Hi I have paid the fees 53;500for Amity university amount has been debited but the transaction get failed and i recevied a msg 53, 500 has been debited from the account

Almost for last 2 months i am unable to login to my paytm account. I tried to reset my password many times but i do not receive any link to reset my password. Many time this issue was brought to the notice of paytm customer care by sending couple of emails, however frustrated as not received any solution to resolve this complaints. A very poor customer services provided by paytm, which cause inconvenience to users.

I have booked flight ticket on 6th of july at 2.14 pm via paytm order no [protected] and paytm haven't confirmed ticket yet, now they are saying that its technical issue you need to book ticket again. Now rates gone up very high. I have made call them 3-4 timed every time they have told me wait for on hour, you will get ticket.

Now they are saying that we cant. And ticket rates gone very high. So you are helping customer or air lines to get more profit by holding customers money.

Dear sir, I purchased a home audio system through paytm mall in rs. 4525 on 29.05.17 which order I'd was [protected].for it I pay amount 4525 through SBI online .when product was delivered to me. I see for open box and found I have received wrong product.I fill return request after approved of return request By paytm.I sent it to seller Mr. Vivek, 1-1-113/6, chikadapally, hyderabad (Telangana) through India post Speed post service which charge was 480 and speed Post tracking ID is EI[protected]IN.product is successfully delivered on 05.06.17 to seller as I seen to track with this ID on India post website.as per return and refund policy of paytm refund is iniated within 24 hr. When item is pickup for reverse courier.due to non availability of reverse courier service on .y location I told that u will send it through your nearest courier service like Bludart, dtdc or India post on your own expense.I done it as I mention above.sir as per return policy paytm should refund my money On 7 or 8 June I contacted to them through email several times, he were gave many excuse for not giving my money .I contacted also through customer care call[protected] he blocked my Mobile no. So that I could not talk to them .sir today 27 days have completed to reverse sent product neither I have not receive my money nor I received me replaced item.I followed all policy of paytm for returning product but paytm does not want to return my money.sir please take action against paytm so that I got my money.I have already sent proof of delivery which I got from India post

And after it was sent i called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as i transferred amount from paytm wallet not from bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal.
Paytm need to respond and got t my money back.
I am disappointed as i got no reply yet. It's an issue to be dealt early.

I place an order for E gift card for my friend and she got it with information written in it that she has got card from this and with the following message and with the rules and terms and condition but she didn't get the card number and pin. On 4 th and 5th july somebody used my account via paytm and debited 11000 and 9000 that account no was 019410*8980

I need details of that paytm account who debited from this bank account

I had transferred paytm wallet money to my friend account no but money had deducted from my account but it had not transferred, there have written pending please help me out from this situation i need my money because it's very necessary... I had mail them twice but not a single response from their side.. Amount is 1500, it's for exam registration fees.

I made an order of haier refrigerator costing 57099 from paytm on 22 June 2017 and have cancelled that order on 27 June 2017 where as on 29 June they are showing that the courier partner blue dart have delivered that product on 29 June 2017. Where as I haven't got the product till now. I registered a complaint with paytm but after many days is on 5 July 2017 got reply that product was delivered to Smeeti. Where as there is no entry at gate of our society and there is nothing in CCTV footage which are installed in our society. Paytm is a fraud company. we should keep away from this. My name is Rajesh Rai.I have transfer amount 350 rupees from sbi credit card to paytm wallet, due to some reason but i did not used that money.
After some time means 2-3 month later i logged into site and i was surprised to see that my wallet balance is showing 0. When i checked the details i found that one fraudulent transaction happens on 4th july 2017. My hard earned money is transfer to a person whose name is hastha shree and his mobile number is [protected]. when i try to contact him nothing happened.
I have also share the screen shot of that transaction.

I tied to contact paytm customer care but there is no option to contact customer care directly. there is only option like lost mobile phone and logout from phone.

I am requesting paytm to refund my money as soon as possible.

Hey.. I made booking of two tickets from Mumbai to Indore through indigo but flight got delayed for more than 6 hr ands we took another flight and the company assured that our amount would be refunded. And we received the confirmation email that our amount is refunded to the agency from where we made booking. And our company through which it was done was paytm. We contact with paytm several times. Last time it was in March when we contacted but we haven't received our amount till now.Kindly solve my query.My INDIGO booking reference:IHFS9R on 2/dec/16.
