Dear sir,
On date : 7/10/2017, time: 4.02pm
When i was using to make online payment from paytm pvt.com, my full amount was deducted from bank and my transaction get failed, it means paytm received my full amount and transaction not happened, it's shows paytm is doing fraud against customer, lot a times i had seen this cheating with customer,
Sir please help and punished this paytm fraud company, i have all proof and legal transaction.

Actually I ordered an Apple I-Phone 6 32GB Gold on 4th October 2017 from Paytm-Mall App. My order id is [protected]. Same has been delivered on 09th October 2017.
Here this is to be noted that I have applied a promocode MOB6500 while purchasing the same (paid thru ICICI debit card), according to that I will be getting 6500 INR Paytm cashback and 5% additional cashback with ICICI bank card
But now after the product have been delivered but I have not got the Paytm cashback of 6500 INR yet.
Also, at the time of the delivery of the product I was not at home and the product was received by my wife (Rinki Dua). I opened the box when I reach to my home, the very first thing I observed that there was no seal on the box and it was just laminated with soft polythene. Finally when I open the box I found Handsfree were missing in the box. Then I immediately registed my product for return request.
I have discussed the cashback related issue with your customer care representative already. Here I would like to mention that it is very hard and took a long to connect with your customer care representative via call.
This is my first and worst experience with Paytm. I am requesting you to please look inti this matter and provide me the satisfactory solution for the same.
