Payment failed but my money was deducted from the account.
Despite of 10 days from ordered date no refund received.
No way to contact paytm, waited in line for hours to hours and wasted balance of hundreds of rupees.
They sent me the following mail but no instructions on how to proceed about it...

Hi there!
Your bank just confirmed a successful payment of rs.319.0 on paytm against order id [protected]. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled. Please contact us at https://paytm.com/care if you have any queries.

I am going to wait for another 2 to 3 days for you to process refund, or else i will proceeding to take severe actions against this issue.
Even the bank people are so ir-responsive, they say they cant help it. It is not fair on your part to treat your customers in such a manner.
As i had similar kind of issues with paytm even in the past, i will be taking sever actions this time.
