You have a very # service against dth you deduct the amount from my account and don't recharge the service and when i transfer the money back into my account then again u deduct the money from my account for transfer charges that means u r totally safe and consumer are going to # that is not good. Why i am responsible for that transfer charge that is not my mistake and why u don't pay me for that unconvinced charge u are just there...

My wallet balance deducted but can't send in bank account i was wait 24hours after i called customer care they said after bank response we will refund amount in wallet before 7 days but can't any amount and response....

My account is blocked since 29june 2017, ihad send mail and complained about it but they are only asking for passbook first page and update page of transaction on 29 june which i cant share coz its private detail. They had asked for last three transaction by net banking or online i had sended them that also but still my account is blocked ihad sended all documents which are required for kyc but still they are not unblocking my account....

My money debited in my bank account but not add in my paytm wallet... I complaint many times.. As pr paytm told me contact your bank directly... After i contact my bank they show me all mail conversion and their result is this paytm can not reply any mail and they rejected the complaint without any reason... And as per bank record payment credited in paytm account.. But paytm declined......

I ordered a lg tv 32 inch around 20 days back. After recieving the product i found that the adapter of tv is missing. I have filed multiple complaints on their toll free number and sent various emails for which i have all the records. After so much bothering paytm costumer care told me that the adapter is not the part of the tv. This is really very shameful for paytm that i yogendra vats ordered a mobile phone (Dated: july 08, 2017) through paytm and today i have received a soap inside the mobile phone box. I am using paytm for almost 2+ years for recharging and booking bus ticket.
Last week i was looking for 3g data plan to recharge. There is a plan in paytm for aircel under 3g/4g data. The plan is if you recharge for rs.235 you will get 3.5 gb 3g/4g for 27 days. On 8-7-17,
Through paytm wallet, i paid rs.76.00 to mother dairy booth 976 at 6:29 am. Wallet txn id:[protected].

Waited for 15 minutes at milk booth, when vendor didn't get payment, i paid rs. 76/- in cash.

I had to pay cash in similar instances where payment deducted from my wallet but the merchant didn't get the payment.
