Regarding order no [protected], NB Transaction No[protected], in Paytm site its showing payment successful but from school end they are saying its not updated on their end. I have raised multiple complaints (latest reference no:[protected] but still now not received any proper communication or update from Paytm for this issue. Yesterday 04/07/2017 I received a email from [protected]@paytm.com mentioning I have not updated my Order no so its getting delayed. I tried to reply to the email from my gmail id and its getting undelivered every time. I tried to send from my Yahoo id and that also failed to delivered. Then I called customer care and they took the complaint and arranged a call back for today 05/07/2017 (reference no[protected] but till now I have not received any call. Its really very poor customer service till now provided by Paytm and no one bother to solve my problem. So again I am raising one complaint to look into my issue. Please please look into this matter

I Had booked international ticket from MUM to Singapore (round Trip), and I made mistake in typing my middle name. It should be DASHARATH but I booked ticket with typo error as DASHRATH.
PNR is "SDTAPX"
From last 7-8 days i am continuously taking follow ups with PAYTM, they informed me that correction will be done within 48 hours.
But day by day I am getting same answer.
Still there is no correction done from PAYTM and it is troubling me a lot as I don't have any other option than following up with them continuously.

I have already complained about my refund which was debited twice from my account when I tried to book a ticket through IRCTC mobile app.Since I got a reply mail bout no action was taken against it.
Please respond to my complaint as early as possible and resolve.Other wise I am going to file a suit against you.

Unfortunately I have done wrong transferred to a fraud account.Request you to take action on them and please revert it back to my bank amount .I have contacted to my Bank they have suggested me to raise complain with Paytm so that it can be taken forward. So I am raising a case with below transaction details and person details.

My order id [protected], i was placed an order for lg 80 cm (32) hd/hd ready smart led tv 32lh576d through paytm and i got the delivery on 01/07/2017 and almost 5 days we have approached lg customer care and paytm customer care but till now no response from both of them for the installation. We have called 3 times to lg customer care and they are registering the complaints after that no response from them. Please help us to do the needful asap.

I've ordered for a uimi u9 power bank from paytm website & received it on 2nd july 2017 after being applied for 15% cashback on my prepaid order (Online payment through paytm wallet) which gets credited within 24 hours of successful shipment delivery
But even after 24 hrs. Of product delivery paytm is neglecting to add cashback of rs.96 by saying no confirmation from my bank side and when i've asked about this cashback from bank people they told that there's no confirmation needed to add cashback money to paytm wallet

Landline bill payament paytm not paid successfully to bsnl india

Am recharged to AIRTEL Number([protected]), but came in notice recharge failed amount 69/-Rs, from sbi net banking by websit paytm.com on July 1st 2017.

My mount is not refunded to bank account till to date, so please refund the money as early as possible.

Paytm is one of the best isolated small sected company which steals money for petty recharges to pay there agents and i have alist of money stearls and pure frauds with the name shekar as he is the founder of paytm not sure where he might have stealled the code to make the app being a non english person from despotic background earning in millions by stealing recharge payments from the users I have lost thousands of rupees just in mobile recharges thatk god i did not make a heavy transaction on this fraud please do not use this until they fix this bug in their app by self defined coded feature of stealing money after we make the payment in pAYTM.

I have done my ticket 28/06/2017 by my state bank debit card by irctc connect app but it was cancelled irctc refunded it but It does not come to my bank account of sbi irctc shows it goes to paytmsdk bank... But it is not refunding to my state bank account..

I purchased a e-vouchers of lifestyle and shoppers stop worth 20000. For lifestyle has 15% and ss has 20% cashback. When am purchasing those vouchers no where they written about promo code so i purchased normally. After waiting 24hs i called about cash back and they are saying with out promo code i don't get cash back but my question is paytm team they no where mentioned that promo code is mandatory for cash back. Now they are giving one reply with understanding my question. From last 3 days am facing this problem hope here i will get the solution.

I have ordered a Air conditioner from Paytm on 29.06.2017 (Order No- [protected]) and it was shipped on 30.06.2017 according to paytm. now after wait for 04 days the status of my order is showing delivered on 02.07.2017 and returned on 04.07.2017 and paytm also refunded amount back to me without me knowledge. after calling customer care executive they told me that the product can not be delivered and payment refunded to your account.
This is a big cheating of paytm with me as i purchased the AC in before GST price and now the price has increased on paytm as well as in market. so now i have to pay extra money to buy the same model, kindly help me in this case the why paytm shouldn't bear this loss?? paytm has said sorry for inconvenience and i have to paid extra amount for same model of AC.
I want some action against him and want the same ac in same price which i have ordered.

I filled CNG in my car on 1july 2017 at 8.45am. I paid 400 rs. amount by Paytm.but amount not received in UMA PETROLEUM VISNAGAR merchant Account, Uma petroleum merchant called to pay amount. so I paid cash amount on this spot.then I complained to Paytm by email about issue. I paid double payment of said CNG by Paytm and cash to UMA PETROLEUM VISNAGAR .Paytm not give proper response to me So, please do action of repayment as early as possible.
