I m trying to redeem cash back of krack jack and tideplus powder but every time its showing try after some time error message.
If you people dont want to give cash back then why are you advertising this fake cash back.
I want my cash back. Please suggest proper solution for this.

      Hi,
      I have lost my mobile number and unable to get it again.

      I am tired of waiting on the phone calling paytm customer care, i have written email and lodged complaint as guided but nothing was happened so far. My account still has money inside it but its locked for soooo looooong.

      I am still able to login to my paytm registered email:
      [protected]@gmail.com.

      Kindly let me change my mobile number or let me login without requiring otp code send to my lost mobile number.

          As per the above order no. I ordered a nike track pant and a nike shorts. I paid the full amount of ₹3643 online. But paytm has delivered fake/duplicate products. I have got them checked at the nearby nike outlet. The product is still with me in the original condition. Except the brand tags, everything is copied from the material to the fit. They are not at all up to the nike standard. I am ready to get them checked from any authorized nike store.
          Paytm is cheating their customers by claiming to sell genuine products but they are doing exactly the opposite.
          I have tried contacting the customer service department in this case but there is no satisfactory response from their side.
          Please look into the matter at the earliest as the same seller is still selling the same products at paytm.

              I recharged my account with 399/- on my jio number +91-[protected]. My order number was # [protected]. Under this promotion i was offered a cashback of 100 rs. After the 72 hours of the recharge.
              Now, it's been 72 hours and i haven't received any cashback from your end. I entered the promotional code at the time of registering in that account.
              And this is not the first time i am facing this problem i have faced the same problem for 7-8 times. But now i want my cashback and i want it at any cost.
              No matter what.
              I am ready to copy paste a 1000 times till i don't get my cashback.
              Give me my 100 rs. Cashback.
              Stop using cheap tricks and tactics. No more silence.

                I made a electricity bill payment on 1st july 2017 through punjab and sind bank debit card account, but transaction was failed still the amount was deducted from my bank account.
                And its 15 days now but the payment still not credited back to my account.
                Every time i try calling customer care every representative gives different solutions and problem is it not resolved.
                Please resolve this asap to keep up the trust among their users.

                            Had a deal for the purchase of an ipod from this fraud person called yogesh chaudhary (Malad, mumbai). I was told that the product was delivered and was provided with a invoice (Fake). I paid 2000 rs through paytm on 10/07/2017. Was told that i will get the delivery in 2-3 days.                               Paytm now can only give an excuse to me after a long wait for me after they blocked my hard money which is around 4.5k for their mistake in past
                              (Exact 30days earlier)
                              (Which is quiet funny and embarrassing)

                              But if person like me, did a mistake in past, no reason i could sort that, that's why i said funny.
                              No meaning of loyalty to paytm exist anymore, they have just proved to me.

                              And it finally ended up big company like paytm betrayed his loyal customer for their small mistake which could be sorted by giving apology or it could be easier if paytm & i got to agreement or settlement that's more helpful to paytm to gaining loyal customers.

                              But now time has changed, scenario has changed, no one cares who behind the truck (Citizens of every world) once an innocent person caught for no reason of crime, either he would be killed by someone to cover their mistake, or he would be struggled in court if he raised his voice against fraud tm (Pay tm)

                                        This product can be visible for 489 and once you add it to the cart its shows as 999 all and not only this product alot of products as such paytm has been a problem for alot of things regarding payments and now this screenshot i will be sharing stats its for 489 and once u add it to the cart u will see as 999 trying to get money off people for cheap goods as such.
