Here is what happened. I booked a flight ticket from paytm that showed flat rs. 400 discount.

This time i had spicejet and went about as usual with the ticket to the checkin counter.

Found out that there is a category called no check in baggage and if we chose to have the check in, we will have to pay rs. 400/-

Paytm cleverly sold me the ticket at its actual price, getting me to pay more, showing the same amount as refund.

    I want to tell you that,
    I want to book the woodland shoes from your app but it is having trouble in the book that i am doing shades of green color but on the payment page it is showing blue color and the book is also happening.
    I've been talking to all your customer care since the day but nothing happened.
    So, please be happy to take some action in it.

      Hello sir!
      this is V.PRUDHVI {[protected]} booked on 27/07/2017 our tickets on PAYTM option which was shown on the TTD portal for the special darshan on 28/08/2017 with the order ID [protected] stating the paytm payment was successfull. But the very next day i received a message that the above transaction was a failure with order ID [protected]. With that genuine feeling as i received confirmation regarding the first failed transaction, i again booked tickets on 28/07/2017 for the special darshan on 29/08/2017.

      Meanwhile my first failed transaction got confirmed and got mailed those tickets from TTD for 28/08/2017.

      So i request you to please consider my request and credit my account for the first transaction as it is your mistake to send the FAILED CONFIRMATION ABOUT THE TICKETS FOR THE DARSHAN ON 28/08/2017 TICKETS BOOKING ID[protected]

          My name is ajay jain one of my friend send me money through paytm qr bank code 16000 rs on 14 july in oriental bank of commerce. It has been deducted from my friend sbi saving account but i have not received. I have called 100 times paytm couster care but they only extended every time that it would be deposited next week every time. I need my money as soon as possible. I have already share my father account no and passbook to paytm on 19 july as they told there is mistake in your obc bank account but they always gives excuses to me. They dont responded any more.                   सुनने में आ रहा है कि paytm से ऑनलाइन मंगवाया गया led tv जैसा माल पुराना और ख़राब होता है ।
                  इसके पार्ट्स को खोलकर change करके फिर उसे ओनलाइन बेच दिया जाता है ।
                  इसमें कितनी सच्चाई है ।
                  क्या मंगवाया गया ऑनलाइन माल टुटा उठा मिले तो बदल दिया जाता है अगर हाँ तो कितने दिन तक ?

                  paytm में माल की कीमत पहले ही बहुत अधिक बताकर उसमे ऑफर देकर भी कीमत ज्यादा ही रखी जाती है

                    I was using aircel provider (Smart phone) bearing no. [protected] and making all my uber payments through paytm and everything was going smoothly.

                    I got reliance jio no. Bearing [protected] and transfered rs 1000/- from my bank to paytm linked to this no. However for use o[censored]ber i am unable to pay from this rs 1000/- and everytime i am forced to pay cash.

                    Is the paytm payment linked to the specific phone/mobile no. Or is it linked to my e mail id.

                    I still have aircel no., but use jio no. More often.

                    Kindly please clarify

                        Till 3 days gone i am facing problem with my paytm account. I can't reset my account password. It is in block status.
                        When i mailed regarding this issue then i got an mail about resetting password procedure from paytm. But what they given no was not connect through my airtel registered mobile no.
                        No are[protected] /[protected]

                        So that i again mailed about the issue i am facing to reset password through my number and asking them to give another way of reset password but till yet i am not getting any reply mail from them.

                        Due to this issue i can't transact from my wallet balance.

                        What they are doing now a days.

                        Totally dissatisfied for the type of customer service this time.

                        Solve the issue asap.

                          Hello,

                          I have been forcibly blocked from returning or replacing any other product that i would order in future.
                          This happened due to my multiple returns on a particular product as i was not satisfied with the quality of the product that was provided by them. The product which i had ordered did not had the option for "replacement" and thus have to return it and place a new order for the same for 2-3 times.
                          In search of quality i got my account blocked for future use. They expect me to buy the product even though i didn't like it. Now even if i want to buy new products i can't because there is no "replacement" option available for me. Even though i am a regular customer of "paytm" this has been done against my account.

                          I want an immediate action against this so that i will be liable to purchase from paytm. I have attached the screenshot which says the following issue.

                          Moreover there is no perfect customer care number available to complain against such issues and thus have to find "consumer complaints" platform for this.

                            Yesterday i did my jio recharge through paytm gateway.in the jio app it shows your transaction failed and recharge not done. But paytm deduced the amount from bank.
                            I also recieved a email and text message for confirmation of a successful payement against order id jpt[protected] but i cannot track this order anywhere. Why they deducted amount when recharge was declined.

                              My paytm order id with #[protected] was expected to get delivered by date given was 15th aug but it wasn't delivered and now the status of the order is delivered but i didn't received my order. 10 times i called the pay tm customer care helpline.. Everytime no one attend to resolve my issue. Do something about this or i will have to file a case in consumer court. I have ordered 5 items altogether out of which 3 items was delivered but the rest items weren't received

                                  On 31st march 2017 made a payment of mobile bill to idea cellular for rs 1500 by paytm. The amount is debited from my bank account but not credited to idea cellular. I have been trying to trace it since long but there is no one who is answering any call. It shows medr/paytm mobile/836480 in my bank passbook. Please clarify asap. There are numbers on website but all are useless. No one ever responds and most of them don't get connected. Is the company fake or totally irresponsible.

                                        I have not get my refund of rs. 1000 which is debited from my account... I was transferring an amount of 1000 rs. To my friend and after the whole process the money has been debited from my state bank account but it was not sent to my friend... And it has been 10 days i am waiting for the money... And when i call to customer care of state bank they are not picking up the phone and the same is as for paytm... Please solve my problem. I need my money urgently because i am a student.
