Hi team

I have made a purchase of rs 869.84 on 19/06/2017 and paid through paytm has a gateway. The order has been cancel and i did get my refund. My paytm transaction id [protected] order number so1508706. I spoke with one of the rep on 21/9/2017 and gave me the reference id:[protected]. I have hundreds of rupees to get in touch with a representative i know my issue cannot be solved with ivr. Please take this matter seriously its been 4 months and did not get my refund. This is a worst customer service ever know.

    The bag is a very very small. It is just like a trouser pocket just 6 inches wide and length. The ad which was there in paytm looks like a backpack. That was shown as 500 rupees above. I want to return the product. I complained in paytm. But no reply, it is very slow and the product is not worth. Some merchants who are selling their products not providing specification or size of their products. Paytm is not supporting for their buyers.

        On 24/8/17 paytm mobile solution received rs-1000/- from my bank a/c for a order no-billdeskutil order#jpt[protected]. But this payment of this order was failed as per the order no - [protected] on 25/8/17.
        Now several times i was informed to paytm regarding this refund money to my bank a/c, but they told that no money was receiver for this order.
        They also send me several mail to me, but there have no solution from there end.

          I haven't received amount amounting rs 2000 on my paytm wallet while transaction on my bank e-passbook is done.
          I did 2 transaction 1st amounting 2000 and 2nd transaction amounting 1000
          Amount for rs 1000 has been added to my paytm wallet but 2000 is yet to be received
          I hope you will take this in regard and i won't be disappointed.

            I ordered a product on 5th and cancelled the same on 6th and it was showing cancellation in process. I made the payment. The product was sent and delivered to me even when i refused to take from delivery boy. He told me to coordinate with customer care (Cc). When i contacted cc the person told that now have u taken same can't be return. When i cancelled my order then why it was sent.? And i took it when delivery boy told me that your problem will be resolved when you will contact cc. I sent an email to paytm along with screen shot of the date when i cancelled my order and audio clip of the conversation with the delivery boy and cc executive. The reply that i got from paytm is that please don't send mail here and tell your issue in the app to which i did but instead of all there is no response from their end.

                  My name ashutosh Gupta my complaint is I received a refund from an item that I purchased from paytm mall after that refund credited to my wallet I transfer it to my bank account so when I transfer it . This were deducted from my account but not credited to my bank account

                  Buy when when I contacted to paytm customer they give me arn reference number to contact with bank customer care but when I contacted they said bank are not responsible for this it is paytm default both of the customer care said we are not responsible so what can I do please help me

                      I was transfer amount from paytm to sbi account, amount is debited from paytm account but not credited to sbi account, if i call for paytm customer they are not responding.
                      I have book 6 train tickets from paytm and the ticket has been not booked and the paytm deducted the the amount of 2590 from account and refunded only 2158 of 5 ticket.
                      I added 2000Rs in my paytm wallet. After I updated the Paytm app Paytm wallet shows that balance is 0.0Rs...

                          When i was using to make online payment from paytm pvt.com, my full amount was deducted from bank and my transaction get failed, it means paytm received my full amount and transaction not happened, it's shows paytm is doing fraud against customer, lot a times i had seen this cheating with customer,

                            the inconvenience I am facing from 4-oct-2017.
                            The issue is that I Vinay Singh transfered an amout of INR 574 from my paytm wallet to my bank account (a.c. no. [protected] bank name : Sarva U.P Gramin bank Branch :Paraspatti Manjhwar distt:Gonda 271403).
                            Now my problem is that, because of paytm a well recognised e-commerce site which is unable to process that transaction from 4 Oct till now (9 Oct), and even my money is not reflected in bank account.
                            I even had a conversation with a customer care executive and he is not able to deliver proper information and resolve my issue.
                            If such things are gonna happen with the customer of well reputated site then how you guys are going to make trust among us.
                            It's my request to reply asap and solve my issue ( maintain atomicity in trasaction).

                              I paid through my paytm to club factory buy my payment got failed. Money got deducted from my bank but not returned till now. Its been 15days and the amount was 2100. I need my money. Thw saddest part is the service of paytm. They never pick your phone. # service paytm. Totally #. Help me please. Paytm pick up the phone.                                 I have paytm account with number [protected] and i have received payment from [protected] amounting 7200 in split payment one rs 5000 anothr rs 2200... And i am trying to resetting the pasword its sending me link on paytm no. I tried going through that and asking to enter driver license no. I entering driver license no. And its showing invalid... Now wts the issue my money is got stucked im paytm... Plz do need full as soon as possible... Otherwise i have to take legal action on paytm...

                                Thats the image for the money i transfer on another no for which i want to reset pasword that is [protected].. and its not resetting ...
                                Plz do asap need ful ... before insiting me to take legal action on paytm for this type services and this type of customer care that reverts only aftr 24 or 48 hrs ...

                                My this complaint is showing "mark as resolved " ... why??? Its not yet resolved... i put this complaint yesterday ... without resolving it how you can mark this as resolved ... and today in morning i receive a call from a guy named rahul sharma ... he called by [protected] this no. And told me that the person you transfer the money can not reset his pasword now on the link he is provided for resetting the pasword ...becouse the server is down for paytm now... and told that my money will be refunded me back by his wallet to my wallet ...for this i have to tell him my debit card no only for getting back the money in my back... now i want to know whether he was real person of paytm or not... ? And should i give him my debit card no. Or not ???
                                Plz do as soon as possible ... m fedup now ... my money is stucked on paytm ... i am in urgency i need my money back ... otherwise i will seek on legal option now ... and how can we know about person he is real paytm person or not ... no one is taking following ups on emails too from paytm... i am using paytm from last 2 years continuosly and now i got stucked here... why paytm is not helping that person in restting the pasword ... ??? ... and theres no support on call ... the person have to sit and just hVe to wait reverts from paytm ... theres nill support from paytm ... the person got exhausted if he or she got stucked like me ...

                                  We booked two tickets costing rs 2798 on 30th september 2017 from delhi to dharamshala timing 6:00:00 in the evening. On afternoon that day the bus operator called us from mobile no [protected] and informed us there was some engine failure and bus service will not be provided. We asked for refund and they said it will be refunded within 3days. We did our tickets through paytm. Till today we have not received our refund and now the bus operator is saying that we have refunded and paytm will pay your money back so lodge a complain in paytm. The bus operator is jbg bus services. We booked our tickets in the name of sangeeta das and panchalya kalita. Our booking id is [protected] and ticket id otv2vo. We are in real problem, kindly help or we are thinking of filing a complaint to the police.

                                    There has been no refund so far to the customer's account.

                                    G8 605 and g8 606 on 26th sept and 2nd oct 2017 /pnr rxktc7 / tickets for sangita mitra

                                    Only verbal assurances. Kindly look into immediate refund. Its more than a week now.

                                    Go air is sitting silently on this.

                                    This looks like a real scam between go air and paytm.

                                    Repeated cancellation and holding back the airfare without any supporting tax invoice. This is illegal. Go air authority is engaged in that.

                                    Kindly refund the amount immediately. No one wishes to travel by your airline.

                                    Now at least prove that your refund mechanism works. Air reports that they refund timely. It is funny and mysterious that 3rd time i had suffered with go air and paytm. Both sem hand in gloves relationship. How an airlines can prefix cancellation of any flight 3 months back and stay silently without refund of airfare.

                                      I have tried to book train ticket using pay tm ([protected]) on 21st september 2017. The money has added from my bank account and the ticket booking failed at the last moment, than the money is added to my pay tm wallet. On the same day i have transferred back these money to my bank account. Till now the money is not credited to my bank account. When i approach bank, they advice me to contact with pay tm.

                                        I have ordered some products from paytm on 24th september and my delivery date was 2-5th october and still i did not received my products
                                        Trying to call paytm and connect paytm in all ways but disheartening it was and din got any reply also was unable to get connected to any of the paytm executive to share my problem but still no solution and no appropriate number is given on sites so plus make it an ease for the customers to get directly connected to the customers and don't u dare to fool up customers around, finally today got connected to the dealer thru which i was at to get the product in name of paytm and i got to know that the dealer itself is not delivering the products in mumbai area from last three months still paytm is fooling their customers around by providing fake details on paytm and not having that much opacity to call the concern customers
                                        My huge moneymore is happening plus solve my problem return my money back its 3500 around my money or else ill take this complain to some more higher authority
