Pavillion laptop with model number 15 au111tx.
        But received HP pavilion laptop with model number 15t-au100 CT0. This model is obsolete now and not in existence anymore.
        Have placed return and replacement request 6 days ago, but have received no response yet. Kindly request to take this on priority and help fix this ASAP.

          This is regarding the purchase of puma slippers named as puma men blue sneakers shoes in the app (Please find attached photo as attachment a) which was made via order no. [protected] through paytm application (Please find attached as attachment b) for rs. 699/- on 28th september 2017.

          The product was delivered on 6th october, 2017 and on 7th october, i had made a request for return for size change. But the person who came to collect denied it, saying the request is for shoes not for slippers. Ia m suffering because of the fault in the application that the slippers are named as shoes. I have tried to explain the person but it went in vain, now it has happened two times that the person has denied the collection.

          I have written two complaints in paytm app but there is no response (Please find attached as attachment c). The customer care number is not available for product regarding complaints. All these things are adding to the torture. Is this the customer care policy for your customers?

          Now it is requested to resolve the problem as soon as possible. It is causing so much of inconvenience.

              I am an nri working and residing in hong kong. I come to india 2-3 times a year to visit my family there. I had a mobile number in india (+91 [protected]) which i used to use only during my trips back home. I also installed 'paytm wallet' app on my mobile and registered this mobile number to use this app for digital payments.
              I used my international american express credit card (Issued in hong kong) to add money to paytm app.

              On my last trip to india (In sep'2017), i lost this mobile number (Misplaced the sim somewhere) and had to get a new mobile number. My new mobile number was - +91 [protected]. I again installed paytm app on my phone and registered my new mobile number with this app. But i know that i had account balance of few thousand rupees in paytm with my old registered mobile number. I contacted paytm to transfer the funds from my old registered mobile number to the new mobile number but they refused to do so in spite of me providing the following details -

              1. My old registered mobile number with paytm.
              2. My new mobile number registered with paytm.
              3. My paytm transaction statements with the old mobile number as they requested.
              4. All e-mail conversations with paytm happened using the registered e-mail address with them.

              They are now asking me to provide the credit card statement of the credit card which was used to deposit funds into the paytm wallet. This particular credit card is already cancelled in aug 2017 and i have taken up a new card.in this situation the credit card provider company cannot provide card statements for cancelled cards anymore.
              My funds in my old mobile number are now stuck with paytm and there is nothing i can do about it. This is deliberate tactics from paytm to block my funds in spite of me providing them all relevant details so that the funds can be transferred to my new mobile number. Please take action against these cheats making money in the name of "digital india" and duping customers like me through their ridiculous processes.

                Dear paytm,
                You should add some more products i. E branded like lakme lotus etc. And you should try to stock in the stock out product and you can add to app in which a coloumn should be created for feedback etc..
                Add a coloumn in app where people can tell you what they want.
                Hope you will understand and will take necessary action...

                  I have purchased a bag pack order no [protected] from paytm. The expected delivery date is 2-5 october after that i registered 4 complaints to paytm care. I call them so many times they told me that it will be delivered but they don't know how much time it will take or whether it will deliver or not. Today when i talk with every senior person of paytm every one disconnecting my call, giving rude answer. They don't even know what is the issue regarding order. It cost me loss of mobile balance, mental stress because of these issues im suffering too much. My paytm complaint no is 40036679. They are not taking it seriously.

When these money when I transfer to my bank account then money was redused in my paytm account . But money not add in my bank account . So pleace cheak these problem . My amount is 12965 .                         I had cancelled a ticket with pnr no. [protected] on 19 and 20 sept 2017 date of journey was 26th sept 2017. The amount was to be refunded within 3 to 4 days now irctc has shown refund sent to paytmsdk but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.
                        Cancellation id: [protected] and [protected].
                        Its been more than 19 days i need my refund back so please do the needful.

                            Hello I have added money from my axis bank account to my paytm wallet on 5th of October and money got deducted from bank but its not added into paytm wallet.
                            I waited for more then 48 hours but still the issue is not resolved
                            Seq no :[protected], and my mobile number is [protected].

                            Please resolve my issue and as soon as possible and send my money back to either my axis account or to my paytm wallet
                            I have paid the University fee of 9600/- rupees. The fee was not yet received by the University.

                              I have sincere customer of paytm for the last 3years but they didn't develop from their early stages... I placed an order and they sent me a different product as it was out of stock... I returned it... They didn't give any replacement til now... It's been more than 15days... I try to messege them and they don't even reply and i call them i am still on line with for more than 25minutes and no one answered til now... And i don't think they will answer... They just want banking... They don't want customer satisfaction... Please buy in flipkart or amazon... Don't buy on paytm compromising on the price... They too equally charge the same price indirectly... They include delivery charges and if we want to send the cashback amount to bank they charge 5%... Pls don't go for paytm

                              Its been 45days now ...and the customer care is worst part...and saying that the refund will be intiated and banks may take 15days ...i called after 15days and they are saying now that it will intiated now and it may take 15days ...
                              Paytm is good for direct orders at very great diacount ...
                              1. I[censored] don't get huge discount don't buy on paytm ..
                              2. I[censored] don't like the product return it... don't ask for replacement
                              3.dont buy bus tickets from new bus routes ..even if they deny ..u cant get refund...i lost 2700rs for bus tickets and called to register a complaint..they asked to me call me after the travel ...this is it
                              Atleast flipkart contacted me when i first raised a complaint ...paytm didnt even do that

                              Dont buy it paytm i[censored] dont get it at very cheap rate

                                I am very distressed due to behaviour of paytm company.
                                I have done lots of try/call/mails/complains but there is no use and not a single reply/call from paytm.
                                As per my trail mail, which i have sent to paytm, i have booked ifb washing machine on 23rd september and should be delivered to me on 5th of october.
                                But till now i have not received product. After that i have done many follow up and complain but no use.
                                Now i have cancelled my product but that is also in pending status and they are not cancelling.
                                This company only selling their products and there is no aftercare.
                                I have also logged complain in consumer helpline (Complain no. 459672) but not process yet.
                                Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

                                    I placed a order for a sweatshirt on 24th september 2017 from paytm mall app and on placing the order my delivery date was shown as 4th october 2017 but till today 9th october 2017 my order is undelivered and there is no response from customer service executive of company. I have already paid the money online but still there is negligence from customer care. Pathetic experience won't recommend anyone to buy from paytm mall

                                      I ordered 15 april something on paytm mall but some reason i cancelled, but i have not received my refund yet
                                      I had cancelled an order for 851 on date 01-06-18 from paytm mall due to wrong size selection. But till now I didn't get the refund. I called many times, no one answered and there is no toll free number and email address or massages no. Really I am not happy with paytm mall customer service.

                                        Placed an order on 22-sep, the paytm portal showed that it did not accept the payment. I tried again and it showed the same. But for both the above money was deducted. I tried cancelling one of the transaction, within 15 mins, but there was no cancellation option. I tried calling customer care but no one responded.
                                        Both these orders[[protected] and [protected]] were supposed to be delivered on the 3-oct. But i received order [protected] only on the 5-oct after raising a complaint with the logistic company. I insisted that they cancel the order [protected] from their end. They wanted me to cancel it from my end also. Today is 9-oct, i have put 3 requests to cancel order [protected] through paytm but no response and i do not want the product even if it gets delivered. Some one please help with the cancellation and refund.
                                        Sir maine 5 Oct ko paytm mall se 741 ka order place kiya tha but sir order place nhi hua aur mere bank account/ Card se amount deduct ho gya aur avi tk mera amount nhi return kiya gya hai...Costumer care me call krke preshan ho gya hu but koi solution nhi hua hai ...Please sir better action le.
