        I have brought the iphone 6 32 gb space grey from paytm and the pieces is defective (Manufacturing defect (Display popup on right side). I have requested for replacement in the paytm app and they had rejected the request. After that, as per discussion with the customer care i have mailed all the requested document and then i was taking followup each and every day from last one week but didn't get any response. Again called to customer care and they said to repair the phone in service center instead of replacing it.
        Why should i repair a newly purchased phone and after providing a defected pieces its their responsibility to either replaced the product or refund the money.

        As of now i have submitted the product to the service center for repairing but i still want a new replaced product.

        Also let me know if anything else is required.
        I have purchased iphone 7 (order ID:[protected])with a cash back offer of 9999.But cashback is showing as fail.
        I tried to contact customer care they are not attending the call also.We the people still trusting paytm.so kindly please initiate the cash back or else give clarifications immediatly

          Fraud By PayTM yesterday i.e on 12/08/2017 I used paytm app connected with ph no [protected] to recharge my Videocon D2h connection for rs.570 had around 31.55 rs balance in my paytm account so used the rest i.e rs 538.45 from my SBI debit card I tried the transaction 3 consecutive time which is 538.45 * 3 which is around 1600 rs now the frauds paytm have deducted my money as well as there is no recharge done
          My biggest mistake was to use this useless app rather I could have done the recharge manually through a shopkeeper which u later did and have successfully recharged
          I have attached all the details of the transaction and my bank statement below I kindly request paytm not to cheat innocent people and to refund my money as soon as possible

          I Got My money back thank to consumer complaints my suggestion would be to steer clear of this app why use a middle men when you can directly pay for services using a debit card.

          Please help me out to reset my paytm password send me the link on number [protected] roshani bansod and please resolve this problem urgently.
          I forgot my paytm password.Give me any solution to reset my password as fast as possible.It is very difficult to transfer money, recharge, book ticket without paytm

            I have made 2 transaction using paytm portal
            1. To recharge my mobile T24 which was showing befit of Rs340 on a recharge of Rs.300 while i just received rs 320;order no. [protected] and complaint reference no 35416805. and
            2. Made recharge of datacard using Rs.265 where befit was showing that its validity is 28 days while i just received validity of 14 days, order no.[protected] and complaint reference no.35765013.

            I both these case paytm has to say this:
            "Would request you to kindly contact the operator's customer care team with reference number [protected] shared by the operator with us.

            As checked, we have a valid recharge plan on paytm for this denomination and same as operator have. Please confirm the benefit once from operator"

            "The transaction was successfully processed by the operator on the details provided by you. We would also like to inform you that, the add-on benefits are entirely managed by the operators."

            Even i provided them the screen shot of the benefit their site was showing at a time on recharge (and still as on today it is showing same benefit)

            Now as a consumer what should i do ? Dont you think its Paytm's responsibility of make sure their portal shows correct amount and benefit and for their wrong doing its their duty to either contact service operator or compensate me foe my loss as i am doing recharge using your portal.

            I tried to get the email id of their higher management whom i can escalate the issue but it seems like my request fall to deaf ear.

            I know its not feasible to keep breaking my head with their costomer support staff for this as their are lot of other thing that i have to take care of but hopefully atleast some one can keep a tab on these people as they hardly care about hard earn money of consumers.

              I had sent Rs 500 to a man as an advance payment for buying a dog, after I sent it I got a message from him saying please don't contact us further. This is a clear case of fraud and I need to complaint against them. [protected], [protected] are the 2 numbers by which he contacted me. Please take actions asap. He gave me all sorts of photos related to dogs and told me that he belonged to an NGO. I got trapped into it and sent him the money. Please help me since I just had a kind thought of adopting a dog but I got trapped in this fraud, please help me get my money back and arrest these people.

                As per the supreme court orders to refund the udf amount collected on flights in and out of delhi airport has to be refunded within 24 hours. With the same i have registered a complaint with paytm for the refund regarding a flight taken from delhi to chennai.

                I have registered the complaint on 19th of july, 2017 and taken the flight on 5th of august 2017. Even after 1 month after registering the complaint, i didn't receive the refund. I have contacted paytm for nearly 15 times, each time i contact them, they said that the problem will be resolved in 24hrs. But it hasn't resolved yet.

                  I have booked bus ticket from Varanasi to Delhi through Paytm. The bus got cancelled and I got notification of that in last 5 hour. I booked another ticket after that and that also got cancelled after 2 hours. Then I had to book another bus ticket. So I have booked three ticket through paytm and buses got cancelled.
                  I complained Paytm about this issue and they confirmed that they will refund cost of all three bus bookings. they have written in attached mail that my refund will be processed in 24 hours, but they have not processed in till now.

                  Now when I asked about my refund, they are saying that it is not our fault, it is upto bus service provider.
                  It has already taken five days .even after confirming that refund will be processed in next 24 hours in attached mail, they are now changing there view.
                  These guys looting the customer, All the customer care agents have said that my refund will be processed in 24 hours and now they are showing policy. It means that they have provided wrong information to customer till date. This kind of behavior is strictly unprofessional.

                    No promocodes are working for movie bookings.. i used TWO MUCH promo for times its showing error.. i then used MOVIE BILL which i gained from electric bill payment is also not working...

                    Worst paytm experience ... I always trusted these app and have been doing many transactions in evry month but in return it gave me this.. i just missed my tomorrow's show

                      I am not able to login my account i have also changed my password but the login is not taking place after entering my account number and password it is showing "you have logged put please login again http 401" please help
                      it is not good for a big company like paytm toh handle such errors
                      paytm shoul take suitable measures for this kind of situations

                        This to inform that today I have received my new bill and I show that my last payment 1397 has added in new bill but While I have already paid this bill by paytm on dated 12 june 2017. I am now surprised how Paytm can do this. please solve this problem as soon as possible.

                          I m trying to contact the customer care for the same but not getting any response. My passbook is showing failure in the cashback process.

                            My order is not delivered but its showing its been delivered.. None of them have received ma order as my address is the institute address of mine... Yesterday i received a msz stating today the order wil be delivered but later in d night had an msz stating order is been delivered successfully.. Mean while i had no cal from the delivery boy... I kindly request to resolve the issue immediately.
                            I have ordered a Usha aeirostyle fan but the product which I received was not the same . I want to change it as soon as possible.

                                  I have forgotten my paytm password.. And trying to reset it from past 12 to 14 hours.. But paytm is unable to send me the link to change the password.. I have wasted almost all my balance amount to cal paytm customer service but they are unable to provide me with the link to change the password. Is there any other way to reset my password.. Please help

When i put in my mobile no & password, it shows wrong password, when i m 100% sure, i m putting correct password, as i;ve it written with me. Also, i tried to change password 3-4 times, still every time msg comes wrong password. I cant access my account & cant get my money back which is lying in paytm account.
