I am unable to login to my account even many times i have reset my password

Recently i have purchased an Apple iwatch series1 with cash back of Rs 3000 from paytm but since i have exceeded my transaction limit of that month I thought i would get it on next month but the cash has not been credited yet. When I contacted the customer care there were telling me that i’m not eligible for the cash back. Since i hava exceeded my return policy date i’m not able to return back the product. The Paytm has cheated me by neither giving the cash back of Rs3000 nor taking the product back.

This was the first time when i shopped through paytm, i always do shopping frm other online sites like flipkart, snapdeal etc. This time i want to buy from paytm as reasonable prices were there, to be honest my mother want yo buy water purifier but she want to buy from her own credit card on emi thts why i cancelled this order.

Paytm is such a huge organisation i was not expecting such a response from them. Its been 13 days normally it takes 7 days still my money has not been refunded. I already had cancelled orders fr flipkart but got the money on the third day. I dont know wht kind of services paytm is providing. I am facing lot of stress due to this but still not getting my money back.

Please i want my money back as i have a urgent need of it.

Hii i added 5000 rs in my paytm wallet on 23 sep. Mode of payment was through upi the amount was deducted from my bank account and also in upi app it is showing a succesful transaction but the money was not loaded in my paytm wallet i have also attached the screenshot of succesful transaction shown in upi app i request you to kindly reverse my money or add it in my paytm wallet.. Its already been 2 weeks. I hope you will respond as soon as possible thanks

Reg. Mo. No. [protected] i have placed my order, my order no. [protected] with rs. 399/- on date 03-oct-2017 after 32 hours of received my order. I had used a promo code which gives me cashback, i have not received cash back money refunded in my paytm cash account. I have attached bill. I called to your customer care executive but he did not respond to my satisfaction please be quick to refund my money in my paytm account. Hope for positive response.

We ordered nikon d7200 and we cancelled bcz we order different modal.. Seller said amount was refunded to ur debit card (75000), screen shot attached but when we asked bank they said no amount credited to ur account. We are in need of emergency purposes.. Please refund our amount as soon as possible.

We order that camera with another paytm user account. Some of details are attached as screen shot please help us to get our money back.. Bcz its a source of business purpose pls take this issue serious and do the needful.

My transaction with madeeasy for buying test series failed but it is showing success. Also money is not refunded.

I had order maggi ketchup 1kg on 3 october 2017 with 9 other products, and received my product on 4 october 2017 around 5:30pm. I opened my package and without touching or taking it out from the box, i can see my product is broken and liquid is coming out from the package, so my product is crushed and use less. I request to replace my order or give my money back asap please.

I had bought closeup tooth paste today from nearby big bazaar. It had written 25₹ free paytm after entering the code inside. When i reach home i opened it and enter the code but its saying enter a valid code.Nd code is written such that u should nt get the cash. Please Do something on this get me the paytm cash.

Paytm has rs. 20 cash back offer going on for quite sometime.

Per the offer, one can avail the discount only 3 times.

The same offer was over on july 31, 2017, and was relaunched. I verified if it is both same or different and having understood that it is a different one where one can avail the same cash back 3 times, i opted for it.

I opted it once, but it was refused 2nd time. When i filed a complain, they gave me a crap about the offer only for 3 times, without even looking at it being a different one.

After breaking my head with them for over weeks and sending so many emails, i managed to get the concern authority acknowledge the fact that i should get the cash back. The same authority assure a compensation of rs. 1000 for the trouble cause to me all along. The authority, also confirm the same over email.

But in the end of the day, this is paytm. They don't my hiring # people at cheat rate to break customers head with senseless talking and emails, but wont oblige their responsibility and commitment.

They refused out-rightly to pay me any compensation unlike assured. Now, i demand double compensation rs. 2000.

I recharge my airtel digital TV through paytm, money detected from wallet but recharge didn't complete. From past 5 hours i am trying to connect their customer care but they didn't connect.

My money has been deducted from my paytm wallet and the notification they gave is withdrawn against dispute.

Paytm is a fraud. Luring customers with fancy discounts and cash backs so that they purchase on paytm and end up loosing the money and never getting the product, at least not even a response over it.
I have ordered a refrigerator on 27th sep 2017, order no : [protected]. My scheduled order delivery is by oct 1 and yet the product hasn't been delivered. It is a prepaid order and the possibility of the cancelling the delayed order is also isn't there as it seems that the product has been already shipped. Now here's the point, i tried calling the seller who never picked up the call for almost 30-40 times and later the number appears to be switched off. Tried calling the paytm customer care, got no response. Almost wasted half n hour of waiting for the customer care executive to take up the call so that i could explain the issue, no body took it up and moreover not only once, i tried this several times and this is making me so sick and also, a message regarding the product issue has been sent to the paytm around two days back and even yesterday which i never had any response. This is so pathetic that paytm has least responsibility regarding the products sold on the website and customer issue. Such an ignorant customer service. An amount of 24k has already been paid regarding the product for which i would have bought a refrigerator from a local seller which would have been much easier task without any kind of hassle. I just lost trust in paytm and looking forward for the needful to be done on this issue.

I m. V. Purnachandrra rao has proposed to purchase a led tv as adverrtised by your customer in quikr and chated with him through whatsup and as per his request i paid to the above token rs.12, 000/- and he has not deliverred the goods so far. The matter was also complained to quikr also. Now my request is to furnsih the address of the paras electronics recorded in you txn so as to help to me to take act ion against him amd also to file a police case. Incase the amount credited was not drawn i request you to stop the payment.

I got a link by paytm to play the quiz and get guaranteed cashback 20, 000 if i answer 16 or more questions right. I had to pay rs25 and i had to answer 20 questions. If all 20 are correct i get 6, 000 i paid and played and answered 20 questions correctly it mentioned i won 6, 000 but it is not credited to my paytm account??? I have sent a screenshot of the message i received from paytm... When will i get my prize?

My money deduct by paytm wallet but not yet show in bank plz refund my amount 2539 in my bank

I had booked a ticket on 25-sep-17 and cancel the same on 26-sep-17, and irctc say they refund the amount to paytmag on 27- sep-17 but same is not received into my account. Details as below:

This is to inform you that i made the transaction for electricity bill dated 30th sept’17, where i got the message transaction failed and the same time i got the message from paytm team that the money will be refunded back in my account from sbi bank reference no.7467844270017000029625.

Till the date i havnt got any refund from your side and on daily basis i keeps on trying customer care which is all the time on ivr.

It is really difficult to catch you guys. I want my money should be refunded back as soon as possible otherwise i will take stricked against you.
