Respected authority i have placed a order on paytm app on 26 sep 17 with id [protected] bcoz of delay i cancelled my order on 26 sep 17, the order was of 935 rs after cancellation i recieved 135 cashback in my paytm wallet butnot recieved 799rs refund in my bank account as in paytm app status was showing refunded to bank account, i registered a lot of complaints about that but no response paytm is giving...

    Sir i have ordered an microwave oven for my home and it was not delivered by the courier company and when called they replied false promises as they did not even shipped the thing in 6 days it was lying in the warehouse of pick up point and when called they said it is in transit always and final i gaved up as neither paytm nor courier gave me properly reply as where my shipment was and how much time it will take to deliver and i cancelled but when i cancelled my refund amount is shown 50 rupee less from actually for shipping charges why should i pay as shipment was not even delivered from pick up point

        Incorrect refund amount has been processed against return of my paytm order no [protected] as i have paid rs 609/- including rs courier charges and paytm has processed my refund with 0 amount.

        I am taking follow up for refund of my order amount since 06-sep-2017 but i have not received my refund amount and any reply from paytm till date.

        Please refund my payment amount of rs 609/- on priority.

            I ordered a earphone and a contact lens from paytm. The payment got failed. I used a promo code mallfly1500. The payment status is still pending neither they're cancelling the order nor they are give me back my promo code to use again. The promo is going to expire tomorrow but i cannot place an order with that, mailed several times called several times but no response from paytm team. When they recieved the called i said give me my promo of 1500 back else i'll file a complaint, the executive is saying. Kar dijiye. Koi baat nahi.

            Is this the way to deal a customer. Please tell them ro refund my 1500 promo back.

                I'm using paytm from past 2year, this time i'm facing problem with a bill payment need help, i'm roaming around electricity office from last 1 month to resolve bill a query that paid through paytm

                Issue: i made electricity bill payment of rs. 3250.50 for customer id: [protected] (Name: harendra singh rathor)
                Operator madhya pradesh poorv kshetra vidyut vitaran co. Ltd. On 16 sep 2017,

                Status showing successful payment (See attached screen shot) but still it's not reduced from bill, and late fee added by operator, when i talked to operator they told me they don't have any record of this payment or didn't receive the payment, almost 1 month has gone, help to complete the payment or refund

                  Paytm has blocked my account with money in it. They are not replying to the mails. Neither i can talk to their customer care representative. Even after my kyc verification. They are not unblocking my account. They are not returning my money back. I want to unblock my account or return my money back to my bank account. But the paytm officials are not ready to cooperate.

                    I ordered one laptop in a fraud ecommerce company named aatish.net and paid rs 17, 119.03/- through debit card via paytm gateway (Paytm cash txn id [protected]) on june 27, 2017. Till today i haven't received the laptop, although i contacted the seller/merchant numerous times but he didn't send the item or return my money. I also lodged complaint at paytm against this seller/merchant as i went to paytm office and mailed them several times. But every time i got the reply "we have contacted the merchant & he agreed to refund your money. Please contact the merchant." now that fraud ecommerce website is down and his mobile number is also not reachable. Paytm didn't take minimum action in this case although they can't avoid their liability as the gateway provider of this fraud company who are cheating people.

                      Bus cancelled without prior notice by a fraud operator komitla. Ticket booked via paytm. Paytm and komitla has not given any prior notice for cancelling, and when contacted the number printed on bus ticket service provider was so arrogant and rude, and farud paytm which was supposed to be 24×7 customer care didn't respond to the call, paytm should remove the listing of operator komitla on their site and immediately provide my refund.,

                        I went to paytm looking to buy a watch and i found a good looking armani watch, i read the return policy before ordering and it was clearly mentioned that the seller would accept returns within 15 days, where the product is in a condition that was delivered to the customer. When i looked at the pictures the watch didn’t look big, and there was no mention of size also. I went ahead to order expecting the seller or paytm may contact me for the size i wanted.

                        Instead, i received the watch without any call and i found the watch was too big. I didn’t even open the cover of the watch and clicked on return button so i keep the product new. I was also asked for the reason for this return and i chose the option ‘size doesn’t fit’, from the list (Simply because i want to be fair). I also got a confirmation mail saying my return requested has been recorded and refund will be processed by 1st oct 2017. However, after few hours i got another email saying the seller has rejected my return request. And there was no reason why it was rejected. I wrote to paytm care asking for help and in response paytm said that this product cannot be returned

                          Paytm is not responding my mails now. My complain nos are 32654575, 33107865, 34015254, 35320473, 36813394, 36760242, 36852514, 36823640, 36801656, 36801317, 36801516, 36801506, 37355850, 37107985, 38982643, 38445021 and many more(the are closing my complain without resolution). As pes Paytm amount is refunded on 2nd July 2017 amount 425+426, but i didn't get this yet. After complaining the matter they shared transections id for these transactions but bank is saying these transaction ids are wrong, no transaction made to my account by Paytm with these transaction ids ([protected], [protected] and [protected])-one id is for rs 276 which i got the money. I called paytm customer care for flights (because unable to get through) talked to manager he helped me and checked the refund status and informed me that RRN no is not generated for the transactions done on 2nd July. I am asking to provide me RRN no for the transactions done but now customer care are not responding my emails.
                          Please help me or please guide me the next step

                            We saw offer regarding new scooter payment through PAYTM, suggested by Scooter dealer9 Pashankar Honda, J.M.Road, Pune0. Offer included Cashback amount (3000/-) from payment of 44000/-.
                            PayTM is a well known company also giving good services but We made full payment through PAYTM App on mobile. Amount total transfered successfully on 26th Sept 2017, BUT IT HAD DONE AFTER TRYING TO PAY 15-20 times continuously in PayTM APP. Full day I was trying to Pay amount through PayTM but so much time consumed for this process.
                            As per PayTM offer Cashback will come within 24 hours in PayTM account BUT STILL 60 HOURS COMPLETED, CASHBACK HAVE NOT COME TO US YET.
                            I HAVE ALSO SELECTED PROMOCODE BUT IT IS ALSO NOT SHOWING IN ORDER NOW.
                            SO, I REQUEST COMPANY, TO COMPLETE THEIR COMMITMENT & REFUND OUR CASHBACK AMOUNT TO US, As AMOUNT ALSO NOT SMALL.

                                I've not received my refund and it's been 14 days to it. Poor customer service. No one values for customer's money when it comes to paytm. I've sent them mail for 1000 times regarding this but no response. And the helpline no. Never helps. Customer care executive doesn't receive any call ever. He seems to be really busy always but never works to resolve the issues of customers. They still have 767 rupees of refund. Highly recommended not to try paytm mall ever again. Refund my money asap.

                                My limit still shows as 25000 while Inwas promised higher limit of 1L

                                    I had ordered a jeans through paytm mall app through my registered mobile number. Order got cancelled on 26 sept 2017. I have neither got any refund for that till 28 sept 2017 in my bank account or wallet. But the cancelled order shows to have refunded. There is no other way of complaining without this website which should be focused on. I want my refund as soon as possible. You should take care of your customers and provide usefull customer care services.

                                      I had booked tickets in IRCTC through Paytm
                                      I had cancelled it, and the status is updated as Refunded in IRCTC
                                      But i have not received the amount in PAYTM
                                      The BankTransaction ID are:

                                      I had called and even e-mailed ICICI and did not get the proper response.
                                      Also, I have not recieved the money as of now.
                                      Its been more than 20 days.
                                      This is a serious concern, as this is not the first time I have encountered with the problem.
                                      You should check all the transaction starting from mid July till date, the refunds in Conjuction with ICICI_PayU are still not recieved.
                                      There are total 4 transaction, of which the money are not refunded.
                                      Please check this on very high priority, otherwise it will be a serious concern for ICICI as well as PayU
                                      I transfer 200 rs from paytm but it shows pending only last 2 DAYS also deducted in my account. Also customer helpline do not give any response me.so please give attension my request.

                                        I ordered pizza from domino's using paytm wallet as payment gateway. Transactions and order failed but payment has been deducted from my bank account on 24/09/2017.
                                        Here is the message that i received from paytm.

                                        Your bank just confirmed a successful payment of rs.505.0 on paytm against order id jpt[protected]. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled. Please contact us at https://t.co/Nqo28MrLd9 if you have any queries.
                                        Still no response from paytm about refund process.
                                        The transactions id is

                                        Please look into this matter.
