Paytm is promoting fraudulent vendors, different product image/ lower price product image is uploaded for higher category, if customer order it, then its an option with vendor - whichever could be supplied - image product or actually ordered. So playing with customer's hard earned money.

Attached is an image of the same where bosch 7kg washing machine model is updated for 8kg (Wat28469in)

If paytm claims to be true service provider, then must say blind fold investor's and quality team working to ensure - customer has to pay for there mistakes.

      On 14/07/2017 6:15:53 I have made a transaction on Paytm but this transaction few day showing pending then failed but deducted rs 500 not refunded now to yet...I complained on Paytm care but they now to yet not resolved.

            Paytm team.

            I, nitin naringrekar made a payment using paytm mobile solutions thru state bank of india debit card ending 6234 for rs.400 on dated 7/9/2017 at 23:13 hrs. I got a message stating that my payment was successfully processed at pune district central co-operative bank for rs.400 with order id 6364040270235254708082093300 from paytm team.
            Later, i got one more message at 23:19 hrs stating that the payment has been failed and as the money was debited from my bank account the team promised me that the money will be reverted to my bank account within 7-14 days. Till today money has not been reverted and i want my money to be credited soon to my bank account. How soon will the money be refunded? Do inform me via mail asap.

[protected] complaint that 09/09/2017 rs.2000 transction has been deducted from my account without my permission and without any confirmation massage by your site.. I have been regular followup with your coustomer care numbers with sr. No. 38289154 but no any reletive response done. So kindly crdit my amount otherwise tell me alternation for this transction. After your responed mail and according to take a legal action i proceed my complaint.

                    Hello paytm,
                    You are having the worst customer service don't say 24/7 service your toll number is only asking you have lost your device and log out is that the service you can provide in toll number your service i need refund for my cancelled order order id's are mentioned below all orders has been cancelled 2 days back and i not received money that i have paid.
                    Order id's

                    2) [protected]
                    3) [protected]
                    4) [protected]

                    Refund my money within one day are i'll sure file a consumer case towards your website. I need my money within 48 hours.

                    I my order details it shows amount has been refunded to bank on[protected] but i have placed order on[protected]. Is this what the details you providing to the customer and if i send mail through your side there is no response i have send more than 5 mails but i didn't get any mail from your side. And your # toll free number is the worst just stop toll number service are just try to call your toll number first. I'm going to file a consumer complaint on paytm within 2 days if i not received the money back in my bank are in my wallet.

                    Total amount i have paid: 46, 348rs

                      I ordered pizza by using dominos pizza app. For payment mode i used paytm app but i don't what was the issue they deduct 588 rs. From my bank account but order did not placed. Then paytm sent me text that they will refund money in case of cancellation. Because of that error i cancelled the order. But now i did not get my refund. So please consider this as soon as you can.

                        Sir/mam,

                        I have done a transaction via bhim app (Npci) on 29 august for rs 1100 towards paytm (Order no. [protected]) from my idbi bank account but my paytm wallet was not credited with the amount.

                        According to paytm they did not receive the money since the transaction failed.

                        According to bank and upi, both of them have approved the transaction (Proofs attached)

                        Attached herewith are the transaction details, which clearly indicate that the amount has been received by icici bank, i. E. Paytm's bank.

                        I have written several mails to paytm, along with adeqate proofs that the amount has been received by paytm (Icici bank) but haven't got a satisfactory solution.

                        In paytm's reply they have stated that money shall be credited into my bank account in 7-14 working days. It has been 25 days to the transaction, i still haven't received any amount from paytm.

                            I'm using paytm from past 2year, this time i'm facing problem with a bill payment need help, i'm roaming around electricity office from last 2 month to resolve bill a query that paid through paytm

                            Issue: i made electricity bill payment of rs. 24558 for customer id:[protected]Name: rajaram,)
                            Operator madhya pradesh poorv kshetra vidyut vitaran co. Ltd. On 29 jul 2017,

                            Status showing successful payment (See attached screen shot) but still it's not reduced from bill, and late fee added by operator, when i talked to operator they told me they don't have any record of this payment or didn't receive the payment, almost 2 month has gone, help to complete the payment or refund

                              On 22september i have purchased the prepaid product for 27000 iphone 6 on which i have applied for cashback promocode earlier the payment got failed then i purchased the product again at the same time applying the promocode and i checked thrice that promocode is applied or not just because i purchased the product just because of cash back but i didnot received it. I want my money back or cash back right away. Paytm people are doing scam. I will file a suit

                                And please find the attached file.
                                This transaction is done on 10/07/2017. And that time was deducted in my wallet but not credited in my bank also and lot of times mailed & called to paytm customer service but no any resolution in still now. And called to my sbi bank also that customer is simply this not my problem only problem have from paytm so please do contact paytm customer support. That's why lot of times called to paytm but no any resolution so please resolve my problem as soon as possible sir.

                                    This product is defective. On charging, mobile's touchpad starts malfunctioning and once charged, the mobile functionality is also affected like system reboot on its own. This is not the cased when charged with my older charger. I have raised a return 3 weeks earlier and now i have received a message that the return has been rejected. I need the return to initiated as soon as possible.

                                        On 11sep 2017, an amount of 13149 was debited from my paytm account. The amount i added via my icici debit card. The amount was added to purchase a mobile phone.
                                        The amount debited from paytm account but payment failed. The amount is not refunded yet. I complained paytm customer care they said it will take time to refund but refund not yet processed. I request consumercomplaints to look into the matter.
