Call was called by kabir and rahul through bagit. It was said to me that if you pay 9000 rs we will send u laptop of hp... I paid 9000 rs through paytm and now they called me that your laptop is dispated but it was trapped in custom office... Now they say to me to pay 4000 more rupees to relay my product... Bagit is really fraud company

So i requet u to help me to give back my 9000 rupees

Paytym has turned sodisgusting... My account got logged out automatically and when i tried to login it said incorrect credentials... I tried forgot password option it asked me to call customer care to reset the password... I tried for customer care it said that due to technical issue unable to reset... I tried this for two weeks continuously.. Still don't work... I have 4000 stuck in my paytym account... Tried to send emailz to paytym... No resolution they say that i dony have an account with them... Like what the he'll... I used paytym for more than a year... Can somebsomebody please help me deal with this mess... I need a callback or i want the password link right now

A person is telling me that you have to pre book your phone so i gave him 2000rs. After that he told me to gave him more many but i denied he request and tell him to return my money i dont want your phone now i m not able to connect with him. Only i have is just no. I mentioned here [protected] this is the no on which i have send the money pls take action on this matter

I've done recharge of rupees 37 yesterday and it's still showing recharge successful but i still haven't received it. I've tried several of paytm helpline numbers and all of them are very non supporting/not reachable/out of service. Even if any number by chance gets right, no one is there to pick it up. I'm talking with robots sice yesterday and most probably have spent more money on this than the recharge itself. I want my money back. I don't want any recharge now. Paytm is seriously so unprofessional.

Unable to book movie tickets, many times if i try to book tickets the screen will come like the screen shot with this complaint which I Attached
And at starting days of a movie release the site is not realizing all tickets

I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [protected].
I send one message paytm also but they replay me you contact that person and request him/her for returning your money. If they dont return then you take help of police.
I called to that number to revert me back money one lady recive my phone call and told me i don't know any thing my son is not here when he came he return i waited 7 days contact her son but till now i did not get my money. Her son paly with me did not return my money. I am completely helpless as i transferred amount from paytm wallet not from bank.
Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal.
Paytm need to respond and give my money back.

Dear team paytm,

I have placed an order for a voltas ac vide order no. [protected]. This order was placed on the 2ist of september in the ongoing cash back sales. There were two other ac's also in this order. There was no activity on the voltas ac for 4 days and then suddenly i get a message that the seller has cancelled the order. On raising complaint via your ivr, iget a inadequate response
That the seller has been penalised etc etc... I am trying to place the order again, but because of your system, i am not able to place the order for a single ac and get the 20% discount that i was to get if the order was not cancelled... Why do you accept orders/ give discounts and then cancel the order so that it is not really a customers gain? Doe this not amount to cheating?

I wish to inform you that if my query is not resolved, i shall place a complaint with the consumer court and let the law take its course.

I placed the order on 3rd of september, it was supposed to be delivered on 8th september but it got delayed and i received a text message on 15th of september that your order had been delivered and it was received by kamal, and i didn't receive any call of the delivery person on that date. I asked the security guards of my hostel and they hadn't received any order. I tried calling paytm customer service they registered my complaint but i didn't receive any calls from them. Moreover they are least bothered about the issues i have been facing since then. It's a humble request to you, please either return my money or give my order to me. I am really disappointed with your services.

Sir i am nilesh raj. I recharged my mobile number [protected], at 9:57 am, sep 23 2017 through the paytm. My order no is [protected]. Your order is successful shown on my paytm account but recharge amount is not reached in my mobile number.
Sir please help me i am old customer of paytm but paytm is cheated with me. When we call the paytm customer care then he did not respond my call.

Dear sir i am contacting you more than 20times but no satisfaction reply. Sir i am booking a ticket in busindia.com through your site but two times amount deducted from bank and than transaction unsuccessful. Pl solve my problem as soon as possible.

I cancelled an order amounting to Rs 44999 and paytm haven't started the refund process. When i am calling the customer care no., they are putting my call on hold and not even answering. Thats a very ill treatment, a customer can get.

I have purchased mobile phone on[protected] on paytm by paying total amount, it had mentioned 10 days relacement (Damage & not working). Today i recived my order when i un box and kept for charging mobile is not getting charge and getting error 'contact after sales & service center' i tried thrice using different chargers getting same, on same thing when i call 'paytm' customer service centre after 20 min it get connected. They were very poor to take up callsthey listen my words and they are saying it is defective which wont cover under replacement, now my point is, how they can say it is defect without seeing? I think paytm know this about and burdning such products to customers. Iam waiting for the proper response. This was my first and last purchase from paytm

I ordered an iphone 6 through debit card on 19th september from bhubaneswar odisha. They didn't ship the item and auto cancelled the order. They didn't refund my money also. Order id [protected]

Facing issue with paytm services, with their pathetic services. No response from the team once complaint is raised. We even did try to contact them on their toll-free number but no answered the call. No representative gave resolution for the issue.
Issue: lost paytm password for 1st account, hence, created new account. Meanwhile, one of my friend transferred the amount of rs 2000 into my 1st account for which the have forgot the password. Due to this i m not able to see that amount in my 2nd account (New account). Its a request to merge it or transfer the amount of rs 2000 from 1st to 2nd account
