I have ordered a hindware personal cooler vide order no-[protected] but when i unbox the product i found it is totally damaged then i immediately raised a refund request but even after 8 days my refund has not been approved

Note several mails have been exchanged and i have send the pics along with the video on unboxing but to no result

Please help
I have ordered i phone 6 gold on 26th sep 2017.. & i have got the delivery of order on 27th sep and i opened the order the phone glass was broken. so its my request to you please replace this order as soon as possible.

      Worst kind of flight booking and cancellation experience from #paytm. I cancelled return journey flight ticket from the ui for my order #[protected] and it went ahead and cancelled my onward journey. First time i was told by customer care that i cancelled onward journey, i agreed in doubt and again cancelled return journey again the same issue, this time i am told that this is airline policy. First they are giving the option to cancel the return journey bbut in the background they are cancelling the onward journey without prompting.

          I have been tried calling and mailing but no response. I have not received my refund of 3567/-
          Now this has been a serious issue. This is my last mail. Further if don't receive a call or my refund from you i will file a case against the company. You are doing fraud and cheating the loyal customers. When i call to customer care they say my order id is not valid. I want my refund.

            Hi,

            I booked a train ticket through irctc using netbanking. The payment gateway was paytm mobile solutions.

            I have cancelled this train ticket (Pnr# [protected]) on[protected]. The payment transaction id is [protected]. However, still my refund amount is not credited in my bank account. I confirmed with irctc and they told me that your refund is pending from paytm.

            Please do the needful as already 10 days over.

              For my previous complaint the company still hasn’t even initiated the refund let alone refund processing. No one picks up customer care call, and no one replies to emails. Refunds are instantaneous according to them, but it’s going to be almost a week and they haven’t initiated refund from there end. Please help.

                Sir, i have purchased allen cooper shoe on 24th september through credit card emi. But on 27th sept 2017 i got one sms the order was cancelled.

                  I have ordered online for led lighting strip of 25 mtrs through paytm website with payment. But i received a defective piece of the item (Which is not working at all) and with less length of the strip (18 mtrs). I. E. Received 18 mtrs against ordered amount of 25 mtrs.
                  Already registered a complaint at paytm customer care on 1/10/2017 @ 14.00 hrs. But no action has been initiated at your end.

                    Hi,

                    I just want to raise a concern about bad customer service provided by paytm. I had initiated a ticket for refund of failed transaction to paytm but I did not get any response from customer care.

                    I did a mobile postpaid bill payment of Rs. 391 but transaction has failed due to some reasons so I got a message that refund has been initiated from paytm. But even after 10 days no refund is received. Customer care is also unresponsive.

                      I have transferred for recharge of jio mobile two times on 28th september and 2st october with rs 399 each times from my wallet and the amount is debited in my account but both the times the money was not transferred and i could not get the recharge. Please look in to the matter and inform me what happened to my money.in case it has transferred to jio mobiles why recharge was not done. I do not receive any message either from paytm or from jio.

                          Sir, i have purchased moto e4 and vivo y21l mobiles on 20th september through credit card emi. Same day cancelled orders due to specification issues. As per their terms, if order cancelled before dispatch, money will be refunded immediately. Till date no money refunded. Called customer care many times, but no positive response.                           Called paytm customer care many times, but every time they are saying only one thing that their team working on this issues to resolve. They gave me query nos' 38801545 and 38643144. Money may refunded soon or later, but the problem is if its not refunded before 5th October, then i have to pay EMI interest to both orders. + taxes extra. Who is responsible for this extra headache?
                          So, sir please look into my problem. Thanking you.
                          From last 11th September I have buy one item, but I did not get delivered.refund also not done I was tired customer care but no one not responding..., i m going consumer Court it's better idea

                            I had added money from the bank to paytm it is detected from the bank account but doesn't adding into paytm wallet it happens for me almost three times
                            Since in this month and done it from different paytm account also but its happening and second problem is i forgot the password and still today it doesn't rectify the password of mine so. I am doing it from friends paytm i lost 6000 rs. As i am student 6000 rs is very important for me. If they replyed i will give the banking details too.

But i had received only one quantity. So i opted for return pickup and i had returned what i have received. But i got refund of one quantity. And one quantity refund is still pending.                                 I ordered a watch from paytm and it was giving me 2520 cashback within the 24 hrs of shipment of product. But the cashback wasn't processed. The watch arrived and it had some quality issue so i returned it.

                                    I had to pay my mts postpaid bill on 18 september 2017 through paytm automatically but the transaction failed even though paytm deducted my payment of ₹1179. They emailed me that a refund will be done but it has still not been processed. And there is no way to contact them either as the recharge was not done through the paytm app but through an automatic portal that mts uses. Please help.

                                      I have raised compliant on email and paytm app. Often but didn't get any feedback.
