As per the above order no. I ordered a nike track pant and a nike shorts. I paid the full amount of ₹3643 online. But paytm has delivered fake/duplicate products. I have got them checked at the nearby nike outlet. The product is still with me in the original condition. Except the brand tags, everything is copied from the material to the fit. They are not at all up to the nike standard. I am ready to get them checked from any authorized nike store.
Paytm is cheating their customers by claiming to sell genuine products but they are doing exactly the opposite.
I have tried contacting the customer service department in this case but there is no satisfactory response from their side.
Please look into the matter at the earliest as the same seller is still selling the same products at paytm.

I recharged my account with 399/- on my jio number +91-[protected]. My order number was # [protected]. Under this promotion i was offered a cashback of 100 rs. After the 72 hours of the recharge.
Now, it's been 72 hours and i haven't received any cashback from your end. I entered the promotional code at the time of registering in that account.
And this is not the first time i am facing this problem i have faced the same problem for 7-8 times. But now i want my cashback and i want it at any cost.
No matter what.
I am ready to copy paste a 1000 times till i don't get my cashback.
Give me my 100 rs. Cashback.

I made a electricity bill payment on 1st july 2017 through punjab and sind bank debit card account, but transaction was failed still the amount was deducted from my bank account.
And its 15 days now but the payment still not credited back to my account.
Every time i try calling customer care every representative gives different solutions and problem is it not resolved.
Please resolve this asap to keep up the trust among their users.

I made payments through Paytm to recharge mobile on 12 july. Money was debited from my account and i received the receipt on my email which is attached here. But mobile was not recharged.

The money from my paytm has been deducted. And it was done without my knowledge. Since i did not order anything but in my pass book it shows that i bbq ordered. Something for an amount of approx 400.

Paytm now can only give an excuse to me after a long wait for me after they blocked my hard money which is around 4.5k for their mistake in past

But if person like me, did a mistake in past, no reason i could sort that, that's why i said funny.
No meaning of loyalty to paytm exist anymore, they have just proved to me.

And it finally ended up big company like paytm betrayed his loyal customer for their small mistake which could be sorted by giving apology or it could be easier if paytm & i got to agreement or settlement that's more helpful to paytm to gaining loyal customers.

But now time has changed, scenario has changed, no one cares who behind the truck (Citizens of every world) once an innocent person caught for no reason of crime, either he would be killed by someone to cover their mistake, or he would be struggled in court if he raised his voice against fraud tm (Pay tm)

I want to return my product immediatey which is damaged and duplicate. According to return policy it is returnable for 15 days. Multiple compliant i have raised multiple time no response from customer support. Need to talk with customercare immediately need my refund which is 7000 rs. I need immediate response from support team talk directly to me

Product is defective, the bedsheet ordered is torn has holes and need a return on priority and pick up from location delivered. This product can be visible for 489 and once you add it to the cart its shows as 999 all and not only this product alot of products as such paytm has been a problem for alot of things regarding payments and now this screenshot i will be sharing stats its for 489 and once u add it to the cart u will see as 999 trying to get money off people for cheap goods as such.

Sir my order no is [protected] I booked a bus on 10/07/17 in Aditya tours and travels but the bus has been cancelled but they didn't refund the money.. sir please refund the money as soon as possible.. completed almost 72 hours..

Online transactions encouraged should not bother consumer. Clinical error has to be resolved. But isn't happening. Both paytm walas and operator are not bothered about consumers. Communication was not proper in either side. They couldn't even create a call reference log. Creating invoice on payment receipt for a online transaction. Illustrating it can't be reversed in case of transaction done purposely but by mistake. Plans offered are not live. Even a corporate can post a return on their purchase but these money blenders can't.

Steps to reproduce bug:

1. Open "check delivery" popup
2. Enter any pincode. On which product is not shipped to this location.
3. Then tap "done"
Result: the seller does not ship to this pincode
4. Tap "done" more than one time it shows "delivery available" in popup. But the product is not available to the particular location.

Please find the screen shot. And i am an ios developer if this issue is helpful. Please help me in any offer.

We have received your query against the order id [protected], the transaction was not successful and was terminated at the operator's end. They restored inr 18454 to my paytm wallet, out of which ₹6236 i transferred to my bank account & they also claimed inr 41686 was restored to my source bank account, from which the transaction was done.
But i received ₹12028 less in my account.

The refund reference number of the same is 30001071607158160448122.

I have sent them my account statement & all the details of transactions, bank is clear that no such reference number exists & amount is not refunded.
The transaction was done on 07/06/2017, since past one month no help has been dine by paytm.
