Yesterday i did my jio recharge through paytm gateway.in the jio app it shows your transaction failed and recharge not done. But paytm deduced the amount from bank.
I also recieved a email and text message for confirmation of a successful payement against order id jpt[protected] but i cannot track this order anywhere. Why they deducted amount when recharge was declined....

My paytm order id with #[protected] was expected to get delivered by date given was 15th aug but it wasn't delivered and now the status of the order is delivered but i didn't received my order. 10 times i called the pay tm customer care helpline.. Everytime no one attend to resolve my issue. Do something about this or i will have to file a case in consumer court. I have ordered 5 items altogether out of which 3 items was delivered but the...
