    I had ordered a jeans through paytm mall app through my registered mobile number. Order got cancelled on 26 sept 2017. I have neither got any refund for that till 28 sept 2017 in my bank account or wallet. But the cancelled order shows to have refunded. There is no other way of complaining without this website which should be focused on. I want my refund as soon as possible. You should take care of your customers and provide usefull customer care services.

      I had booked tickets in IRCTC through Paytm
      I had cancelled it, and the status is updated as Refunded in IRCTC
      But i have not received the amount in PAYTM
      The BankTransaction ID are:
      74678447268817075759939
      74678447224417067252283

      I had called and even e-mailed ICICI and did not get the proper response.
      Also, I have not recieved the money as of now.
      Its been more than 20 days.
      This is a serious concern, as this is not the first time I have encountered with the problem.
      You should check all the transaction starting from mid July till date, the refunds in Conjuction with ICICI_PayU are still not recieved.
      There are total 4 transaction, of which the money are not refunded.
      Please check this on very high priority, otherwise it will be a serious concern for ICICI as well as PayU
      I transfer 200 rs from paytm but it shows pending only last 2 DAYS also deducted in my account. Also customer helpline do not give any response me.so please give attension my request.
      My accont was blocked after setting my password and logged into my account is showing nill balance and not showing any transactions in my passbook.
      I'm receiving following error when I'm making payments through payment app.

        My name is dharmendra singh.
        I ordered pizza from domino's using paytm wallet as payment gateway. Transactions and order failed but payment has been deducted from my bank account on 24/09/2017.
        Here is the message that i received from paytm.

        Your bank just confirmed a successful payment of rs.505.0 on paytm against order id jpt[protected]. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled. Please contact us at https://t.co/Nqo28MrLd9 if you have any queries.
        Still no response from paytm about refund process.
        The transactions id is
        Thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx0894 for a purchase worth rs505.0 on pos paytmwal1210203 at one97 communications l txn#[protected].
        Please look into this matter.

            I bought a phone swipe elite note online through paytm app which was delivered on 16 september 2017. That phone was not working properly so i placed a return request on 20 september.

            They accepted the request and the despatch date for taking the mobile by seller was 25 september but no one came to take the phone and neither anyone contacted me.

            Also i mail paytm nut no response from them and i also put a message on help and support link provided by paytm on their app

                  Hi my name is shekhar everybody is giving different statements on paytm and i tried to call on customer care ivr they told me my amount is settled and after that when call connected to the representative he told me that he can see the transaction of 3000 but the amount is not settled in the new bank account. Even executive confirmed my new account number on saturday and now they are saying that my new bank account is not yet confirmed. This is not the # customer service.                       I have ordered apple watch on 22nd september from paytm and it was cancelled by seller on 26th september. It's been two days and they haven't initiated the refund yet. Amount is ₹24, 980. App shows they're waiting for seller to verify the return. Why they will wait when seller didn't even shipped my product? They have stopped replying to my emails.                         I booked tickets using paytm. While booking it showed waiting 49. I booked my tickets it again showed waiting 48 and 49. But when i checked the pnr it shows waiting 101 and 102.
                        It is very stressful. During these festival season when we try everything to go to home and we have to face this. Lost my trust in paytm.
                        Now who is going to pay for it.
                        It was very important for me to go to home. Because of this booking i didn't book in other trains now i am left with no other option.

                          I have recharged Rs 444/ on [protected] mobile no on 24/9/17 through paytm. The money got deducted from my account but recharge not done. I am not getting any response from paytm. I called to paytm customer care but no option to talk to customer care regarding this. I have mailed the issue to customer care mail id but they did not bother to reply.

                              I have bought power bank order id [protected]. Paytm was offering cashback of 15% on applying a promocode. I have successfully applied code and collectected the article. I have awaited 48 hours for cashback. But patym has pretended that i have not applied promocode. I have rgistered complaint to customer care with screenshot of successfully applied code on order. But they replied anything clearly. Next i have filed return request in paytm. Customer care has assured cashback on cancellation of return order. But till today they have not cashbacked in my account.

                                Booked a mobile on 21st and cancelled due to personal reason before your proceedings... Inspite repeated message on your app resolution was still awaited for my refund..
                                One of the pathetic response i have got from paytm regarding reversal of my money, you have put me in tense and worry for my money, i was fed up calling your customer service, once connected and waited for 45 mins who kept me on hold and disconnected call later, you all are proving that indian company cannot meet international service benchmark

                                Really surprise to hear from your last mail about bank payment settlement status that your team is not aware for refund status as the same was initiated by you. I am yet to get record about bank transferred details so that i can enquire in my bank for credit but seems team is failing to provide..

                                I am seriously concern about transaction done on paytm weather it is secure mode as fail to understand why team is hesitating to provide satisfactory answer.

                                Pls inspect details and transfer money immediately.

                                  My is roshan i bought a pair of nike air max emergent shoes for 7000 at paytm. After getting delivery the shoe size very small for me. I usually use 8 size shoes but shoes are very small and shoe quality was very low.
                                  So i asked for return or replace immediately but without even contacting me the seller has simply rejected my request.

                                  I tried to contact paytm customer service but they are not taking action.
                                  Please help me in getting return and refund of my money.

                                    I have booked 4 tickets in paytm which all together deducted 1298rs from my account.in other booking portals, the tickets amounted to 1024 besides taxes. I have also opted for promo code which returned rs 102 to my account. But by booking through your portal, we have ended up paying 172 rs extra. I need an explanation for these extra charges and cancellation protection charges that you have taken from me that i dint even opt for. This is not fair.

                                      I have purchased a product from paytm online shopping site. I have paid the whole amount on my purchasing day. After 3days the seller msp mumbai have cancelled my order.in my tracking details it is showing that not yet shipped the product. How many days needed for the refund. My order id is [protected].
