Hi paytm,

I have placed an order with reference to the order no [protected]. A part of this item : 2 pieces of kissan mixed fruit jam 500g are in totally damaged condition.

Please note all 2 pieces of kissan mixed fruit jam 500g are received in damaged condition. I have also attached the screen shot of the same.

So i request you to please look into the issue and provide me replacement/refund of the same.

    I sudip kumar pramanik lives in jamshedpur. My complain is that from few last month some amount is debited from my account regarding paytm mobile solution noida.
    Whatever amount is deducted is not in my knowledege. This is happening for long time and also complained in state bank of india. Suggested by bank to complain abot it.
    So, please take some necessary action and stop this deductuion immediately.

      I suspect these guys faked promo code offers for the iphone se which i purchased last week where there was no such min purchase to use the promo codes.
      This is the term i received on my email on the purchase date (5th august 2017)... If you read the 6th term it says "no carry forward", how there could be a such if i need to purchase for minimum 2500 or 3000 inr.
      Now they have updated their offer page with minimum purchase values as it was present on the day i purchased.
      Now you can get a special price for this model on all offline stores, so better avoid this company to purchase pricey gadgets.

      How to redeem
      1. On the paytmmall website/app, add any product (S) from mobile accessories category to your shopping cart.
      2. Place your order and click on “have a promocode” section
      3. Enter the promo code displayed in the email above
      4. Upon successful application of promo code, the total amount will be discounted by equivalent promo code amount. Alternatively, in case of a cashback offer, you will be given a cashback upon successful completion of the transaction
      5. Proceed to payment page.
      6. This is a one-time usage code. Please note that any leftover amount will not be carried forward.

      Still these cannot give a proper solution...giving wrong promo code details again n again...provided a screenshot of their unethical support.
      No update on buyback offer promo for the above purchase.
      Better avoid them for big purchases.

        I have a reliance prepaid number for which i tried to recharge through online. I searched google for reliance website. A site came up with reliance symbol and they have debited my debit card with rs.196/- for recharge plan and now that website is not showing in google search at all. How i can recover this money and where i should complain on this?

          I have raised this to paytm. They mentioned that this transaction was initiated from paytm/jio app for a mobile recharge. They had not send any otp for the same. I am demanding the order details from paytm with the mobile number that was recharged.

            I buy a adidas slipper from paytm on 30th july and today is 8th august i didn't receive a curior and the curior boy told me from last three days and tell me to take your curior from my office i don't come at your address and i'm complaining this at paytm customer service from last two days and they also not doing anything i'm just wasting my money in calling them i waste ma 100 balance in calling customer care so it's my request to you that please provide my curior to me as soon as otherwise i take any other action against you and yes curior company also threat to me that i send your curior return it's such a very bad thing to you.
            When I tried to book the ticket through irctc app from Madurai to Chennai trip, payment got deducted for Rs.316 but train ticket not booked and amount got deducted from my account. Please help to refund the amount at the earliest.

                  Iam apply for kyc request. But there is no reply for paytm team they just calling me and fix our appointment but no one is coming. I think its a very bad service they are providing and no one thinking they are providing these type of service. Because they are brand and they are providing these type of services these is not acceptable. Iam not advice to any one to use kyc services

                            Hi.
                            I subscribed for the membership of hotstar premium pack but neither i got the subscription nor the amount credited in my account in paytm. The amount was dedected from by bank account.

                              I booked my 23rd july and the total amount to be billed was 1501, which was double charged on the same date.

                              Kindly get it checked and revert to me asap and get the money refunded.
                              I have raised the concern on the app as well by clicking on the help option there but it doesn't seem that anyone is responding.

                              Will appreciate your quick help on this.

                                I bought apple 5s from paytm. Imei number mentioned on retail invoice is wrong. When i asked to send me the corrected invoice paytm refused saying the invoice is old and seller cannot correct it now. I lost my phone and when i went to register complaint at local police, they asked for bill with correct imei number. I need the invoice copy with corrected imei number.

                                I request the forum to resolve the issue so that i can find my stolen phone. Unless i cannot register complaint at local police.

                                  On 7th august, 2017, i made a payment through paytm of rs. 777.28 on pos [protected] at paytm mobile solutions txn #595668. The payment, however, was not shown successful at the seller's end. Despite this, the amount of rs. 777.28 had been debited from my account and has not yet been credited back. The site i was making the payment to, www.shein.in, received no payment and so, hold no liability towards my money. I would like you to look into the matter as quickly as you can and request a refund for the amount lost during this transaction.

                                      I have got a fraud call from [protected] and they asked for atm number along with cvv number which i have given to them and then from my account a amount of rs 4999.00 has been deducted.                                       Its my request that please stop the delivery of the goods which they have purchased or cancel this transaction. My contact number is [protected].
