I purchase fuel using paytm qr scan code at IOCL petrol pump (Sharda Suman Enterprise) in shalimar bagh, Delhi vide transaction id - [protected] on 09/08/2021 for Rs. 200. As per current government regulations, the fuel transactions have 0.75% rebate on the amount of fuel purchase when paid using wallets or cards (or cashless payment options).

I returned a product on Amazon on 21st July and they initiated the refund on 22nd July, so i called Amazon Customer service, they told me that we are giving you the refund reference number, RRN

But when i given these information to Paytm Customer service they told they don't have any refund regarding these transactions id and reference numbers, please help me out.

I have made a payment of Rs. 302 on eyemyeye.com using Paytm Postpaid but the Payment got failed and the refund amount not credited back to my account even after 2 weeks and I even got message from PAYTM that they will credit the amount of failed order but still not credited to my account please resolve the issue

Since two months I am not able to recieve money through paytm. Two transactions done by my patients, they have sent receipt but I didn't get money. Their money got deducted. Please do the needful.

I sent 50 rupees from my paytm to some number but it is showing pending since yesterday which is RRN ID[protected], Dated[protected] now my money is neither returned nor reached to him. Please solve my problem as soon as possible

I am Harish Chandra Singh, my paytm business account associated with phone number [protected] in non veg restaurant, new navy nagar, colaba mumbai 400005.my sound box machine was stop working in May 2021 and your associate Mr.Shivam( Mobile No. [protected]) has not responding as i have taken sound box from him since then, i called him 100 times he is not responding. and they are charging every month for a sound box machine which is not working.

My ticket was booked through paytm on 16th june but the flight was cancelled and team was not initiating the refund as air india had not initiated the refund and paytm had asked me to wait for 45 days due to covid. Now air india have initiated the refund but paytm is delaying from their end. They are not responding to my emails or customer service platform on time. Firstly they were delaying due to air india and they had excuses but why now even though air india has initiated the refund. I want it asap or else i have to take this complaint further.

Sir I was buy fastag through paytm in febury21 but I am use tag in june 21 but fastag not working in toll palaza then i call couster care dept in ptm fastag they has told me your veryfication is not done then i was pay dubble amount in toll plaza this is five time I was total pay Rs 1000 to toll plaza
then paytm has told me i am replace your tag but i canot retrun dubble amount which one you was pay to tollplaza
so I request you plz taken a action to paytm

This is Venkatesh Rajkumar here . On April 16 between 5:50 PM to 6:10 PM in my Paytm Account Fraud Transactions happened in the postpaid. Regarding paytm postpaid which is worthless and i havent used it easily for the past 3 months as there are a lot of restrictions.Seems the fraud guy accessed my account and he closed my postpaid account and opened my new postpaid account with the Credit Limit of around 44000..And he did the transaction for 43996.62(Postpaid) and also he did the fraud transactions in my wallet of around 97.38(Wallet) so total Around 97.38(Wallet)+43996.62(Postpaid)=44094 INR. I have clicked the Phishy link logged in and caused all these and i logged out immediately.These are all fraudulent transactions done by Fraud guy [protected] even if you search him truecaller it shows as fraud without the name and phishing message came from that number only. Tried reaching Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited which major transaction happened of about 35044/- They are saying the same thing they seems to be Electricity Org and some consumer paying the bill and cannot be recovered and they suggested us to register a Police Complaint and they can support based on police investigation. I have taken this much time because i have raised two complaints[protected] April[protected] April)) in Paytm but no Support from your end I have attached the Postpaid Statement which all transactions happened including paytm wallet fraud transaction of 97.38. Please consider this as a Police Complaint and file FIR on this . You can reach me at any time without any consent . I request you to take necessary action and cancel all these transactions that happened in postpaid. Let me know in case any forms need to be filled and will fill accordingly . FYI Basically I'm from Bangalore but currently i'm in my Native Thanjavur as i'm affected by Covid 19 for the past 15 days. I initiated a mobile recharge for Airtel via PayTm but the transaction failed. However the money was deducted from the bank account. Till now its not refunded. This is so unacceptable.

Hello one97communica, I faced a problem[protected] at 12:34pm . I got a message from J&k bank You have lost two thousand rupees from one97 COMMUNICA. The amount deducted sucessfully In my bank account But don't refund in my j&k bank. I am sending screenshot of the massage which is send from j&k bank.

Dear Sir,

In the month of March and April. Some fraudster has used my PAY TM wallet and looted my hard earned money.
Initally it has debited to my hdfc account, HSBC and Amex account and credited to My PAYTM wallet and then money has been transferred to some other account which I dont know. I have compliant to HDFC, HSCB and Amex cyber cell as well. Also I have complaint to PAYTM also however there is no proper response

Deduct 252 ₹ from my paytm wallet automatically. This transaction is not done by me... Please do needful and refund my money

Rs. 590/- debited from accounts but the merchant kamaayurveda denied the payment. My banker axis bank want confirmation from your side for not receiving the money.

My accout wont let me link my card or anything it won't let me add or request money either

I have made transaction of rs 10001 on 22july from paytm wallet to rummy noboob (billdesk) but at the time of transaction the amount is deducted from my wallet but from merchant side the transaction is failed at the time
After consulting payment and rummy noboob and billdesk every is denying to receive the money.

Amount of Rs.500 transferred from my Paytm wallet Mobile No [protected] on dated 10/05/21 to Mobile No [protected] (Air Force Officers Institute, Chandigarh) transfer ID No.[protected], but this amount credited to A/C No.[protected] (Same Mob number) which is in the name of Surinder Kaur which was linked to paytm but the amount was intended to transfer to Air force Officers Institute. Surinder Kaur, having same mobile no [protected] which is still linked to Paym wallet. I came to know after make payment from the Air force Institute that they are using the mobile no [protected] for more than a year. This wrong transaction happened due to not de linking of Paytm wallat of Surdiner Kaur by Paytm team.This matter is already discussed with Mr. Amandeep Sharma on his mobile no [protected] repeatedly.

My refunds

I purchase an item from boat an headphone payment through paytm qr scan. After sometime i cancell that product order after that paytm shows money refunded to customer by debit card
