This is in regards to the amount INR Rs 11, 868 which is still not refunded from Paytm. It's been 6 months and I am still waiting to get this amount which I had spent on GoAir Airlines tickets via Paytm.
I had booked 4 GoAir airlines tickets which were scheduled for 19th December 20202 from DEL(Delhi) to BOM(Mumbai) with PNR number M95T8G. Booking ID for this is [protected]. Due to some technical issue on GoAir end, the flight was rescheduled by GoAir.
I reached out to GoAir customer support and informed them that the rescheduled timing is not comfortable for my family to travel and requested alternate schedules. Upon which GoAir informed that there is no alternate timings and only option is to cancel the ticket from GoAir end and against that whole amount will be refunded. I agreed to the refund process and received emails from GoAir mentioning about the refund amount. Below I have attached the email copies which I have received from GoAir.
As I mentioned earlier, it's been 5 months, 24 days and still the amount is not credited /refunded to my account.
I have been in discussion with Paytm since last December 2020 where I have explained to many of Paytm support agents and escalation team providing proof that the refund amount I should receive is INR Rs.11, 868 but no luck. A few times it has happened that my calls were hung up after I asked to transfer the call to the senior supervisor. Below is the list reference ID till now I have received from Paytm :

Each time I call Paytm customer care, I have to explain my issue and at the end of the day I get similar updates mentioning below :
-Your issue is escalated and the escalation team
-refund team is working on your issue
-We are working on your issue
-We have escalated this issue
-We are awaiting a response from the refund team
-We have raised your concern and you will get a response after 7 Days.
And the worst thing happening is, Paytm support is sending multiple emails asking me to share my bank details so that they can refund me INR Rs.1225. I really don't understand on what basis Rs.1225 is getting refunded ? I have also reached out to Paytm Care via messages on Twitter, Facebook but no luck.
To clarify if there is something pending from GoAir, I reached out to them and got to know that they have already transferred the refund amount to Paytm. Also they shared the invoice copy with me.
I am really disappointed with Paytm service and the way Paytm is handling my issue.
This has suffered me a lot and I would request Paytm to please please please refund my complete amount with additional penalty amount for the trouble caused to me.
