but the product is not same as i ordered so i want to return it and want my money back.the order was delivered by kanchan enterprises.

      I am a paytm customer, i have been facing issue with the paytm from last one year, infact more than that. Initially i thought it's just one time or two times but as a routine paytm has started cheating customers. And the good thing is, it is blaming all on customer. This is surely not the way to be. Giving exciting offers to customers and then creating some trouble which forces customers to make new account, so that they can project themselves as one of the largest online shopping platform. When enquiring about the issue they answer very bluntly, and not interested in solving issues, this proves that they don't require customers, but if we see from customers' side, today everything is going online, so this clearly should not be the way to deal. I have contacted them many times but no solution, infact it is only through mails because the number which they have provided never never gives an option to talk to customer service, always ask for order number and whenever i have entered that it always say, wrong order id. Please resolve.

        I got a phone call from a unknown person who says he is bank manager. And ask me for bank details and otp. Unfortunately i am given all the date as he requard.
        As this type 21000 rupee debit from my account.

        As per bank statement a transaction held for paytm as 20, 000, 1000
        Am already file a police case against cyber crime.

        And i want, please help me for stop his transaction, that one is credit one to unknown fraud paytm user wallet or shoping. I am also share attachment of debit details.

            The company said a promocode worth rs.350 would be sent to my email address upon purchase of a product. I have placed the order for the product however, i haven't received the promocode. I had to contact about it then they provided a promocode which was not applicable on many recharges. Eventually it got expired in a month after it was provided, expiration information is not mentioned in the email. I had to contact them again about this and they are so pathetic and slow in replying it's going on for months now. They don't even give a damn to read the issue properly and won't answer to the question. They use idiotic blurbs like they are here to help and etc which is of no use since they never come to the point.
            My question is simple, if an expiration date was associated with the code why was it not mentioned in the email and why were conditions not mentioned as to to which recharges is can be applied? My question is just that simple.
            Btw, they take minimum one week to respond to the emails. Phone support is there, but forget about it due to number of transfers between teams. No one has clarity and you will be fed up and hung up the call for sure.

                      I booked airline ticket from paytm for my parents from delhi to toronto and back. I cancelled the tickets on 17 july 2017 and i was commited a refund within 24 hours. After waiting for 10 days when i followed up they committed another 5 days. After 5 days they committed 48 hours and after 48 hours they were clueless saying we are following with our partner etc. I found paytm not a professional platform.
                      I have ordered a OTG cable on paytm on 12th of july 2017 but it is not delivered to me yet and status is showing delivered and i have asked paytm to send me delivery proof they are not responding correctly and also not also not resolving my issue and also not returning my money ask paytm to pay me 10, 000 rs as a fine..

                        Through paytm order no. [protected] flight was booked del to seoul on 15th june 2017 and return flight on 24th august ticket no.[protected]. On 4th august around 11.30 am or so my sister from india called for the change of return date from 24th august to 9th seotember while you asked her to wait for an hour and will revert back. At 12 noon i dr. Avinash kumar myself went to incheon airport and got the ticket changed to 9th september the return ticket. Then paytm asked my sister to pay 4030 rs to change the date.. But u didnt mail the ticket as ticket was already with me the changed version and i was not charged by asiana airlines any fees for that. Later i again went to airport and asked them was any fees taken and they told no and they further told this change has been made on your personal request at the reservation desk not by any agency. So paytm could not have sent me the new tickt because i had got ticket before hand too. I have also kept the conversation recording at the reservation desk that this change has been made by my personal request not through any travel agency.

                        I want my money refund because there was no processing fees by the airlines and moreso ever the said change in itinerary has been made by my request in korea.

                        If my complaint is not heard of. I will be going to consumer redressal forum.
                        You cant charge rs 4030 for nothing when the airlines have changed the ticket on my personal request itself

                          I have recharge my prepaid mobile with rs. 348.
                          Due to some technical issue at paytm side they have recharged my number 2 times with rs. 348. Mobile operator is saying recharge is done only 1 time. Also it was a validity recharge so operator is saying even though if you have done 2 times recharge validity can not be extended.

                          If we check the time difference between both the recharge than it is only of 1 sec. How one can do 2nd recharge so fast. Logically also is not possible to do so unless there is some technical issue at paytm side.

                            Hi, i was trying to book my train tickets on irctc website. On 3rd august 2017. I made a payment of 1880/- by paytm. That transaction got failed but the amount of 1900 was deducted from my bank account. Its been almost 24 hours and the money has still not been refunded. Tickets are also not confirmed. Kindly help. I want my money back as soon as possible.

                                      I made a recharge of 199 for a bulk minute plan on my idea mobile number [protected] on paytm app on my mobile in the prepaid recharge section and the said amount also reduced from my paytm account.

                                      But, the transaction was failed by idea and i received a message later that the recharge of 199 could not be processed.
                                      I am hereby attaching the screenshot of the message.

                                      Please do return rs.199 as per your earliest convenience or revert me back with what time it'll take to get my paytm account credited with the amount.
