I purchased a e-vouchers of lifestyle and shoppers stop worth 20000. For lifestyle has 15% and ss has 20% cashback. When am purchasing those vouchers no where they written about promo code so i purchased normally. After waiting 24hs i called about cash back and they are saying with out promo code i don't get cash back but my question is paytm team they no where mentioned that promo code is mandatory for cash...

My flight was cancelled and It seems that I got a call and I didn't answer.
Still There was no mail in my box regarding this. I want my refund back at the earliest.

I have ordered a Air conditioner from Paytm on 29.06.2017 (Order No- [protected]) and it was shipped on 30.06.2017 according to paytm. now after wait for 04 days the status of my order is showing delivered on 02.07.2017 and returned on 04.07.2017 and paytm also refunded amount back to me without me knowledge. after calling customer care executive they told me that the product can not be delivered and payment refunded to your account.

I filled CNG in my car on 1july 2017 at 8.45am. I paid 400 rs. amount by Paytm.but amount not received in UMA PETROLEUM VISNAGAR merchant Account, Uma petroleum merchant called to pay amount. so I paid cash amount on this spot.then I complained to Paytm by email about issue. Hi when I use my paytm wallet for transactions there is heavy deductions it was happened on 3rd july 2017...

Received defective mobile phone, mailed many times for either replacement or exchange but they seemed not to pay any heed to my requests. No proper response of my mails neither they are sending any one to collect the product instead suggesting to visit nearest service center. Worst site i have ever experienced.
As well as when calling them for assistance none of the provided numbers are correct. Either it says "number does not exists"...

Dear sir, by mistake I have recharge the mobile instead of transferring the amount in paytm. I was supposed to transfer the money to a certain mobile paytm account, instead the mobile phone number got recharged. Kindly let me know if there is a solution. Resolution of complaint- Refund

I paid the mobile bill for a number which is no longer in service. I made the payment online using PayTM services for a number which was disabled due to late payment
I would like a refund of the Rs. 1100.
The amount was not received by Airtel, the service provider as the number is blocked

I went to the airtel customer care and paid an amount...

I had received payment from customers via paytm qr code on 21st june, 23rd june and 1st july, 2017 respectively. According to paytm policy, amount will be settled by end of the next day automatically, which is yet to settle in my account.
I've been calling them many times, and they providing me 2 utr no. Which is of old transaction which i had done before 21st june. It's been 12 days now, they are not resolving my issue, buy they...

I have already written more than 5 emails to PayTM official email. However, they are not releasing my cashback.

It is very strange that you are repeatedly mentioning that I am not eligible for the cashback without any valid reasoning or justification.

Further, plaese note that I am able to provide not one but many reasons why I should get the cashback and too is very clearly mentioned in my last email.
