I have paid Rs.195 to Paytm for recharge of mobile no. [protected] on 26.08.2017 vide order no. [protected]. I have not received Operator reference number.I have tried several times to register a complaint with Paytm, but there are no option to register such type of complaint. Also, there are no otion to contact Paytm officials on phone.

Please advise Paytm to credit this amount to my paytm account.

Please inform about my payment confirmation for a sum of rs 1442/- remitted through landline of bsnl on 22.09.2017. Today 26/09/2017 i did a 98 rupees electricity bill payment trough paytm website.
After bill payment the oder history showing my total amount 198 rupees deducted from my paytm wallet because i selected 100 rupees for "home burglary insurance of rs. 2 lac for rs. 100".
I am a regular user of paytm app and website and i don't know what is burglary insurance. Even though i don't have a proper home.
Paytm used an unethical trick for selling this insurance. They changed the payment agreement box and added a new line before proceed to pay button.
They know regular customer like me definitely click the box and they get 100 rupees without any effort
I am not a rich man i don’t need that insurance policy please give me my 100 rupees back

I had placed order for iphone 7 plus 128 gb black on 23 sept 17 against which i had made payment threw my debit card for rs.68398/- against which paytm had offer cashback of rs.12000/- which it had shown will be credited with in 24 hrs.
But its been 3 days and they have credited any amount. I have already 5-6 request for the same threw paytm app but not getting any response from there side. I have already tried to call on all possible customer care numbers but all there numbers are automated so not getting any response from that also.

I have also received product on 24th sept 17 but they are not giving cashback.

Kindly guide me and help me to get my cashback amount.

I hv not recived any reset link frm 8 days plzz help mee i want my money back..my paytm wallet balnace is rs 2000 i tried more than 100 times to connect with paytm but noo respose even their costmr care no they provided is also fake.. i waill not leave my money like this..i suggest all my friend to not use paytm.. yes they send me a reset link yesterday but i was driving and when i check my messg the link was expird... they don'r even want to inform the account holder that we are sending you a link or otp. i will not use paytm in my life again.

My order no is [protected] which is a lg 43 inch led tv ordered on 21st september 2017 via paytm mall app. The tv was delivered in a sealed pack on 23rd september. Today on the 25th of september when the installation was to be done, the technician came and unsealed the packaging. The display panel of the tv was found to be damaged. I want the tv to be replaced. But when i try to raise a request for replacement on the app, an error message is shown. I am unable to raise a replacement request. Please replace the product as soon as possible.

I tried to book a train ticket through net banking yesterday and chose paytm gateway. Not only did the transaction fail, but the deducted amount of 136.80 has not been refunded. I had to take another ticket this time through mobikwik. Yet the amount has still not been refunded. Please do the necessary to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am attaching screenshots with the complaint.

Hi i have ordered macbook pro on 22nd sept, the seller cancelled my order with out any reason, now the offer period in paytm mall is over.

Refund is delayed and showing refund error.

They ll refund only to paytm wallet, if i want to transfer that money to my account they will charge 2% processing fee.
Such a way they are looting their customer.

I have tried to call customer many times but no response from paytm mall.

I need penalty for the thing happened.

I needed only one item i. E. Gillette mach3 blade. However, i ordered in all 10 items as there was an offer going on under buymoresavemore which was valid on 10 products. I added only those items which had this offer. While placing the order it showed be total rs. 964 which would be credited in my paytm wallet as cash back. However after receiving the item when i checked in paytm app i came to know that i did not selected the offer while placing the order. However, while placing order i calculated the cashback amount which was shown against each item which was rs. 965 approx. I also noticed that due to system glitch sometime it was showing the cashback amount and sometime it was not. Also, found that against all item it suddenly started showing "this product is not delivered by the seller to your location". But after the order was placed nearly all items have been delivered to my residence. I complained about this issue to paytm, they closed all my issues and they did not took any proper action.

I want my cashback to be credited in my account else i should be allowed to return all the products that i have purchased under this offer to paytm.

500 rs was reduce in my bank account
But not add money in my wallet

I placed an order today on paytm mall. Due to some reason i.cancelled it after 5 minutes. I got my money back in my paytm wallet but didnt got in bank account. I have been calling paytm customer carr from last 5 hours but m.not getting any response and same with mails that i have done 7 -8 times. If i didnt get the refund tomorrow i will surely knock the doors of consumer court. Thank you

I tried to pay my electricity bill of jvvnl through paytm of Rs. 5455 the tranction was failed but amount was not sent back as it was dedicated and it was the last day of bill payment why always paytm is having a large no. Of isaue relating transction failed and amount deducted it is losing faith among consumers

Dear team, one person has taken 5000 rs from me on his paytm account number [protected] and now this person is not reachable please help me by sharing his details he has committed fraund.
He met me on olx and told me to send 5 k on olx for apple tv 4 i transferred money via paytm but now his phone is continuously off so please help.
