I paid a bill by my paytm wallet on 20 sep 2017 against order no:[protected]
Bill amount is 2500 but paytm uses other advertisement amount deduct from my wallet is 3520 while i complain in paytm i waited long for his reply
Then he told me about he deduct 20 rupees for accidental insurance and 1000 rs for fast track e-gift voucher than i requested to give my money back
First he said we give you in 3-5 day but after 8 day i message again than he said your money can not be refund
Than i go to look redemption of voucher but voucher already redeemed and i pay 666 extra
I requested to this forum please help me
Paytm makes people fool on their app

I have ordered a phone from paytm on 21st september 2017, and cancelled it on a same day before it gets shipped.
It’s 1st october 2017 today and i still have not got any refund. I have contacted paytm may times through call and email, but they’re not giving me any refund or any solution. It’s a big amount for me of rs. 58, 689. I want it refund as soon as possible. I converted it into emis through bank and first emi is going to be come in 6 days. And that’s why i am more worried. It’s very hectic for me to pay for what i have not used or got.

This is regarding the complain number / ticket number – 37988246 of paytm.in
As i transferred an amount of rs. 5000.00 on 13 sept’ 2017 at around 17:03 to one a/c ending with 715 but wrongly it was transferred to a/c number ending with 615. Also, transaction number is – [protected].
I had given a complain regarding this is on 14th of sept’ 2017. With the ticket number / complain number – 37988246.
They revert me for the correct ifsc code and a/c number with correct beneficiary name.
I sent the mail with the all above info. To them after that day i didn’t get any kind of resolution in my above concern.
Even their call centre’s are also not responding. I am regularly trying to reach their call center.
So, i request you to kindly register my complain against paytm.

I have ordered a product from paytm on 16 sep2017 and delivery date was 24sep2017. Today is 30 september 2017 and i have not got my parcel. Even after complaining customers care thrice in this duration, my parcel is not delivered. The status of parcel is out for delivery from 23sep2017. There is no way i can cancel my order now. Paytm is making fool of people with badly cordinated delivery service and poor customer care centre. I don't think i will ever think of purchasing anything from paytm from now on. Being a giant retailer this is not an acceptable behaviour. Paytm fail miserably in front of facebook, amazon, myntra.

I booked a tatkal ticket through paytm gateway on 23 sep 2017
But cancelled it on the same day.
Irctc website is showing that my amount is refunded to paytmsdk
On 26 sep 2017 but it is not credited to my bank account.
The amount to be credited is ₹650/-

I have been a frequent buyer on paytm and usually buy products for personal of official use. Last time when we bought an ac in the sale time with cash back, we had to suffer worst experience.

Bought an ac in 28k approx with order# [protected].

It was supposed to be delivered on 25th and i got a call from their courier boy that he is near to our place. I was not at hom and i never got a prior intimation about the delivery nor i received any phone no. He said he cant deliver an ac on 3rd floor however i clearly mentioned 3rd floor on my shipping address. He said he will bring another guy with him and deliver it tomorrow. I said okay.

I didn't receive any call next day but somebody again called me a day after, he came near to my place and i was not at home again as it was my office time.

He (+[protected] said the same thing that he can't deliver it to 3rd floor and he will bring a guy next day. Also he said that if i receive a call from his company, i should say i was not available. I said i wont do this. Next day, i called him and ask if he is coming but he said his mother was unwell so he didn't go to work. I said there must be someone else who could deliver but he said he will surely deliver tomorrow.

When next day, i called him he didn't pick my number and i got a message from paytm that my order was cancelled as i was not available at home. This is frustrating and annoying from this company. They reverted that they have refunded the money. I didn't order to get the order refunded and got the balance in my paytm. I ordered this ac from paytm as i was getting on good price.

They wasted my week and answered with waste excuse.

I should get compensated for this

I called to Paytm customer care and after following all the instructions also am not able to reset my password...

I transferred money rs 1800 in one of these account, attached below.
It is showing successful.
But still it is not came into the bank.
You have charged for it 53.00 rs for this transfer.
But failed to serve.

I wanted to send money to pne of my friends but due to mistakes the money was sent to some named sakshi and i want my back and i tried to call her but her number is not available so help me out

About a week back, i ordered with dominos using my paytm wallet. The money was withdrawn from my wallet then, but when i contacted dominos they told they have not received any order from my end. Then i asked paytm to return me my money, and they are telling. Me the order was successfully delivered..
I mean that is hilarious..
But it was not delivered to me or to my place. Don't know if either dominos or paytm sent it to their sister's place!?..

Flabbergasted i'm, because it has been 7-8 days they are not. Ready to. Refund my money..
This is a pure case of a horrendous scam..

Want to make public aware of it.. And looking for a genuine and decent platform where we can launch a fight against the ravans of. Today...

I have complete bank transfer transaction on paytm but i didn't receive the transferred amount in my bank account.
This transaction was done on 29/09/2017
At 8.06 am but still i didn't receive my amount.
When i complain about this the paytm customer care was didn't help me in any manner. But today i received a message from paytm in this message they says that if money was not received it's not our fault please contact your bank.
When i contact with my bank they also refused that this transaction was done via paytm so paytm is responsible for this we are not.
Now sir i am totally help less i transfer amount :₹2564.42 and my wallet transaction id by paytm is [protected] i also include a screenshot of transaction complete below

I cancelled a Order No:-[protected] dated:21/9/2017 through ur Paytm, Rs 16687/- but this amount not credited my bank. I Have Sent Complaint To customer care But they are not refund my money. So my humble request u to take necessary action. My paytm no.[protected]

Im not able to log in to paytm, its shown that my account is temporarily blocked and contact customer care, when i contact no response. I haven't done anything wrong for blocking me, all money i have is inside this paytm account please help me.in my wallet it have above rs13, 000/-, please help me regain my money back or a way to log in. For my bad sake i didn't link any email address to my account.
