My account was block i want to unblock my paytm account. I call you helpline number maximum time but i am not satisfy their answer. Please sir unblock my paytm account.

Paytm Payments Bank is charging 4% of the total amount spent at an international merchant using their issued debit card. It is unethical at least and illegal at best. I soon seek to apply for lawsuit at High Court at Bombay. This is a formal announcement for that if such a breachment of good will is continued by the business.

Updated by mrmathewsantoro They are labelling the charge as Forex Fees. Most PSU and Private Banks have around 1.2% international money transfer not for payment at an merchant. For using at merchants it’s zero. Whereas Paytm is charging there 4%. More updates regarding the lawsuit will be posted in the future.

I tried to book flight ticket on goibibo on 11th Aug through paytm upi which was linked with sbi bank flight ticket was not booked and amount debited I talked to goibibo customer care they are saying they don't receive any amount... So please refund my amount 9147rs as soon as possible

I have recharged my mobile through Paytm on last week, unfortunately Payment got failed twice, amount was deducted twicely. I got message from PAYTM that they refund the amount of failed order but still amount is not credited to my account please resolve the issue. Reference ID[protected] and[protected].

On 12th March 2021 I visited Indian Oil Petrol Pump (Vashi Petroleum Gala No 2) for filling in fuel and ordered Rs1200 worth petrol. This was done and I received receipt to that effect. Copy is attached.
On reaching home I came to know from my bank statement that I am charged twice within a span of 30 seconds.
This happened at about 8.30am
I made the payment using HDFC Debit card.

I requested the merchant for refund but he has not responded positively so far. Now he is not taking my phone calls. This is a fraud OR malfunction of the instrument.

I would request you to please initiate action, penalize the merchant and arrange to give me refund of Rs1200 as soon as possible.

Last four digits of my debit card are 2267

Please let me know if you need any more information

I purchase fuel using paytm qr scan code at IOCL petrol pump (Sharda Suman Enterprise) in shalimar bagh, Delhi vide transaction id - [protected] on 09/08/2021 for Rs. 200. As per current government regulations, the fuel transactions have 0.75% rebate on the amount of fuel purchase when paid using wallets or cards (or cashless payment options).

I returned a product on Amazon on 21st July and they initiated the refund on 22nd July, so i called Amazon Customer service, they told me that we are giving you the refund reference number, RRN

And also the Processor Trace ld :

But when i given these information to Paytm Customer service they told they don't have any refund regarding these transactions id and reference numbers, please help me out.
