On 7th august, 2017, i made a payment through paytm of rs. 777.28 on pos [protected] at paytm mobile solutions txn #595668. The payment, however, was not shown successful at the seller's end. Despite this, the amount of rs. 777.28 had been debited from my account and has not yet been credited back. The site i was making the payment to, www.shein.in, received no payment and so, hold no liability towards my money. I would like you to look into the matter as quickly as you can and request a refund for the amount lost during this transaction.
