Today i transfered amount of rs.4996.97 from paytm mobile number [protected] to my bank account but amount has been debited from paytm vallet and sti amount not credited in bank account... And pending status showing in paytm... Pls check and refund this amount either paytm vallet it my bank account

I had ordered a trimmer from Paytm and after few day it stop working. When I return it they not take it.I had order from ID [protected] and order ID is [protected]. I called Paytm helpline number many times but they didn't solve my problem and neither replaced my trimmer nor refunded. I totally wasted my money to call Paytm helpline number but they kept me hold and not answer my call.Plese help me and solve my problem

My PAytm account is saying your "account is temporarily blocked please wait for 30 minutes" and even after waiting for 30 minutes it is showing the same message.
There is no response from the company's side.
I have tried to log in, but as always it is saying account is temporarily blocked.
When i tried forgot my password then too they are saying account temporarily blocked.

I forgot my Paytm password.when I click on forget password I didn't get link on my registered email id and also in my mobile no...so kindly please solve this problem.

I have ordered for GYM VESTS pack of 3 worth rs. 999 . A discount of 72% is shown. But I have received a pack of MRP. 101 AND A CHEAP QUALITY AND of different size than that ordered. When I contacted paytm, the answer is seller does not accept returns. If so, why did he send the wrong product? This is the 4th time I had received a wrong product for my orders on paytm in the last 3 months. And many more issues with them.This is another way of cheating.

I done a transaction of Rs. 1480 through Paytm to the SBI bank account by my account on 22 feburary 2017. Without any reason transaction failed. Money debited from my account but did not sent to other person's account, and even i did not received my money back to my wallet. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com . Please, i want my money back . I have ordered power bank of ambrane 13000 MAH on 1st june 2017. I was not in my town for few days I checked the product after 20 days. and I find its not working properly, not at all charging my phone to 50 percent also.
very very bad service duplicate product charges even more than this. very low class product. tell me who will replace this for me.

I had bought an item and one item cancelled from Paytm using my ATM card but it was damaged. I had requested for the refund and didn't received the amount yet in my bank account. Now it's been 1 week I'm waiting the refund amount.If i didn't ​get the amount back in 24 hours the bank will deduct my money from my account because now my account status is under the minimum balance required as per month.
So please help me to get back my money soon.

I booked 2 buses through paytm for 23rd June, 2017 and 26th June, 2017 for Delhi to Nainital return journey.

First bus - paytm booking id [protected].

The bus was booked for sangam holidays as mentioned in the ticket with seat no 15, 16. At time of boarding it was something else ITC. The seat no was changed. Paytm does not hold any direct relationship with buses and still selling bus tickets. The seats they mention at the time of bus booking are illustrative and they do not mention that. That causes serious harassment .

This bus was booked from Delhi to Nainital. The actual A/C air suspension bus dropped us near Haldwani and then by a small bus. They do not mention that either. This is kind of hiding information. Also if we had to books bus till Haldwani we had better options from uttarakhand roadways A/C buses which are a lot cheaper.

Second Bus- Paytm booking id -[protected].

The bus was booked for hill travels for return journey. They cancelled the ticket on morning of the day of travel. Which caused huge amount of harassment because it was a long holiday and there were no other buses available.

However, when I came back asked for refund they asked for screenshot of SMS from the bus services. After sharing that they asking for 24 hours more on daily basis and further they have asked for 48 hours.

If a bus get cancelled the amount should be immediately refunded as it was a fault from the paytm /bus side.

Request consumer forum help me get the refund.
Also request you to confirm if Paytm is really authorized sell bus tickets.
Because I have found they are not trustworthy.

My T shirt is picked for return dated 27/6/17 & get message on my registered Mobile no . That Use the refund code ... On Paytm app/web to process refund of your returned item instantly. But problem is that there is no option to use that . I tried to contact their call centre but they put my call on hold for more than 1/2 an hour many times so it's almost useless to call them .

Last evening i recharged my number [protected] through paytm for which paytm has given me reference number [protected].
But my service provider reliance denied to give any such reference number.
Now where is my money that PAYTM has deducted.
As the money is deducted by PAYTM therefore, PAYTM is responsible for this problem and it shoupd be resolved as earlier as possible.

I have booked a bus ticket from allahabad to delhi on 26th June 2017 .The said travel agency or the bus operator was vidhan tours and travels, they are one of the enlisted bus service providers from Allahabad to Delhi. The ticket was confirmed And the amount of 1799/- rs was deducted . But on the date of journey when I talked to one of the spokesperson of the agency they said they cancelled my ticket on their own as their bus stopped in allahabad. I transferred amount rs. 2, 379 from my paytm wallet to my bank on 13th june. The status of the transfer is still pending after 15 days. On contacting paytm again and again they just open a new case and say that our escalation team will handle the issue in 24 hours and you will get the amount. Now when i contact, they say that since it has already been more than 3 days since the failed transaction, it is taking more time to investigate.

Please help me to get the amount back.

Our complain no: 32463496 regarding fraud with our paytm account

I have made a complain about non payment of my vodafone bill (Which was made from paytm account: [protected]) to your email id with in second a call from paytm office arrived via call no: [protected] and asked detail what happend with mobile payment after that ask for mobile no from whom payment made to vodafone & send paytm link to verify actual payment made

After that he said that payment was not made by paytm so actual payment will be credited so another massage is received for otp as call is from paytm call centre we have followed instruction given by him

After that balance amount is withdrawn from account & told that account is not operating so amount is not credited to your account and he has transferred rs.3437/- to account: [protected] unknown to us.

I booked 3 train tickets and made the payment thorugh paymt with id [protected] and after having 25 conversations also with those # no reply till now, is this a fraud company or what - really frustrated all the people sitting over there are just illitrates dont know what to reply to the customer queries - fully frustrated with those guys and services - please let me know what and how can you help me in this regard

I have booked tickets through irctc mobile app and tried to pay through paytm it showed error and i again tried succeeded but my account debited twice. Please resolve my problem and revert. My money back. The error showed transaction was done by internet banking and other was done through debit card.
I once again request you to resolve my problem as early as possible.

So reading this offer i use my paytm wallet for payment to uppcl for my electricity bill throgh account id [protected] on dated june 21and my receipt no.
