Dear sir/madam, I have a issue with a tranction on date 2 September 2021.I pay addmission fees through Paytm upi and sbiepay but merchant didn't receive the fees so kindly solve this problem as soon as possible and I attach the proof of payment. Both the Paytm payment bank and merchant denied this transaction. I have complaint this issue many a times but they refused.

    Amount:- ₹3999, paytm Please look into the matter as soon as possible, I ordered watch from amazon but I returned it because of software problem so they gave me refund but I didn’t receive any amount in my bank account, I ordered through paytm debit card but its more than 15days and still I haven’t received any amount and i Have contacted bank also and raised complaints many times but my issue is not resolved.

    Amazon initiated refund on 23 august and credited on 28 august but till now i have raised many complaints in paytm but they are always making excuses not helping me in getting mu money.

        I purchased a paytm first membership of rupees 899 and it had an offer which included 40000 cashback points, now Cashback points are the ones which can be converted into paytm wallet balance. But paytm credited me with 40000 (worth 500) points in paytm first games, which is completely wrong and useless. I request paytm to credit me the 40000 points as my cashback points

              i got faulty sound box from Paytm business app i complaint last month they send me new sim but still not worked so i complain again they told me your sound box faulty send back to us & they give replacement . bcz i need between replacement period so i ordered new sound box. but the new sound box they are send me without sim so put my old sim in newshound box but still my new sound box not worked so i complain again they told me send back both sound box to us & we are give replacement. so i send it back to them both sound box giving address on 7 th aug. 2021. since i after i called many times even they told me that your both sound are received & we ll sending your replacements so i called them after few days & they said same so i told them pl send me courier details but they are not providing me courier details. fibnally i told them that i am going to make complain in cosumer forum & need my business damages amount Rs.1Lakh now i no longer needed sound box

                In 21/06/2021 and 02/09/2021 I make payment for my customer 1519/- and 2000/- always I done same number few years but he suddenly his mobile number changed I don't know about that but payment was successful in my account my customer was told me when I done payment by 02/09/2021 I was call for paytm customer care services but he was not supporting me properly he told me to u can't get money retun u have to forget the money

                        Dear Sir,
                        I am writing this complaint for Hotel Booking ID [protected] via paytm.

                        I am very disappointed from Paytm, I felt cheated like because Paytm behaving like thief, They doesn't want to understand my problem. On date 15 Aug 2021 during night someone booked hotel room in Hotel Grand Regency, Rajkot for date 15 October to 30 October but I was not aware about this transaction when I got a mail regarding hotel booking then I understand it is suspected transaction.

                        I submitted hotel booking cancellation request immediately but after pressing on cancel tab message appeared "Your hotel booking cancellation request is under process.
                        After submitting cancellation request I have browse same hotel and room it was showing free cancellation allow till 16 Aug, I also taken screen shot of it.
                        Next morning when I talked with paytm customer care executive, he said it was non cancellation booking if you cancel this booking then whole amount rupees 36108/- would be charged as cancellation charge.
                        While hotel manager said you can cancel your hotel booking before 24 hours checkin time without cancellation charges.
                        This transaction done by SBI credit Card, If bank send recovery guys at my home for recover said amount then I can't face those people and society then I have only option harm myself. I hope you can understand the my feeling, how much am I pressured.
                        Please help me...

                            I had done a recharge of Rs. 49 on 1st August 2021. According to the Paytm App, I was supposed to get 28 days validity as seen in the image.
                            I got only 14 days validity. My incoming and outgoing validity was discontinued by my operator.

                            I complained to both the operator and Paytm. Both required screenshots but Paytm app doesn't allow to take screenshots. So I had to click a picture and then submit it to them.

                            First they said that my query will be resolved by 24th august and now they say that my query will be resolved by 26th.

                            And today they are saying that the recharge was successful and I have to contact the operator.

                            On contacting the operator, they said that they have changed their validity to 14 from 28 days.
                            My operator is Vodafone Idea.

                            But then why is Paytm scamming me by telling me that I will get the same benefits for 28 days and not 14 days.

                            This is where Paytm is at fault and its not even accepting its mistake.
                            They have waste one week of my time.
                            Their customer care executives are really unprofessional and incompetent.

                            I still don't have a solution.

                            Tell me what to do?

                                    Yesterday (21st auguest 2021) I have filed the complaint regarding 10g gold purchased from the Paytm in consumer complaints.
                                    Today i received the call from Paytm (they have introduced himself from Paytm) and asked me about the complaint and said my purchase details (that 10 g gold).
                                    He said i'm having 25 % cash back offer when i purchased. And generated one message and asked me to complete the process.
                                    In that message shows 12500 rupees (25% cash of my purchased amount). when i clicked this like it tooks me to paytm page and and got the option to pay the amount.
                                    I questioned them that why should i pay. He promised that this is just verification purpose and money will deduct from my account and will get credited in few seconds. I asked him to verify with minimum account and generated one more message with 2000 rupees. I paid and deducted amount from my account. Immediately he disconnected his call.
                                    I called him again and told..he said his system is showing transaction got failed and money will get back with in 2 hours. But nothing happened and he is not reachable.

                                    I don't know how to take this incident forward. I dont want to get cheated anybody from these people... Here doubt is they have taken my message from consumer complaint portal and reacting immediately with some story to cheat the people...

                                      Worst service ever faced. I never even suggest to buy anything through ptm to anybody. Bad experience and frustrated.
                                      10 g gold coin got delivered after 17 days from the ordered date. After the payment there was no proper tracker no customer service number. I messaged to customer care so many times but got lazy response.
                                      Even who delivered the product, they are not well behaved... irritating the customer without knowing there own company delivery process.

                                      Courier guy suddenly came (morning) one day and delivered to my home. But not verified the person, phone number, and not even ensured my name. Luckily we we're in the home otherwise he might be given to apartment security or any one else.
                                      Evening he came again after 8pm and asking otp. He said sent as message. But I am not received. He behaves rudely and to return back the product. Finally I received as mail and given the otp. He is not even the process that how the otp will be sending either through sms or mail and arguing with customers simply. Felt very bad.

                                        I have ordered a mobile phone on 17th August 21 and delivery was showing on 19th August 21 however delivery was not done on 19th August 21. Now I want to cancel the product as delivery was delayed which hampers my plan and purpose of product.i am attaching here a audio clip it is the conversation between me and paytm through courier boy which clearly state delivery was not attempted on 19 aug 2l
                                        Plz ensure paytm to refund me and cancel the product.
