Dear sir/ mam,
This is regarding the complain number / ticket number – 37988246 of paytm.in
As i transferred an amount of rs. 5000.00 on 13 sept’ 2017 at around 17:03 to one a/c ending with 715 but wrongly it was transferred to a/c number ending with 615. Also, transaction number is – [protected].
I had given a complain regarding this is on 14th of sept’ 2017. With the ticket number / complain number – 37988246.
They revert me for the correct ifsc code and a/c number with correct beneficiary name.
I sent the mail with the all above info. To them after that day i didn’t get any kind of resolution in my above concern.
Even their call centre’s are also not responding. I am regularly trying to reach their call center.
So, i request you to kindly register my complain against paytm.

I am still waiting for the solutions,
after complaint on consumer help desk they didn't take any kind of action.
they are just making a fool by mark a mail about relevant department.
again and again they move my complaint to some new kind of relevant dept.
i don't know how many relevant dept. they make..
I AM really disappointed by paytm and one97communication too..
they really break my trust not only PAYTM but also such kind of company's..

    I have ordered a product from paytm on 16 sep2017 and delivery date was 24sep2017. Today is 30 september 2017 and i have not got my parcel. Even after complaining customers care thrice in this duration, my parcel is not delivered. The status of parcel is out for delivery from 23sep2017. There is no way i can cancel my order now. Paytm is making fool of people with badly cordinated delivery service and poor customer care centre. I don't think i will ever think of purchasing anything from paytm from now on. Being a giant retailer this is not an acceptable behaviour. Paytm fail miserably in front of facebook, amazon, myntra.

        But cancelled it on the same day.
        Irctc website is showing that my amount is refunded to paytmsdk
        On 26 sep 2017 but it is not credited to my bank account.

            Dear sir i have given an order if watch which has cash back of 80 percent but it has been 5 days no cash back has given according to paytm rule after 24 hours of shipment money will be given in account as a cash back i contacted to help and support but no conversation has been done from there the order no is [protected]

              I have been a frequent buyer on paytm and usually buy products for personal of official use. Last time when we bought an ac in the sale time with cash back, we had to suffer worst experience.

              Bought an ac in 28k approx with order# [protected].

              It was supposed to be delivered on 25th and i got a call from their courier boy that he is near to our place. I was not at hom and i never got a prior intimation about the delivery nor i received any phone no. He said he cant deliver an ac on 3rd floor however i clearly mentioned 3rd floor on my shipping address. He said he will bring another guy with him and deliver it tomorrow. I said okay.

              I didn't receive any call next day but somebody again called me a day after, he came near to my place and i was not at home again as it was my office time.

              He (+[protected] said the same thing that he can't deliver it to 3rd floor and he will bring a guy next day. Also he said that if i receive a call from his company, i should say i was not available. I said i wont do this. Next day, i called him and ask if he is coming but he said his mother was unwell so he didn't go to work. I said there must be someone else who could deliver but he said he will surely deliver tomorrow.

              When next day, i called him he didn't pick my number and i got a message from paytm that my order was cancelled as i was not available at home. This is frustrating and annoying from this company. They reverted that they have refunded the money. I didn't order to get the order refunded and got the balance in my paytm. I ordered this ac from paytm as i was getting on good price.

              They wasted my week and answered with waste excuse.

              I should get compensated for this

                        About a week back, i ordered with dominos using my paytm wallet. The money was withdrawn from my wallet then, but when i contacted dominos they told they have not received any order from my end. Then i asked paytm to return me my money, and they are telling. Me the order was successfully delivered..
                        I mean that is hilarious..
                        But it was not delivered to me or to my place. Don't know if either dominos or paytm sent it to their sister's place!?..

                        Flabbergasted i'm, because it has been 7-8 days they are not. Ready to. Refund my money..
                        This is a pure case of a horrendous scam..

                        Want to make public aware of it.. And looking for a genuine and decent platform where we can launch a fight against the ravans of. Today...

                            Hello sir,
                            My name is bhupendra patidar i am using paytm wallet since last 5 years.
                            My registered mobile number is [protected]and e-mail is bhupendra. [protected]@gmail.com
                            I have complete bank transfer transaction on paytm but i didn't receive the transferred amount in my bank account.
                            This transaction was done on 29/09/2017
                            At 8.06 am but still i didn't receive my amount.
                            When i complain about this the paytm customer care was didn't help me in any manner. But today i received a message from paytm in this message they says that if money was not received it's not our fault please contact your bank.
                            When i contact with my bank they also refused that this transaction was done via paytm so paytm is responsible for this we are not.
                            Now sir i am totally help less i transfer amount :₹2564.42 and my wallet transaction id by paytm is [protected] i also include a screenshot of transaction complete below

                                Im not able to log in to paytm, its shown that my account is temporarily blocked and contact customer care, when i contact no response. I haven't done anything wrong for blocking me, all money i have is inside this paytm account please help me.in my wallet it have above rs13, 000/-, please help me regain my money back or a way to log in.                                       I have been locked out of my paytm account. I keep calling the number provided to reset the password and everytime a robotic voice tells me that an sms has been sent to reset the password.
                                      Till date, despite 20-30 such calls, i have not received a single sms.
                                      There does not appear to be another method of changing the password on their app/website apart from calling this number.
                                      There seems to be no way to actually connect to a human being on their customer care number. It is just robotic voices leading you in circles.
                                      Check the mail on your paytm registered mail id, reset link is also sent there, you can reset from there.

                                        I had booked 11kg fully automatic samsung tl washing machine on 23rd sept 2017. I had only confirmation received by email on the same day was
                                        (Paytm mall order # [protected] has been successfully placed), after which no proceedings have taken place in my order status.
                                        I have tried all your customer care numbers & have registered complaints several times, for which till now i have not received a single call from paytm.
                                        Amount of rs.38, 370/- has got deducted from my account on 23rd sept. I am a regular customer of paytm, hence on trusting your service, went forward to purchase the wm. Now, i feel very upset with the kind of service you are rendering.
                                        I am not even able to cancel the order.
                                        Urgently look into this & solve the problem, it's not a small amount.
