I had ordered a smart watch Worth Rs 1999 from Paytm. But it turned out to be defective and does not work. I had to gift this watch to my father on Father's day on 18th June 2017, hence it was opened on that day. The delivery of the watch was done on 23rd May, 2017. But after opening it simply didn't work. I complained to Paytm on their website, but they refused to replace or repair the watch. I was told as per the product policy I should have reported the problem in 15 days. Since it was a gift, it had to be opened on a particular date. I never thought a reputed site like paytm could sell defective product. But Paytm has simply refused to help in this matter. It was really an embarrassing moment for me. Hope I get any help from consumer forum.

    Product Red Tape Mens Tan Formal Shoes purchased vide order no. [protected] from PAYTM on 15 october 2016. Returned the product due to qulaity and size issue. Paytm accepted returned product, delivered back to the seller on 5th nov 2016. Refund not received in Bank Account. Emailed and raised complaints to PAYTM many times but they are telling to contact with Bank. Also I have sent them bank statement for the period, but no action are taken back till now. Bank also denies. I want complete refund back into my account, as payment was made through Rupay card from my savings account in my Bank. Further many time I have submitted the bank account statement but still they are denying the fact and just keep on telling us to contact the bank only. And when we conatct our bank they are asking some refernce number or ARN without which even they are unable to take any action.

      Sub: Paytm uber wallet with a balance of Rs 600/ and above vanished suddenly on 29/6/2017
      I had two Paytm accounts
      As I was unable to operate uber thro existing Paytm account, I opened Paytm ac thro uber app and operated my uber transactions thro this ac for a long time without any problem
      First opened Paytm account was not operated and became dormant since January 2017 with a balance of Rs 77/
      On 25th June I added Rs 300/ thro net banking. I booked uber for airport and the charge was Rs 228.58 paise. The balance after deduction was about rs600/
      On 29th June when I booked uber it asked for authorisation and when authorised the balance became Rs 77/ which is the balance of dormant Paytm ac
      My Paytm linked uber disappeared
      I gave so many complaints with screen shot proof to Paytm and uber but all in vain
      Uber transactions are only in Paytm uber linked ac which vanished
      My existing Paytm ac will not show any uber transactions
      This itself is a proof that my Paytm uber wallet vanished
      I am a senior citizen and please do needful and credit the amount in the Paytm linked uber ac to my existing Paytm ac

                I booked a flight through Paytm for 7th July 22.55 Indigo on Apr 2, which cost Rs:4412/-
                On Apr 27, I requested for a modifcation and received a confirmation mail as well as the new ticket with the same PNR number and I was charged with extra Rs:1532/-
                On June 30, while onboarding, I was informed at the airport that my booking has been canceled whereas I did not receive any notification, neither did I request for any cancelation. Thus I was forced to book another flight which cost me extra bucks (around 10000).
                I was informed by Paytm that I will get a refund of the extra amount [i.e in this case it is[protected]=6000/-]
                It has been one week already and no refund credited yet.
                Meanwhile, I got to know from Indigo that my ticket was cancelled by the agency on the same day of modification (27th April) and they have returned 1400rs. which also Paytm has not returned to me.

                  My paytm order is [protected]. I placed the order for oppo F3 gold mobile but received oppo A57. from two days, I am trying to contact paytm regarding the wrong product delivered of amount 20k. I've sent mails as well as request from app account also but not getting any response from your side. Its completely the harassment for the customer as there is no customer care number where we can talk to executive directly. Plz resolve my issue asap.

                  I am not able to raise the replacement request from their website as it showing the same error again and again and on app no option is for replacement/return. I request Paytm to plz return my product and refund my amount asap.

                        My registered paytm number is [protected] and i had order a sparx sandal and its cashback is 100 rupees and promo code is successfully applied and its more then 48 hours i didn't got my cashback and company says we will give you cashback in 24 hours . This is the 2nd time i am getting this problem first time they had claimed me too fast but now they are not responding me

                          My language is automatically change to Tamil.
                          I want to bring it back to English.

                          Rs.1000/- is deducted from my bank account.
                          But not credited to Paytm account.

                          this error happened 5 days back, when recharging was done.
                          And the language was changed 4 days back.

                            I purchased Provogue Black Formal Shoes from PayTM on 15 JUN 2017 and selected the FUT1250 option for 1250 electricity bill discount coupon. My order ID is [protected] but yet not received any coupon and customer care guy is saying there is no coupon attached for this order. One of my friend also took that shoes but he also not received any coupon. I waited for 15 days because in terms and condition it's written that coupon will be delivered to you in next 15 days after return period completes.

                                I had taken a prestige induction cook top from your company in the month of april 2017 but now i m not able to see the ordered detail. I received the product on time. I orderd this product to gift my uncle at my native place & i gifted the same to him in the month of april 17.

                                Now when he tried to use it its not heating. He tried to consult the electrician but they told them that its in the warranty so contact to the company from where you purchase it.

                                    Almost for last 2 months i am unable to login to my paytm account. I tried to reset my password many times but i do not receive any link to reset my password. Many time this issue was brought to the notice of paytm customer care by sending couple of emails, however frustrated as not received any solution to resolve this complaints. A very poor customer services provided by paytm, which cause inconvenience to users.

                                      I have booked flight ticket on 6th of july at 2.14 pm via paytm order no [protected] and paytm haven't confirmed ticket yet, now they are saying that its technical issue you need to book ticket again. Now rates gone up very high. I have made call them 3-4 timed every time they have told me wait for on hour, you will get ticket.

                                      Now they are saying that we cant. And ticket rates gone very high. So you are helping customer or air lines to get more profit by holding customers money.
