Received defective mobile phone, mailed many times for either replacement or exchange but they seemed not to pay any heed to my requests. No proper response of my mails neither they are sending any one to collect the product instead suggesting to visit nearest service center. Worst site i have ever experienced.
As well as when calling them for assistance none of the provided numbers are correct. Either it says "number does not exists" or it says " please stay on line" and then it gets disconnected. No professionalism is maintained. Total fraud site. Moreover, I have raised a replacement request on the website still they are paying no attention.
I need my product to be replaced else to be exchanged moreover days are running by last date of replacement will pass by.

    Dear sir, by mistake I have recharge the mobile instead of transferring the amount in paytm. I was supposed to transfer the money to a certain mobile paytm account, instead the mobile phone number got recharged. Kindly let me know if there is a solution.           i went to the airtel customer care and paid an amount of Rs. 945 and the number is going to get activated by tomorrow (4/7/17)

            Resolution of complaint- Refund

            I paid the mobile bill for a number which is no longer in service. I made the payment online using PayTM services for a number which was disabled due to late payment
            I would like a refund of the Rs. 1100.
            The amount was not received by Airtel, the service provider as the number is blocked

            I went to the airtel customer care and paid an amount of Rs. 945 and the number is going to get activated by 4/7/17.

              I had received payment from customers via paytm qr code on 21st june, 23rd june and 1st july, 2017 respectively. According to paytm policy, amount will be settled by end of the next day automatically, which is yet to settle in my account.
              I've been calling them many times, and they providing me 2 utr no. Which is of old transaction which i had done before 21st june. It's been 12 days now, they are not resolving my issue, buy they are giving excuses to cover their mistakes, and they are giving falsified information which is not bearable to any customer.

              Kindly request you to forward my concern to them, so that they could react and act fast, and sort the issue which i'm facing.

                  I have already written more than 5 emails to PayTM official email. However, they are not releasing my cashback.

                  It is very strange that you are repeatedly mentioning that I am not eligible for the cashback without any valid reasoning or justification.

                  Further, plaese note that I am able to provide not one but many reasons why I should get the cashback and too is very clearly mentioned in my last email.

                  If there is some technical issue at your end or your offer doesnot properly provide for terms that is definately my fault. Further, if there was any such non eligibility criteria than your representatives could have told me on my asking them. Also, your site /terms should have also clearly mentioned the same, and now you cant say as per your discretion and that too against your own terms.
                  Further, I think you should escalate this to an authority above you for further resolving. Please share the co ordinates of your senior or equivalent who shall be able to take this forward.

                  Kindly note that I am eligible for the cashback due to following reasons:

                  I have duly followed entire process as mentioned on your website (please see below attached)
                  I have used the valid promocode (please see below attached)
                  I have complied with your terms and conditions (please see below attached)
                  I had called and spoke to your representative at the time of making payment and they confirmed the offer. Also, please note that I have followed each step as explained by them and I was told that I will get my cashback in 15 days or so.
                  Further, there is no mention in your terms of the 'wallet' payment (please see below attached).

                            I had ordered movie 2 tickets the first transaction order failed but my money got deducted.I thought theres an issue and refund will immediately get initiated so i ignored and tried again booking but this time also my money got deducted and the order got failed.So inshort 2 times my money got deducted but the order was not successful.I tried calling there helpline bit no answer no response nothing.

                                I transfer 500 rps from my bank account to paytm wallet so likewise my balance from my bank aacount had been deducted but is not added to my paytm wallet. I want you people to see what is matter with it kindly rectify the same and add my money back to my paytm wallet. The support from you people is expected and you understand the trust which general public have in you should be maintained. Help and support is need!
                                Hi, I have sent money to a person (Prashant Sarkar - [protected]). But just blocked me every where. Not able to contact him as well.

                                Please block him on Paytm and take complaints seriously.

                                  Really day by day paytm service are worst worst...many other company is better than paytm...also other company giving free transfer service while paytm taking money for...frends never use paytm...

I called Paytm helpline number many times but they didn't solve my problem and neither replaced my trimmer nor refunded.                                       My PAytm account is saying your "account is temporarily blocked please wait for 30 minutes" and even after waiting for 30 minutes it is showing the same message.
                                      There is no response from the company's side.
                                      I have tried to log in, but as always it is saying account is temporarily blocked.
                                      When i tried forgot my password then too they are saying account temporarily blocked.
