I had received payment from customers via paytm qr code on 21st june, 23rd june and 1st july, 2017 respectively. According to paytm policy, amount will be settled by end of the next day automatically, which is yet to settle in my account.
I've been calling them many times, and they providing me 2 utr no. Which is of old transaction which i had done before 21st june. It's been 12 days now, they are not resolving my issue, buy they are giving excuses to cover their mistakes, and they are giving falsified information which is not bearable to any customer.
Kindly request you to forward my concern to them, so that they could react and act fast, and sort the issue which i'm facing.
