And i realized ur service is fully madarchod service.. Ur all customer care no are fully depend upon on ivr # service y u r not providing voice call customer to c. Care.. U just do one survey there are many peoples are not happy with urs this type of gandu service sabhi customer khul ke apni problem ko share karne me belive karte hai na ki ye bhenki lodi service ivr pr no. Pr no. Press krne me.

I ordered a hair straightener on paytm with order number [protected] but the delivered hair straightener isn't the same model which i ordered. My return request has been approved by seller but pickup hasn't been done yet which is delaying the amount refund. I wrote about this to paytm but they aren't responding. I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me getting my refund.

I just open the paytm account and wanted to add money rs 300 to my wallet on 22/09/2017 through bhimm upi. Money got deducted from my account. I have compaint to paytm in this regards but they said wait for 7-14 days. Now more then 15 days passed and nothing is added back.

The poorest service i ever experienced in my life and that is with paytm, i lost my all my money balance of 2600 rs from my paytm wallet when i transferred to my bank, its shows pending but its been already deducted from my bank account,

Paytm customer care people says its a technical glich, it will be there in short time, but its more than 24 hours i am in 0 balance,

Suggest me what is to be done, my number [protected] call me

I had make the payment of rs 1186 on 1mg by using paytm.
The amount was debited twice from my bank.
One time it was paid to 1mg (Wallet txn-[protected]) and second time it was debited
(Wallet txn id-[protected] & bank txn id-[protected]) but not showing in wallet balance.
When i mail to [protected]@paytm.com they reply dear paytm user,

We do not monitor this email address. If you have an issue with any of your orders, please raise your concerns using paytm app..
No customer care number is provided to talk any person in paytm.
One number on website only gives 2 options either if mobile lost or to logout from oaytm.
Nothing else is there.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that, i have recharged through paytm portal to bsnl prepaid recharge for the mobile no.:[protected] (Ref no.: sbipg[protected]recharge_paytm_paytm mumbai) for the amount of rs.79 dated on 03.10.2017. But the recharge cannot done properly. I raised the complaint to bsnl customer care they said asked you to solve the problem. Kindly remittance the amount of rs.79 to paytm account and kindly acknowledge with me.

On 2nd october 2017 i did a recharge of rs 32 through paytm. For that, from my bank account rs 532 has been deducted for that transaction (Mentioned as by debit card sbipg[protected]recharge_paytm_paytm mumbai). Extra rs 500 has been deducted from my bank account. I made the payment through debit card. The reference id for the transaction is sbipg[protected]. The screenshots of the transaction are attached with the complaint.

I made a transaction on paytm on 25/09/2017 of 17922 this was payment of bill of electricity uppcl. this order was successful and i received payment receipt but after 9 days on 4th of October 2017 i received a massage that the transaction was failed and the money has been restored to your wallet but there is no amount showing in wallet only 0.

I have send 2400 money to a paytm account wrongly and i am not able to contact the person as the number is switched off. I don't know what to do now and i have registered a complaint through paytm also but no action has been taken. Kindly help me to get my money back and update an feature for this to avoid wrong transaction and fraud.

pay my electricity bill by paytm 03jun2017but show transaction failed and my account debit 7731rupees in your account but you not refund that amount in my account and my electricity bill pending till today. I have purchased a citizen watch costing approx Rs 5000 from paytm. The product delivered to me is defective as the watch is not working. I have sent multiple messages regarding this issue to paytm. They messaged that pickup person will come, collect the product and refund will be initiated. No one has come till now for pickup. The product can be returned only upto 15 days from delivery and it has already been around 10 days.

I ordered a watch from paytm mall on 27th september 2017, order number [protected]. I cancelled this order on 30th september 2017 because of the delay in dispatch. My account no phone no is [protected]. ididn't recieved refund till now. no response from customer care also. very dissappointed with the response. will never allow anyone to order from paytm.

I placed 10 orders with paytm. Out of which 8 were properly delivered.
2 of the orders had shortfall in deliveries.
1. An order for a pack of 2 film cling foils
- i received only one. Vendors name pinnacle alloys pvt ltd.
2. Other order of protinex 250 gms tin was never delivered to me but paytm site shows it as delivered. Vendors name vs lgistics.

I ordered for a mixer grinder on the 25th of september, 2017. On the 29th of october, i requested a refund for my order. From then on, you are telling that, the refund will be given just when the order will reach the courier service back. It is the 3rd of october, still now the refund details is showing that the order has not been received by the courier service. Please at least tell me, when will the order be received by the courier service and then when will i get my money refunded to my paytm account. Please at least tell me the estimated dates.
