      I was booked bus ticket through paytm postpaid on paytm 2weeks ago. That bus was cancelled by the bus operator and then I was raised a ticket and asked my refunds.
      Paytm care told me that they initiates my refund but still I have not received it.
      If any refunds initiated it will create into 48 hours max in paytm postpaid.
      This is paytm's rule.
      But still the refund not credited in my postpaid account.
      Also paytm harrashed me on this case.

            Cant cancel edc machine service and its rental amount.

            We ddint using paytm edc swipe machine form past 1 year and we sent a cancel request and raised a so many complaint more than 10+ times we talked to paytm business customer care and sent 3-4 emails from 1 year, they telling same as ( we will cancel this service in 12-15 business days....

              Hi there,

              On 30 june 2021 .I initiated a transaction of 15k from my bank account to my paytm saving account..two times it showed failed transactions.. Money also deducted from my bank account. Now its been 2 days..still haven't received my15k amount back.. Its really a very dis hearting for me as through paytm only I do all the transactions every time.. And now because of paytm I lost a huge amount 15k which was a life saver for me..as a private employee 15k is a huge amount for me..please do refund my amount 15k back to my bank account.. As soon as possible. Please expedite the refund process.

                  Paytm First Games is a big time cheater and they people of their hard earned money with rummy game on the platform. I asked for a refund of my money which was lost due to technical glitch, for that they made me lose so many games and money by providing bad cards for consecutively so many games.
                  They say the cards are shuffled randomly but it is not true at all.

                          I purchased grocery from Grofers App and while making payment i tried to make payment thru PAYTM and it failed but money got deducted from my account

                          after ten attempts i could speak to cust care rep of paytm but he said he can not do anything as he has no details.

                                    Date of the Incident-27 october 2018.

                                    I booked a flight ticket in paytm on the aforesaid date, with regard to a round trip from coimbatore-mumbai-coimbatore for my entire family which costed me about 27, 892. The ticket was booked on jet airways and the travel date was on 23 March 2019.Due to the issues faced by jet airways during the time, the flight was cancelled and i contacted paytm for the refund. Since 2019 my refund was not made and whenever I contacted their customer care they are being rude at me and often they close the issue as resolved without giving proper reply.They even tend to manupulate the chat replies according to their wishes.

                                    I am ready to provide any details if required to concern authorties.

                                    Since the ticket contain lot of personal information I am not attching the same herewith.

                                    I swear that the aforesaid matter is true.

                                      On 19 th june and 20 th june I add 25000 rs on paytm wallet through UPI as per terms and conditions I get two time 150 rs total 300 rs cashback on my paytm wallet. but my two 150 rs (300rs)is still pending not reflected on my paytm wallet. So sir please help me for this two times 150 rs(300 rs) cashback which I eligible.
