    Whomsoever it may concern,

    I am Sagar Rajput, my transaction number is [protected]. I ordered an Apple Iphone 7 32 GB (black) for RS 45, 544 on August 10 with an additional offer of RS 9000 as cash back. The product was delivered to my residential address on August 14 at 1pm but I am saddened to say that I am yet to get the cash back till now. I needed the cash back urgently so that I could avail the same amount to buy other products which I desperately need.

    Being a journalist with one of the leading newspapers in the country I have reported several cases of cheating registered against online shopping portals but this time it seems I have been duped by your esteemed Paytm officials as I am yet to receive the cash back of RS 9000 which I am entitled for.

    I hope I get this issue resolved at the earliest, before I am forced to take the extreme step.

      I booked bus ticket on 1st aug through redbus app and did my transction through paytm. But unfortunately my money got debited from my bank account but did not recieve my ticket

      I contacted redbus, they said that payment never reached them, so the payment got stuck during paytm transacation.
      I hope i will get my refund as it has been more than 14 days since failed transaction.

        My Money was deducted on 14aug.2017 @12:11o' clock my money was transferred to Bank account my money was deducted 8000rs but transferred to pay TM in 6000rs plzz Money was lost by the pay TM and then I'll complaint in City police station

          I am using paytm since 2 years. Few days back i added rs. 4000 to paytm wallet. Now on 3rd August suddenly logged out automatically from paytm app and i am not able to log in. Tried several times. Even they are not sending me link to reset password. I called several times to provided no. But they are not sending the link.
          I have sent emails as well but no respond. This issue should be solved as those are my hard earned money.
          Please solve the issue and refund the money.

              Sir i have placed an order seagate external hard disk (Order id -[protected]). Sir neither me nor my family member have received the product bit it is showing delivered in my app. Sir i several tried to complaint to paytm customer care no[protected] and[protected]. But this is not possible to talk to customer executives on these numbers. So i write mail to paytm email id care @paytm.com, but they replied that they have delivered the item and now closing your complaint ticket. Sir i need justice, either paytm deliver my product or refund my money. I request you consider my request and take some suitable action against it.
              I open my paytm settlement in wallet.but now I want to go settlement bank account.but showing eror...
              And also the customer care number is fake, which is not going to call.

                I have ordered an ipad from paytm bearing order no. [protected] for rs.26189/- from teletronics bangalore on 11-08-17. Any information regarding shipping of the article is not given till today[protected]. I have cancelled it today in the morning but in the paytm application "cancellation pending" "seller has shipped the item" is displayed.in this regard, i have decided to take the item if dispatched so i asked for the shipping details through query nos are 35847281 and 35836727 but not responding. I am very unsatisfied with paytm regarding customer supportof paytm. At least i want to be informed. The refund is not completed and i didn't get any sms or email regarding this also. Trying to call the customer care nos but in vain. Please help me

                  On 12th august i have recharge rs 1002/- from uts (Railway) site. Balance has been deducted from my bank account but wallet is showing rs 0. Till now either the said amount is not refunded in bank nor its showing in my wallet.

                      Sir,
                      I booked ticket through paytm gateway and i had to cancel it.
                      Railyaw is showing money has been refunded but i couldnt get the money in my acount still. I cancelled the ticket on 08augst 2017.my transaction id is [protected]. Refund id is [protected].how and when amount will be refunded. Railys showing that money will be refunded in 3-4days but still it couldnt be done

                        I have two accounts in paytm like wise a and b. From my (A) account of paytm i sent a postcard of rs 5000/-, it was successful from the 'a', when i opened the paytm 'b' account to receive the postcard iam not able to open it. When i raised the issue through there help line i got a message that 'a' account has exceeded his limit so you cannot able to open it and i need to wait again ten days for my money (Query ref no :[protected]. My question is if 'a' has exceeded his limit how can he able to send the post card? Currently i m in emergency need for money but they are playing these games. Moreover i am not able to reach the customer care to. Please kindly do the needful.

                          I place an order on 13th August 2017 on Paytm app of iKall tablet of Rs 5749 and paid through online. I read a various negative review of the same product on different shopping portals so I decided to cancel the order. I cancelled the order on the same day, i.e., 13th August 2017.
                          The seller did not ship the product. There is a policy in paytm that if I cancel the product before the item is being shipped then I can get my money back immediately. But I did not get my money back.
                          After 24 hours I do not get any response from paytm.
                          I tried to call them but unable to speak to the customer executive and they put me on hold eveytime.
                          I aslo write a complain regarding the same subject but they close my complain without giving any response.
                          I request you to help me in this regard!

                                        I have brought the iphone 6 32 gb space grey from paytm and the pieces is defective (Manufacturing defect (Display popup on right side). I have requested for replacement in the paytm app and they had rejected the request. After that, as per discussion with the customer care i have mailed all the requested document and then i was taking followup each and every day from last one week but didn't get any response. Again called to customer care and they said to repair the phone in service center instead of replacing it.
                                        Why should i repair a newly purchased phone and after providing a defected pieces its their responsibility to either replaced the product or refund the money.

                                        As of now i have submitted the product to the service center for repairing but i still want a new replaced product.
