I had booked 11kg fully automatic samsung tl washing machine on 23rd sept 2017. I had only confirmation received by email on the same day was
(Paytm mall order # [protected] has been successfully placed), after which no proceedings have taken place in my order status.
I have tried all your customer care numbers & have registered complaints several times, for which till now i have not received a single call from paytm.
Amount of rs.38, 370/- has got deducted from my account on 23rd sept. I am a regular customer of paytm, hence on trusting your service, went forward to purchase the wm. Now, i feel very upset with the kind of service you are rendering.
I am not even able to cancel the order.
Urgently look into this & solve the problem, it's not a small amount.
