    I pay my electricity bill by paytm 03jun2017but show transaction failed and my account debit 7731rupees in your account but you not refund that amount in my account and my electricity bill pending till today. So please refund my 7731rupees in my account. I contact your customer care number but can not talk with any reparative. Attachment my bank account statement.
    Recently bought laptop started making noise from hard disk. i claimed replacement according to the 10 day replacement policy of paytm but nothing has been done yet.

      I placed 10 orders with paytm. Out of which 8 were properly delivered.
      2 of the orders had shortfall in deliveries.
      1. An order for a pack of 2 film cling foils
      - i received only one. Vendors name pinnacle alloys pvt ltd.
      2. Other order of protinex 250 gms tin was never delivered to me but paytm site shows it as delivered. Vendors name vs lgistics.

      I bought 2 products prom paytm.
      1. A 250 gm protinex original chocolate tin.
      2. And pack of 2 cling films

      The protinex I never received, but paytm claims that they have delivered.

      I received only one cling film pack. The 2nd one is missing in the package.

      Paytm refusing to resolve the matter even after repeated reminders for the last 30 days.
      Customers be careful while buying from paytm.

        I ordered for a mixer grinder on the 25th of september, 2017. On the 29th of october, i requested a refund for my order. From then on, you are telling that, the refund will be given just when the order will reach the courier service back. It is the 3rd of october, still now the refund details is showing that the order has not been received by the courier service. Please at least tell me, when will the order be received by the courier service and then when will i get my money refunded to my paytm account. Please at least tell me the estimated dates.

        I am trying to book moto c price showing around 5965 rupees while choosing a cash back option its shown after delivery you receive 1400 rupees. I received a mobile but cash not received. Please Help me.

            Sir/madam, i have ordered moto m 64gb mobile with order id-[protected] on date 30/9/2016. I already paid my payment, but later on i changed my due to some financial issues. So i cancelled my purchase on same day. But i didn't got any confirmation till date of cancellation. It shows pending request. Hope you resolve my issue soon. My pytem no. Is [protected]. Plz help me
            I am not able to book tickets from Paytm.This is my frst time.But this app is not letting me book tickets.

            RS. 599 have been deducted from my paytm account on 23rd September, but it is not reflecting in my bank account.

                I purchased a led tv 22/9/17
                Daiwa 40 inch led tv advance payment on paytm and dilivari 29/9/17. From company said please miss call [protected] for installation and demo so i miss call on this number and received msg from company our person will came tomorrow and give demo and install led but after 3 das ago no any came. Thus i open led (I have mobile footage) and start the tv but in tv some defect so not start the tv after i am lig in paytm and i want apply to repls the led but when go in profile to submit for replec but msg is return/replesment error
                R/r is temporary unable. Pl try again after in 24 hour i try 100 time but not submitted the replec led msg so please submit my camplain and reples my tv as earlyish

                    Dear sir,

                    It is inform that i had purchased a i ball comp book 1i360 laptop via paytm mall through order id number #[protected] in the name of anil choudhary. (My mobile number is [protected]. Your retailer has send me wrong charger of this laptop, i. E charger is not supported to laptop. As well as in back side of laptop there is many scratches found.. The packing of product for the delivery is very less. It was tempered and the seal was not there. From inside the packing was also broken.
                    Please resolve this as soon as possible

                    However i have attached the photos please find the same.

                      I have ordered a mobile from paytm mall app on 20/09/17 my balance rs.5949/- was deducted from my bank account. After few hours on that day i have cancelled my order but till today 03/10/17 i have not get refund. Order number-[protected]. Paytm customer service not responding and paytm call customer service very costly. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                            I received a refund confirmation message from paytm on 16th september as
                            "payment of rs. 1240 at pharmeasy has failed.in case your money is debited, bank will credit it back within 7-14 days. Order id: pe[protected]jj8ilg"
                            But the refund amount not yet received.
                            Registered 2 complaints on 25th september and 3rd october but didn't receive any revert.

                                I have been having a harassing experience a product buy from paytmmall. Bought a tv from them on sept7th, sept 8th i got a call from the vendor apptail (Mr vivek chaurasia) saying as the tv was damaged product (Last piece) the order has to be cancelled.
                                Now paytm is not refunding the money, instead am getting emails saying the product has been delivered and return request is rejected.
                                Paytm customer care keeps lodging my complaint but nobody is understanding the problem that has been created here. My tv order was cancelled before it got delivered, now am stuck with no tv and a loss of 33000/ because paytm is not responding and correcting to this issue.

                                October 6 th I received a call and email saying my payment will be initiated in 24 hours, no payment has come in. Today I called their customer care and the representative told me status shows no refund initiated. I think paytm should be taken to court, planning to file a case against them in district court.

                                  It’s been 13 days, and i am waiting for my money to be refunded from paytm mall for immediate cancelled transactions.

                                  I had ordered iphone on paytm mall on 20th september and 22nd september, however due to some paytm site technical issues on both days, multiple orders were generated and i was charged multiple times, when i immediately cancelled the orders, despite refunding the amount immediately for a cancelled transaction, paytm app shows refund in process, and continuously showing refund in process for the last 12 days.

                                  I have been requesting paytm through mails, paytm app help desk messages but no positive response so far, i have tried paytm mall customer care call centre, which if gets connected if you are lucky, gets connected only after 25-30minutes of waiting rime, no waiting time announcement while holding and waiting somebody to attend, else it may get disconnected at that last minute of your waiting time also. After wasting approx 6 hours in last 10 days on call centre, paytm mall customer care also not responding, citing due to some technical issue they are working on it, and it will be refunded after some time, but they never gives the time line... As per the paytm policy the immediate cancelled transactions should have been refunded immediately.

                                  Meanwhile, my credit card banks are levying penalty every day on the outstanding balance of around 2 lakh rupees. I have already been charged an aggregate penalty of rs. 3900 on the outstanding balance of rs. 2 lakh by the credit card companies. My penalty charges are increasing everyday due to non payment.

                                  I humbly request you to please arrange to refund my money for the above mentioned cancelled orders immediately to avoid further late payment and penalty charges by the credit card companies.

                                    Recharge of ₹3000 has been wrongly made to the mobile vodafone number instead of ₹300 from the paytym wallet. It’s quite heavy amount as a recharge amount for the common man. I never thought that my blood strapped money would go all in vain. It will be very kind of you if anything can be done in this regrad. So, kindly, consider the complain as soon as possible.

                                    Due to incomplete / wrong details mentioned in the product app, I have purchased a laptop through the above order ID.

                                      I, dk gupta (Mob. [protected]) wish to state that-

                                      1. On 23/09/2017, i made two orders in discount scheme (Order no. [protected] and [protected]) for intex led tv model no.3210, for which delivery has to be made by 27/09/2017. I made payment of rs.16089 x 2= 32, 178/- through sbi card, out of which rs.3000+3198=6198/- was to be credited to my paytm account as per the scheme.

                                      2. On 24/09/2017, the supplier wanted to deliver me a wrong product (Some different model). I refused to take a wrong product and asked for the same product/model no.3210, which i ordered. The supplier showed his inability to supply the product/model ordered, as that model was not available with him. So, i lodged my complaint with paytm through sms. Meanwhile a credit of rs.3000+3198=6198/- was made to my paytm which is still there.

                                      3. Then on 27/09/2017, i received an sms from paytm stating that i would be delivered the same products, which i ordered by 30/09/2017. So, i waited again upto 30/09/2017. But all in vain. The correct product is not supplied to me even today by 01/10/2017.

                                      4. I tried again and again to contact with an executive at paytm customer care, but could not succeed and remained caught in vicious circle of numbers, press this and press that..

                                      5. On 30/09/2017, on a telephonic talk with supplier, he has again showed his inability to supply the product/model which i ordered, as that model is still not available with him.

                                      Therefore, on your failure to comply with the orders, now i am constrained to and hereby cancel both the orders made by me. So now you please immediately refund my money back to the same sbi bank account from which i made the payment to you.

                                        I purchased an item in paytm mobile app on 20.09.2017. Unfortunately i cancelled my order on the same day. At time of cancellation they said payment amount refund with in 4 working days, but even now also i not get any amount in my account, when i call to paytm customer care no thay said to me there is more time to get refund but thay not tell me any particular time.
