I ordered a product on paytm on 23rd of september after ordering it shows delivery on 4th october but now it's 8th and i have not it till now so i request you to please do the resolution regrading it. There are doing fraud type thing, they took m9ney in advance and not delivering product on time and housing inconvenience to the customer. We trust them but they are doing this type of things and irritating the consumet

      I had purchased rail ticket on 19/07/2017 for four pessangers to travel from madgaon to cstmumbai by mandavi express journey date was 29/09/2017 name of passengers santosh basumatary male pranita basumatary female jyotishman basumatary & prakash basumatary both male. Due to unavoidable circumstances i had compelled on 16/09/2017 to cancelled two passengers retaining first & second passengers. Due to not possible to cancelled from my end i called paytm to cancelled third & fourth passengers duly retaining first & second. After i received messaged for cancellation i login my irctc account for confirmation there i notice that cancellation done against my wished. This state of affairs i had inform to paytm which they admit erroneously happaned it. Later on interestingly they cancelled another two passengers again i called to paytm and asked to refund two passengers amount and arranged to two ticket for two passengers. But they neither provide me ticket nor refunded my money till today. My paytm order id [protected] pnr-[protected]

        Sir myself yogesh kumar ordered a product (Golden nut kishmish 200 gram) 02 pcs on dated 08 sep. 2017 from offer showing 100% cashback category products. After select offer congratulation message was showing on screen (Your cash will be delivered in your wallet after successful deliver of product). Product, s price was 175*2=350 and delivery charges was 75. Same product i receive on 12 sep. 2017. But till now i don, t receive any cashback. Till now i was not check my paytm account balance because i had the faith on paytm. But paytm breake my faith. Please check and send my cashback. On the same day my friend dippu kumar also order same product as the way i order and the same congratulation message appear on his screen. He receive cashback if you need i will send you his order no. For further reference. My order no. [protected]. Before it yesterday lodge complained on paytm id and did not get satisfactory answer. Your customer care executive answer me that (I would like to inform you that cashback, deals and discounts offered by paytm are applicable only by application of the valid promo code at the time of placing an order. As per our system your order [protected] of golden nut kishmish 200grams 1pc with item id [protected] and [protected] is not eligible for cashback as no valid promo code was applied at the time of placing the order. Moreover, all such requests to highlight any discrepancies have to be raised before the expiry of the return period, and as per the return policy of your product, the return period is already over). How can you say i not apply coupon code. How to appear congratulation message, it only appear after selection of offer means coupon codes applied. I think you are making me fool because i was not aware your return policy. You make me fool because i did not check cashback on my id as iwas have faith on paytm. I am waiting for your reply.             Today I have trying to make payment to Raj comic using Paytm direct pay via netbanking. Following normal procedure I made payment and same has been deducted from my bank too but once it's return back to Raj comic site screen say " payment id not confirmed". Please look into matter.

                I had requested for cashback to transfer to bank but the amount got deducted from the wallet but not reflecting in my account so please check it and solve my problem. I am trying to contact the paytm customer care but it is not redirecting to any human being.

                    I ordered food from swiggy and paid through paytm and then the order has been cancelled by swiggy due to some issue. Later they initiated a refund of full amount of ₹249 and the payment from swiggy is successful, but i didn't get my money to paytm wallet since more than a day.. I couldn't contact any of paytm customer care and nobody is responding call of tweet..

                      Sir, i have ordered a protiens in healthkart on[protected]. But automatically transaction has been failed when making payment in paytm app. Amount of 949 has been deducted from my canara bank a/c. & not still refunded & i am tired of calling & mailing to paytm customer, but of no use no reply from them... Sir i have lost my patience & if not my money refunded ill go to police complaint. Please try to help to get my money back of949.

They gave me invoice without gst number due to which i am having problem in claiming the amount.                                   My item was dammaged and i refused to take the package and return yhe courier very moment. Even let paytm know.

                                  They have rejected my refund and say they did not get the item. I refused the package and the courier keeps on callig me for refund. When i told them the courier guy took the package when i refused the same day they said okay fine. You all are playing games..

                                  This is the second time i have faced this kind of response.

                                  Please look into this matter asap.

                                    Sir, order was came on date 2nd of oct but order is delayed and till date there are no any response or information from that order, and i'm also complaint about that order on paytm but also there is no responce. Many times i called to paytm help no. But no any call were connect to paytm care and My phone balance is low bcoz of that.
