Dear sir, I purchased a home audio system through paytm mall in rs. 4525 on 29.05.17 which order I'd was [protected].for it I pay amount 4525 through SBI online .when product was delivered to me. I see for open box and found I have received wrong product.I fill return request after approved of return request By paytm.I sent it to seller Mr. Vivek, 1-1-113/6, chikadapally, hyderabad (Telangana) through India post Speed post service which charge was 480 and speed Post tracking ID is EI[protected]IN.product is successfully delivered on 05.06.17 to seller as I seen to track with this ID on India post website.as per return and refund policy of paytm refund is iniated within 24 hr. When item is pickup for reverse courier.due to non availability of reverse courier service on .y location I told that u will send it through your nearest courier service like Bludart, dtdc or India post on your own expense.I done it as I mention above.sir as per return policy paytm should refund my money On 7 or 8 June I contacted to them through email several times, he were gave many excuse for not giving my money .I contacted also through customer care call[protected] he blocked my Mobile no. So that I could not talk to them .sir today 27 days have completed to reverse sent product neither I have not receive my money nor I received me replaced item.I followed all policy of paytm for returning product but paytm does not want to return my money.sir please take action against paytm so that I got my money.I have already sent proof of delivery which I got from India post
