Today i paid to my postpaid broadband connection tikona amount of Rs, 633 with use a recharge paytm movie ticket but are not send any kind of email or sms please confirmation in paytm side my status my order no [protected] and tikona user id is [protected] viraj joshi my paytm register cell no [protected]. i inform to immediately call center but they said you send the mail by as per paytem customer care. use the coupan code is coupn : paytmfun
attach image copy for details. hoping to get an positive reply for your side .

Hi sir

My order id [protected], i was placed an order for lg 80 cm (32) hd/hd ready smart led tv 32lh576d through paytm and i got the delivery on 01/07/2017 and almost 5 days we have approached lg customer care and paytm customer care but till now no response from both of them for the installation. We have called 3 times to lg customer care and they are registering the complaints after that no response from them. Please help us to do the needful asap.

Updated by Manikanta R be careful, i got a call from hackers and asked me my card number and OTP number to refund the amount, dont share your card and OTP number to anyone.

I've ordered for a uimi u9 power bank from paytm website & received it on 2nd july 2017 after being applied for 15% cashback on my prepaid order (Online payment through paytm wallet) which gets credited within 24 hours of successful shipment delivery
But even after 24 hrs. Of product delivery paytm is neglecting to add cashback of rs.96 by saying no confirmation from my bank side and when i've asked about this cashback from bank people they told that there's no confirmation needed to add cashback money to paytm wallet

I cancelled an order on the day i placed it. I paid through debit card. But i haven't got any refund till date. When i asked them, they told it is already refunded to my bank account. I sent them my account statements. But they didnt help me .

Paytm is one of the best isolated small sected company which steals money for petty recharges to pay there agents and i have alist of money stearls and pure frauds with the name shekar as he is the founder of paytm not sure where he might have stealled the code to make the app being a non english person from despotic background earning in millions by stealing recharge payments from the users I have lost thousands of rupees just in mobile recharges thatk god i did not make a heavy transaction on this fraud please do not use this until they fix this bug in their app by self defined coded feature of stealing money after we make the payment in pAYTM.

bIG bIG bIG fRAUD FRAUD Fraud *******Its niot one or two 15 of my friends have faced the same thing with paytm.

I have done my ticket 28/06/2017 by my state bank debit card by irctc connect app but it was cancelled irctc refunded it but It does not come to my bank account of sbi irctc shows it goes to paytmsdk bank... But it is not refunding to my state bank account..

I purchased a e-vouchers of lifestyle and shoppers stop worth 20000. For lifestyle has 15% and ss has 20% cashback. When am purchasing those vouchers no where they written about promo code so i purchased normally. After waiting 24hs i called about cash back and they are saying with out promo code i don't get cash back but my question is paytm team they no where mentioned that promo code is mandatory for cash back. Now they are giving one reply with understanding my question. From last 3 days am facing this problem hope here i will get the solution.

After I complained here I got a call from [protected] and they said they are calling from Paytm and cheated me with 3000 they transferred to there accounts. May I know what is happening here?? If it is happens here also to whom we need to trust.

I have been trying to create a merchant account on paytm for accepting payments via paytm but all i have been receiving is nothing. No customer care number works when I call them. Neither do they reply to my mails.

I have ordered a Air conditioner from Paytm on 29.06.2017 (Order No- [protected]) and it was shipped on 30.06.2017 according to paytm. now after wait for 04 days the status of my order is showing delivered on 02.07.2017 and returned on 04.07.2017 and paytm also refunded amount back to me without me knowledge. after calling customer care executive they told me that the product can not be delivered and payment refunded to your account.
This is a big cheating of paytm with me as i purchased the AC in before GST price and now the price has increased on paytm as well as in market. so now i have to pay extra money to buy the same model, kindly help me in this case the why paytm shouldn't bear this loss?? paytm has said sorry for inconvenience and i have to paid extra amount for same model of AC.
I want some action against him and want the same ac in same price which i have ordered.
Kindly help me

I filled CNG in my car on 1july 2017 at 8.45am. I paid 400 rs. amount by Paytm.but amount not received in UMA PETROLEUM VISNAGAR merchant Account, Uma petroleum merchant called to pay amount. so I paid cash amount on this spot.then I complained to Paytm by email about issue. I paid double payment of said CNG by Paytm and cash to UMA PETROLEUM VISNAGAR .Paytm not give proper response to me So, please do action of repayment as early as possible.

Received defective mobile phone, mailed many times for either replacement or exchange but they seemed not to pay any heed to my requests. No proper response of my mails neither they are sending any one to collect the product instead suggesting to visit nearest service center. Worst site i have ever experienced.
As well as when calling them for assistance none of the provided numbers are correct. Either it says "number does not exists" or it says " please stay on line" and then it gets disconnected. No professionalism is maintained. Total fraud site. Moreover, I have raised a replacement request on the website still they are paying no attention.
I need my product to be replaced else to be exchanged asap as because last date for replacement is nearer.
