I had ordered a harddisk through paytm orders, and was delivered a an incorrect item that i had not ordered. As the item i had purchased was close to 7000 rupees, i contacted paytm support, but was treated very casually and was told that an fir would be raised against me for making my complaint. I would like a resolution or a full refund from paytm as i am having to face these kind of threats even though i have paid legally and have been cheated.

I ve ordered a laptop from paytm order no [protected] on 7th july 2017 but due to some reasons i ve cancelled it on 8th july and that time they said they completed the cancellation and refund me the amount but today is 11th july and no refund is recieved in my bank account. Is their anyone who can help me.

I am a retail enterpenur who got registered with paytm as a merchant. Started telling customers to use paytm as it is convenient method of payment.

My trust on paytm got shattered when i received a call at 3.11 pm on 2nd july, 2017 on my landline no. From the mobile no. +91 [protected]. The caller told me that he is calling from paytm and informed me that my account has been blocked due to some kyc document issue. I confronted him and told him that i want to speak to his senior. After this phone was disconnected.

After few minutes i received a call from the same no. On shop mobile/paytm a/c and pretended to be the senior person from paytm and told me that my paytm account have been blocked due to insufficient kyc documents and will be activated immediately.

He told me to be on-line and said he has sent me an sms from vm-ipaytm in which a link was mentioned. He told me to click on the link and set password 12345. I again confronted him that why should i use password given by him.in reply to that he took me in confidence that he is from paytm only and sms has been sent by paytm. He has called me to help only.

After that i filled the password 12345. Without asking the otp generated, he spoke to me almost 1 min. And the phone got disconnected. After that when i checked my paytm account and i found that entire money has been transferred to various other accounts:
1. Sbi rupey
2. My sbi
3. Sbi new sky
4. Skg insurance services
5. Aaaaaaaskal

In shocked status i contacted paytm team and registered the complaint of cyber fraud (Complaint no.[protected].
Though they found out the details of all nos. They refused to take further action. It has been more then a week no action has been taken place. More over they are trying to convince me how the more money then my limit (25k) has been transferred to various a/c. They refuse to own the responsibility.
Because of paytm's insecure interface i lost 66k. Which means a lot to enterpenur. How can rbi provide banking licence to these guys

Paytm should not be allowed to operate if they can't fix these basic security issues.
I demand they make good for all my loss

This to inform that very bad customer experience my order no. [protected] i have ordered two product in the 1. Leonardo pomace olive and 2. Saffola gold oil. I cancelled the order on tuesday after checking the customer care than on 07july2017 i got call from delivery executive stating that oreder has to be delivered than only can return it and delivered the order forcefully. I don't want this product i want my money back.

While am try to book in little app for the payment of 529 rs, amount get debited from my account, but I did not received any coupon

I am using paytm for almost 2+ years for recharging and booking bus ticket.
Last week i was looking for 3g data plan to recharge. There is a plan in paytm for aircel under 3g/4g data. The plan is if you recharge for rs.235 you will get 3.5 gb 3g/4g for 27 days. I have recharged for same. But i got only 1 gb 3g data. When i checked with aircel customer care, they have confirmed that i will get only 1 gb 3g/4g for 235. Which means paytm is showing wrong information in their site. Kindly look into this.

On 8-7-17,
Through paytm wallet, i paid rs.76.00 to mother dairy booth 976 at 6:29 am. Wallet txn id:[protected].

Waited for 15 minutes at milk booth, when vendor didn't get payment, i paid rs. 76/- in cash.

I had to pay cash in similar instances where payment deducted from my wallet but the merchant didn't get the payment.

Replies are such that they directing to the victim to merchant again if he has got the payment.
Never refunding and filling up it kitty through such frauds and cheating.
Kindly take up this issue with the company
To help me in getting refund.

I have done payment of my electricity bill with promo code "mpwz" and its tell me "rs. 25 cashback add to your wallet in 24 hours" but its not come till now. I have done my payment 5th of july. Please provide my cashback otherwise i will not use your app.

I have attached the my bill payment image, you can see also success message for "cashback". I have requested to you please refund my cashback money. Paytm is brand for the globe, if this kind of problem fetch from your customer so its not good for paytm.

Paytm gold price is different in two phones at the same time. About which i have even sent a mail to paytm care and they don't bother to respond. When i spoke to the customer care about the same he says that it is not possible. I have attached pics of the prices on two mobile at the exact same time. I am not your customer. Kindly refuse the transaction that is made through my sbi debit card no. #4339 with multiple transactions on 09-july-2017. This transaction not done by me.

Some one called from mobile no. +91 [protected] and told me that he has called from sbi head office. He said that he will link my aadhar with my account and asked my card no, cvv no, otp no. After telling the numbers, i realised that it is fraud.

Kindly cancel this transaction and please refuse to take amount.

I purchased a laptop from paytm on 26th june 2017 from a mumbai based vendor - cglobal.in. The laptop was of make dell and was listed as a brand new machine for which i was promised to get 1 year warranty from date of purchase which was 26th june 2017 and i paid in full via netbanking. However, when i received the laptop and checked online i was shocked to see that laptop's warranty will expires on 14/01/2017. I tried resolving the issue with the vendor (Cglobal.in) and paytm on this - even lodged a request with id 33044233 on 05/07/2017. And now within 2 weeks of product purchase "processor fan is not working" till now nothing has happened in spite of frequent issue resolution reminders. I have been unable to work for the past week because i have a faulty machine and i feel like being fooled by the seller.
Please advice - i really need urgent help.

I added 5000 rs from bank to paytm. But the transaction failed and money got debited from bank account. Money was not credited to my paytm account. On checking with the bank they said that it was an error from paytm's side. We got the bank statement saying that money was debited from account. It's been 2 months and didn't got any positive feedback from paytm customer care._

I was order 1 tb seagate external hard disk on 8 july 2017 09:23 pm in 100℅ discount. And and order was successfully placed. I was order continually 3 hard disk and all order are placed successfully. But today company cancel my all order and send text msg for apologies. As a e-commerce company its a duty that company should deliver product after successfully placing order. My all there order number are following.

During mobile recharge i have worngly selected the deals of 500/- rupees but the order no. [protected] on dated 7th july2017 and amount 539/- was failed. The recharge amount of 39/- was refunded out of 539/-.

I am Saurabh Makhija a privilege paytm customer. I had a very bad experience with paytm this time which has forced me to make a complaint against paytm to national consumer helpline. My complaint reference number is 331944 for which my complaint is filled and i am writing my problem here. I ordered an ifb microwave owen which i received on 28th june 2017 in an unsealed and unpacked box after which i requested for return of this item and wanted my refund as it was not a brand new sealed piece product. After 2 days i got a email from paytm customer service to share the images, serial number and barcode of the product and i was told to wait while the seller approves my return and after that he can arrange a pickup of the product. Its been 10 days i am calling the customer service everyday to arrange a pickup a after which i can get my refund and today i got a reply by email to email a job sheet which is provided by brand of the product at the time of installation free visit by the engineer. I explain them again that i dont want to go ahead for installation as the product was unsealed not defective and job sheet is only provided after demonstration of the product. At the end they replied that seller cannot accept the return without job sheet which made me very disappointed. The seller personally contacted me and i explained the whole issue and simply asked for my refund. Seller agreed and said paytm will arrange a pickup for the product which is not done yet. Evey day when i call them they say we have highlighted your concern and will be done soon and its been 10 days. Now i want you to kindly resolve my matter, arrange a reverse pickup of the product and refund my money after that. If not resolved then i have to register this complaint in consumer court against paytm so they can take a strict again and they can help me in getting my money back as my refund of the product.
