I needed only one item i. E. Gillette mach3 blade. However, i ordered in all 10 items as there was an offer going on under buymoresavemore which was valid on 10 products. I added only those items which had this offer. While placing the order it showed be total rs. 964 which would be credited in my paytm wallet as cash back. However after receiving the item when i checked in paytm app i came to know that i did not selected the offer while placing the order. However, while placing order i calculated the cashback amount which was shown against each item which was rs. 965 approx. I also noticed that due to system glitch sometime it was showing the cashback amount and sometime it was not. Also, found that against all item it suddenly started showing "this product is not delivered by the seller to your location". But after the order was placed nearly all items have been delivered to my residence. I complained about this issue to paytm, they closed all my issues and they did not took any proper action.
I want my cashback to be credited in my account else i should be allowed to return all the products that i have purchased under this offer to paytm.

Updated by sanjivkp My issue has yet not resolved neither I received any reply from PayTM.
I have only one question as why customer should suffer for Paytm's app glitch ?
