I have been a frequent buyer on paytm and usually buy products for personal of official use. Last time when we bought an ac in the sale time with cash back, we had to suffer worst experience.
Bought an ac in 28k approx with order# [protected].
It was supposed to be delivered on 25th and i got a call from their courier boy that he is near to our place. I was not at hom and i never got a prior intimation about the delivery nor i received any phone no. He said he cant deliver an ac on 3rd floor however i clearly mentioned 3rd floor on my shipping address. He said he will bring another guy with him and deliver it tomorrow. I said okay.
I didn't receive any call next day but somebody again called me a day after, he came near to my place and i was not at home again as it was my office time.
He (+[protected] said the same thing that he can't deliver it to 3rd floor and he will bring a guy next day. Also he said that if i receive a call from his company, i should say i was not available. I said i wont do this. Next day, i called him and ask if he is coming but he said his mother was unwell so he didn't go to work. I said there must be someone else who could deliver but he said he will surely deliver tomorrow.
When next day, i called him he didn't pick my number and i got a message from paytm that my order was cancelled as i was not available at home. This is frustrating and annoying from this company. They reverted that they have refunded the money. I didn't order to get the order refunded and got the balance in my paytm. I ordered this ac from paytm as i was getting on good price.
They wasted my week and answered with waste excuse.
I should get compensated for this
