I bought asus fx553 laptop on 24th of june, i received it on 6th july. The laptop doesn't work on battery and further shows battery not detected.

From the same day i have been trying to mark replacement for the product as it is in 10 days replacement policy, but clicking on replacement button, the page opens up blank and no option further to replace.

It has been 5 days since i have raised the complaint about this to paytm but they have not yet rectified the issue. I have only 2 days left for replacement.

    On 10 July 11 :57 AM I transferred my paytm balance into my SBH bank account but it's not received yet. And my transaction shows pending yet after 74 hours happen. Please solve my problem fastly I needed my money back. Take strict action

      Please stay away from paytm and don't buy product from them which they claim has warranty.
      1. I purchased a novex cabin trolly bag on 1st june 2015 from aspire enterprises delhi which has warranty for 7 years.
      2. The bag is developing cracks now and breaking. And when informed paytm customer care they say they dont have the details in thier database and asked me to provide the details.
      3. I sent them the print screen of invoice since luckily i had filed the invoice.
      4. After giving them details below is the answer which i get from customer care

          Just what the # is wrong with you guys this # of free cash in every angle is not working so what is this b* or what if my complaint doesn't get any response then i am telling you i will go to consumer court and will complain about this #. Why don't you guys shut that offer down. Because this mad angle # is an open loot. Think about it or you guys are doomed.

            I had ordered the printer hp m 1136 on 11 june 2017. Where i had applied lit20 coupon successfully. Screenshot of order screen attached. But paytm had still not credited cash back. Kindly do the needful.

            Sir we are not geting our salary already 90 days gone our area head mr.priyesh jain and payroll partner mr.massum says they are not responsibal for this and other people not peking our call even not giveing proper ans we are mentali hearted.

                On 07/02/2017 i purchased nokia 105 mobile from paytm (Paytm order ref :[protected]) with invoice number 136450/2016-17/401. The product was delivered in good condition and was working till 1nd of june 2017. The mobile stopped working, i went to nokia care to repair as it is under warranty. But they refuse to take accept the mobile set saying that mobile model nokia 105 phone has no warranty it has one year guaranty. And the guaranty replacement will be provided by the seller. So i raised case with paytm with reference no.: 30845953 and also mailed same to paytm with all the details, paytm replied to check again with manufacturer and get the job sheet for the issue in the set. So i reached nokia again, this time also nokia care gave me the same replay and also clearly said that they cannot create any job sheet for nokia 105 model mobile. The seller will have to provide full set replacement if the phone has some fault within one year of purchase (That is during guaranty period).
                This time paytm asked me to contact the end seller directly. I called the seller, he is from kota rajasthan, but he insisted me to check with paytm as the seller from me is paytm, and also that he will provide the replacement if it comes through paytm. The same was informed to paytm by the end seller through mail.
                I have been following with paytm care to get the replacement but paytm is not responding. It’s now 7 week since i requested paytm for replacement mobile, and every time paytm care is giving some or the other excuse. They are not agreeing to replace the mobile set.
                All three.. Nokia, paytm and the end seller… no one is taking ownership to resolve the issue. Please help to get my mobile repaired or replaced or get the invoice amount refunded.

                  Sir, many of the items are not being shipped to pin code 761200. In fact this is a town and many of the items can be shipped. This town has many couriers and many Post offices. So, please validate this pin code and deliver your goods.

                    You have a very # service against dth you deduct the amount from my account and don't recharge the service and when i transfer the money back into my account then again u deduct the money from my account for transfer charges that means u r totally safe and consumer are going to # that is not good. Why i am responsible for that transfer charge that is not my mistake and why u don't pay me for that unconvinced charge u are just there to # the people.                       after delivery and check these rings
                      i am not satisfied and ring size also not set
                      so i request for return
                      but my request is rejected

                      i want my money back and i have 15 day period of return
                      so please help me

                        My account is blocked since 29june 2017, ihad send mail and complained about it but they are only asking for passbook first page and update page of transaction on 29 june which i cant share coz its private detail. They had asked for last three transaction by net banking or online i had sended them that also but still my account is blocked ihad sended all documents which are required for kyc but still they are not unblocking my account.

                          Dear all,

                          My money debited in my bank account but not add in my paytm wallet... I complaint many times.. As pr paytm told me contact your bank directly... After i contact my bank they show me all mail conversion and their result is this paytm can not reply any mail and they rejected the complaint without any reason... And as per bank record payment credited in paytm account.. But paytm declined...
                          I had recharged one mobile with rs.150 but its not recharged, but deducted amount of rs.150 from my account. My mobile number is [protected].

                            I ordered a lg tv 32 inch around 20 days back. After recieving the product i found that the adapter of tv is missing. I have filed multiple complaints on their toll free number and sent various emails for which i have all the records. After so much bothering paytm costumer care told me that the adapter is not the part of the tv. I called the lg service center and they confirmed that it is a part of the tv, as without adapter the tv won't work. This poor service is not expected from sauch a big online mnc. I want the adapter or the refund for the product.

                                I bought the keyboard on 23rd june 2017. The expected delivery date was before 30th june 2017. I have not received the product but then also the status of the order is showing delivered. I tried to contact paytm many time but unfortunately my problem was not solved.                                   Dear paytm team,

                                  This is really very shameful for paytm that i yogendra vats ordered a mobile phone (Dated: july 08, 2017) through paytm and today i have received a soap inside the mobile phone box. So, dear paytm team, can you please justify the same. I am also trying to get in touch with your customer care executive from morning but there is no representative to take call due to heavy call waiting list.
                                  The phone value is rs. 14949 (Motorola moto g4 plus). I am really very upset and going to take legal proceeding against the paytm. I need my money back.

                                    I tried to pay my bsnl bill through paytm, paytm has deducted the amount but transaction failed. I wrote an email to paytm they replied me that this is due to your bank who has deducted the amount. I have consulted my bank and its said to contact paytm.

                                      I have added 500 rs today in paytm. After i ddnt do any transactions., but there was only 115 balance left . Can you tell me how come the amount is being deucted without any knowledge.

                                        I recharged my bsnl no [protected] on 27.06.2017 with plan of 179 rs against plan of (23800 local/ std seconds for 30 days) as shown on paytm site (File enclosed for further reference). But i did not get the 23800 second. Instead of that i have account balance for watching online tv channel & some free data recharge. Bsnl coustomer care executive told me that there is no such plan of 179 for voice calls, the plan is of 181 rs. After that i tie up with paytm care, they said that they will talk to operator party and resolve the issue they told me to provide following details:
                                        1. Your home network city
                                        2. Current network city if you are on roaming
                                        3. Screenshot of success message received from operator’s end

                                        I give them all information but they are not resolving the issue, instead of that they asked to me talk to bsnl customer care. Even i talk many times to bsnl customer care but they clearly said that the issue is from paytm and bsnl is not providing such recharge of rs 179 against these benefits. I followup with them from 27.06.2017 but till date problem is not resolve. This is totally harassment of customer.
