Recently i have purchased an apple iphone 6 32 gb gold with cash back of rs 4500 from paytm but since i have exceeded my transaction limit of that month i thought i would get it on next month but the cash has not been credited yet. When i contacted the customer care there were telling me that i’m not eligible for the cash back. Since i hava exceeded my return policy date i’m not able to return back the product. The paytm has cheated me by neither giving the cash back of rs4500 nor taking the product back

    Ref no 38159786 I added money to wallet now bank gave me a successful transaction number but still paytm says the money is not credited who ate my money. Who stole it.I had an word with bank he says paytm vendor have your money. When i called paytm they says we dont have your money As i gave the ref number is with paytm please help out regarding that
    I purchase harlicks, but i return cancle this order. 2300 reund money not credit in my bank balance why for delay ??? they do not respone of my question.

      On the date 2/10/2017 i've ordered i phone 7 i revive currier yesterday 4/10/2017 by 6 pm.
      After unboxing, i come to know there were 2 accessories missing in the box 1st headphones and 2sd headphones connector.
      I've clam for replacement on the same night. And i've tried to connect with customer care no but there weren't single number where i can talk with their executive.
      Now it's seeing link fraud website. If the necessary action will not take asap then i'll go for legal action.

        Query no[protected],
        I've purchased pedigree greavy box of 15 packs from paytm.. But many of them were in damaged condition.. So i've called for return. Paytm took almost an week to organise a return.. Because of which i've to dispose the damaged product as they've started infesting with worms and bacterias. I've told this many times to the company by paytm help and support section and twitter. But they haven't replied to any of them. Also they have organised a return which got cancelled subsequently.
        Now i'm tired of contacting this worthless company. They will ignore the customers once item has been purchased.

                I ordered colgate toothpaste (400gm -2pack+100 gm) total 900 gm on 25.09.2017.-order number is [protected].

                On 26.09.2017 i got delievery, but when i opened box, i found 500gm colgate toothpaste (Instead of 900 gm). As in product decription on paytm is clearly written as 400gm (2pack)+100 gm=900gm.

                Immediate i tried to call customer care, but there is no way to talk with their represtative. Only way is to generate ticket number.

                I generated query and explain them my problem and they provide me reference no.: 39007087 and with reply.
                "i have put in system request to share your concern with the seller. As soon as we get an update from seller/brand, we will share the same with you as well.

                I understand you have a concern regarding your order [protected].

                I would like to inform you that as per the confirmation received from seller, in the product there are three set of contents and total weight of this product is 500gm. Hence you have received the correct product.

                and they replied now closing this complain.But i have asked many times in PayTM product description it is clearly written product weight is 900 gm.I asked why they written 900 gm and delievered 500 gm.Now they says 500 gm is ok.But i did not found answer /solution of my question why they display as900 gm and deliever only 500 gm

                      I have purchased a product - godrej new stilo safe from paytm mall on 23rd sep 2017 but i haven't received it till now and the status is still unshipped. They gave me the last date of delivery as before 2nd oct 2017. I am continuously approaching their customer care but they are not providing me any solution. Now, they have even stopped responding. I want resolution to my problem.

                        I hv ordered for pigeon aluminium pressure cooker 5 lte on 12th may 2016 on paytm.com app.. My order no is my order id is [protected].. Bt on 17th may 2016 i received 6 pcs stainless steel drinking glass. Same i informed paytm abt wrong product received... They asked me for images of product received, invoices & packaging.. After validating they approved my return request. Bt when courier boy came to me to collect return pickup they refused to collect... They were asking for pressure cooker that i didn't received.. Refused to collect stainless steel glass that actually i received... I informed paytm abt dis that courier refusing to collect... Paytm giving me assurance that within timeline it vl collected.. Bt it couldn't get collected after my all efforts...& after timelines paytm rejected my return request...& i lost my money... That's wht paytm does with their customer... It was rs 1085 product.

                          I am using your paytm wallet with my cell phone number [protected]. On september 27, i was purchasing an iphone from iphone store in gurgaon they suggested me to paay through the paytm using a barcode for paytm mall. I have scanned that barcode but the order was placed for 5 different products then i have contacted your customer care and cancelled all products all were cancelled and reversed expect for a hero honda motercycle for inr 10, 000. Now i am chasing you guys every day but not getting any concrete response. Please help me.

                              I returned a product after receiving it within a day since it was not working correctly. It has been more than 2o days now and amount has not been refunded yet. Sent messages many times on the paytm app. No reply yet. Called the customer care as well they said it wil be processed. This is pathetic and needs immediate resolution asap.                                   I am shardul chaubey a customer of paytm company which is providing online services such as mobile recharge, travel booking, bill p[ayments etc wanting to complain about the company for not refunding my 245 rupees for a failed trnsaction of ticket booking on 28 th of august.
                                  I have many times complained about it on the company portal, but they refuse any such transaction in the wake of previous successful transaction done on the same day.

                                      Hi,
                                      I paid my electricity bill using paytm order number [protected] and after a day i got a message from paytm that order get failed and they refunded the money into my wallet as i checked my paytm passbook and wallet i didn't get refund then i contact paytm help & support they told me that they refunded the money and provide me reference number[protected] and my query ref no. 39665297 and they said contact bank for further, i contacted bank they told me no records found for this reference number and it's about to complete 10 days and i'm not able too contact paytm and paytm is also giving any response from there side so it mightbe a scam.. paytm is not safe
