Money is being debited from my account since 28May 2017 every month through PAYTM in favour of M/s ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS LNOIDA and MOBILE SOLUTION NOIDA. Please help.

      Payment failed but my money was deducted from the account.
      Despite of 10 days from ordered date no refund received.
      No way to contact paytm, waited in line for hours to hours and wasted balance of hundreds of rupees.

      They sent me the following mail but no instructions on how to proceed about it...

      Payment confirmation received for order [protected]
      Hi there!

      Your bank just confirmed a successful payment of rs.319.0 on paytm against order id [protected]. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled. Please contact us at https://paytm.com/care if you have any queries.

      I am going to wait for another 2 to 3 days for you to process refund, or else i will proceeding to take severe actions against this issue.
      Even the bank people are so ir-responsive, they say they cant help it. It is not fair on your part to treat your customers in such a manner.
      As i had similar kind of issues with paytm even in the past, i will be taking sever actions this time.

          he told he is calling from consumer complain and was asking my card details .
          IS he was Genuine or FAKE .
          I recharged my idea prepaid number[protected] full talktime 105), but didn't recieve the balance and nothing show on last three recharge. So kindly accept my request and resolve the problem immediately

              I am not your customer. Sir kindly refuse the transaction that is made through my sbi credit card no. [protected] for rs. 15000 on 09. Aug.2017 time 11:35 a. M. (3 transactions each rs. 5000). This transaction not done by me.

              Some one called from mobile no. [protected] and told me that he is called from sbi credit card head office. He said that he will deposit my reward points amount and asked my card no, cvv no, otp no. After telling the numbers i realised that it is fraud.

              Kindly cancel this transaction and please refuse to take amount.

                I have tried to recharge my bsnl number today but unfortunately it failed and cash refunded to pay tm wallet. Then from my wallet i clicked the button transfer to bank account. Till now i didn't receive the cash back in my account.in my profile it shown transaction as success. I don't know what happens. This is paytm cash txn id [protected].
                I paid 1500 in( Rs.1500.00 was spent on ur HDFCBank CREDIT Card ending 4933 on[protected]:11:22:33 at PAYTMWAL1210203) but this is fake account but not refunded.plz refund my money to my card

                    This complaint is regarding paytm online shoping order no [protected] i have never received the item, but the website shows it got delivered (Asper dtdc's "successfully delivered") to me on 5th august 2017 i had received tax message form dtdc side. But still i have not received the item. I am disappointed and frustrated. Kindly look this issue. I have also complaint paytm costumer care but they are no response.

                      I have ordered a nike trackpant with order no. [protected] on 12 july 2017 from paytm. I have order this item by trusting on paytm and by thinking brand value of nike. But just after one week there were burrs coming on both fronts side of trackpant and threads startes arriving from that... I was shocked the seller are selling duplicate product on the brand name via paytm.. And paytm is not doing anything... I will not do any shopping via paytm which lets the fake seller to sell fake or duplicate products via paytm..

                        Dear paytm,

                        My paytm registered mobile number is [protected], unfortunately i have forgotten my password. I have tried to follow the procedure suggested by the paytm team in order to change my password, i. E., calling the number provided and selecting the option 1 by pressing 1. But i couldn't receive any text or email to change the password. I request you to help me either by call text or email. I have been experiencing this problem from last 4-5 days.

                          I have done a dmrc recharge of rs 500 on paytm dated 12-june-2017. I have not received the full refunded rs 437.5 yet on 3rd august 2017.
                          They have deducted my money and haven't made a complete refund after a month as well.
                          One of the poor organisation. This should not be converted for bank otherwise they will cheat people at higher level.
                          Please help me to arrange complete refund for the transaction.

                                1. I have ordered a product of value Rs.615.00 on 29th July 201 and my order id was -[protected]. Paytm has premised that item will be deliver till 5th August 2017. But on 8th August i have received a mail that my order has been cancelled. But they have refunded only Rs.115 and Rs 500 has been adjusted against cash back which has been given to me against the coupon which i have applied at the time of ordering.
                                2. I have made the order and paid the amount but the cashback which paytm has adjuste against my refunded amount is totally wrong and without my concern.
                                3. The cash back which i have got was against my coupon which can be redeem against the order made on paytm till 31st July 2017. As i have made the order for Rs 615.00 and paid the amount on 29th July, then only the cashback has been credited by paytm in my account hence cashback adjustment against refunded amount is absolutely worng.
                                4. As i have not cancelled the order then cash back cannot be adjusted against my refunded amount. Otherwise i will be in loss as my coupon was valid till 31 st July, hence cachback should not be adjusted.
                                5. As order has been cancelled from Paytm side, then my whole cash amount which i have paid should be refunded to me and cash back amount should be born by Paytm.
                                6. Paytm has no right to retain my money in Paytm wallet as i have not asked for the same.
                                I think paytm is a premium online purchase site hence they will understand the problem and take appropriate and fair decision so that as a customer i can have faith in Paytm.
                                Can't book ticket for padma cinema, kolhapur Maharashtra for the movie toilet for12-aug-17 3:30 show.

                                  On july 23 i clicked refund to bank from paytm. On 23rd itself i got notification that i got refunded to bank. I got reference number too. I went to bank and checked.in bank saying that please contact paytm customer care. Then i called paytm customer care. By waiting nearly half hour i got line for customer care executive. I explained my query. Then again he said to contact bank. Then again i contacted bank.in bank saying that transaction id is not correct please contact paytm.
                                  Hello paytm you just said in customer policy that "your money is money" are you just for name sake putted like that?

                                      I have placed an order with reference to the order no [protected]. A part of this item : 2 pieces of kissan mixed fruit jam 500g are in totally damaged condition.

                                      Please note all 2 pieces of kissan mixed fruit jam 500g are received in damaged condition. I have also attached the screen shot of the same.

                                      So i request you to please look into the issue and provide me replacement/refund of the same.

                                        I sudip kumar pramanik lives in jamshedpur. My complain is that from few last month some amount is debited from my account regarding paytm mobile solution noida.
                                        Whatever amount is deducted is not in my knowledege. This is happening for long time and also complained in state bank of india. Suggested by bank to complain abot it.
                                        So, please take some necessary action and stop this deductuion immediately.
