Hi

My item was dammaged and i refused to take the package and return yhe courier very moment. Even let paytm know.

They have rejected my refund and say they did not get the item. I refused the package and the courier keeps on callig me for refund. When i told them the courier guy took the package when i refused the same day they said okay fine. You all are playing games..

This is the second time i have faced this kind of response.

Please look into this matter asap.

    Sir, order was came on date 2nd of oct but order is delayed and till date there are no any response or information from that order, and i'm also complaint about that order on paytm but also there is no responce. Many times i called to paytm help no. But no any call were connect to paytm care and My phone balance is low bcoz of that.

        Yesterday around 6 pm i have transferred 1102rs from my paytm account to andhra bank but that said that is was refused but my paytm balance was gone so i just waited for few hour and right now this is the next day and i didnt get my money back to paytm wallet or to my bank account

          My order number is [protected]. Paytm cancelled order from their side and is not refunding my money even after 40 days. Their customer care is such an utter waste. When searced on net, it is clear that, paytm is a fraud company. So never ever buy from paytm, if you values your own hardly earned money. I lost 1029 rupees for paytm beggars. While calling to customer care, they send me a reference number of sbi and asked me to contact the bank. Bank officials said that, paytm is regularly cheating customers by not refunding. So i am now going to file a complaint on consumer court. Please note that they will not refund money until we responds.

            I was buy an home theatre envent deejay 501 from paytm... Order no was [protected]... Total cost of that rs 2550.. I booked it on date 23 september & got it on 02 oct.. But it was damaged & used also.. Worst sound output no value for money i tried to return it complaint raised through app to seller twice but they r not responding.. From the product recived date iam trying to return it back but thye seller & company not reacting.. Thats why agin iam raising the complaint.. Send me the return ticket to send the home theatre...               I have buyed lg monitor of rs 6043 and after i have decided to cancel this lg monitor, paytm app has said that he will refund money within 24hrs but not yet refunded till now and also, paytm has given message that he have refunded 6043 rupees, but money has not refunded yet and i have called customer call center but no response... So, this is my humble request that so be careful while buying any product at paytm app or paytm mall app

                Order id [protected]. I have requested return. Still there request is not processed and return period of item is only 7 days. Responses from paytm is very poor. Please help me.
                I have received damaged product. Even the installation people confirmed that the delivered product is damaged.
                But still there is no response from paytm. I have ordered this item (Washing machine) from credit card. It is worst experience from paytm.
                Please do resolve my problem.

                    Recently i have purchased suzuki access with cash back of rs 4000 from paytm by selecting the valid promo code the hole purpose of buying through paytm by paying cash was to avail this offer but still i have not got the cash back credited yet. It is almost one month now. While buying the vehicle they told me that the amount will be credited within 24 hours. When i contacted them they told they will look into it but no result till now i think paytm has cheated me by neither giving the cash back of rs4000... I trust that you will give this matter your urgent attention and do the needful immediately...

                          I tried to speak to paytm executive several time but the computer call was not through several times repeatedly., is it that i cannot talk to customer care because it is programmed such a way that the computer do not connect waiting for few seconds.
                          I had recharged through paytm on 29.09.2017 for rs.309 for jio mob. No.[protected]l, and showed successful but jio has not received. Paytm ref. No.[protected]. And operator ref. No.[protected]. Jio executive told me that no transfer amount has been received by them and asked me to contact paytm for refunding rs.309 to my paytm account. Solve my problem and also tell me is there any way to talk to paytm customer care???

                            I had recharged through my paytm account for jio no.[protected] for rs.309 on 29.09.2017. Paytm shows recharge successful but the amount has not been transferred to jio and recharge not done. Paytm ref. No.[protected] and the operator ref. No.[protected]. I had contacted jio they told me no transfer has been done by paytm, as such i should contact paytm for refund of rs.309 in my paytm account. I tried several time to talk to paytm official but was not connected through. Never expected from paytm.

                                Dear sir/ mam,
                                This is regarding the complain number / ticket number – 37988246 of paytm.in
                                As i transferred an amount of rs. 5000.00 on 13 sept’ 2017 at around 17:03 to one a/c ending with 715 but wrongly it was transferred to a/c number ending with 615. Also, transaction number is – [protected].

                                I am still waiting for the solutions,
                                After complaint on consumer help desk they didn't take any kind of action.
                                They are just making a fool by mark a mail about relevant department.
                                Again and again they move my complaint to some new kind of relevant dept.
                                I don't know how many relevant dept. They make..
                                I am really disappointed by paytm and one97communication too..
                                They really break my trust not only paytm but also such kind of company's..

                                  As subject cited above, amount of Rs. 11610/- has been deducted from my card, but no order is shown in paytm order history. paytm is asking me the transaction ID or order id, and this is to inform these guys that, if the transaction is not shown in the order history then which number should i provide.
                                  Yes, ARN number can be provided from the Credit card billed details. Just ask me if this is required, but they should revert atleast. No response is received yet

                                    At time of ordering the boots it was written that seller will accept the return within 15 days. I received a defective product. The shoe balancing is improper.                                       Product delivered was not as per the dimensions mention in image which is 90x40cm and what i got is 80x30cm. My order id no. [protected]
                                      The product was coming so late on 05 10 2017 and the maximum date of delivery 02 10 2017, also the delivery date which was mention on the package 29 09 2017.
                                      I wish to return this product and give me what i had ordered, if you do so its ok otherwise refund my money and take your product back.
