Hi, money got deducted through multiple fraudulent transactions via UPI. Total money deducted is approx 98k with multiple transactions with same amount.

Please help. Attaching screenshots for reference. Mobile no., Bank and UPI of fraudster is also visible in screenshots.

Date of the Incident-27 october 2018.

I booked a flight ticket in paytm on the aforesaid date, with regard to a round trip from coimbatore-mumbai-coimbatore for my entire family which costed me about 27, 892. The ticket was booked on jet airways and the travel date was on 23 March 2019.Due to the issues faced by jet airways during the time, the flight was cancelled and i contacted paytm for the refund. Since 2019 my refund was not made and whenever I contacted their customer care they are being rude at me and often they close the issue as resolved without giving proper reply.They even tend to manupulate the chat replies according to their wishes.

I am ready to provide any details if required to concern authorties.

Since the ticket contain lot of personal information I am not attching the same herewith.

I swear that the aforesaid matter is true.

On 19 th june and 20 th june I add 25000 rs on paytm wallet through UPI as per terms and conditions I get two time 150 rs total 300 rs cashback on my paytm wallet. but my two 150 rs (300rs)is still pending not reflected on my paytm wallet. So sir please help me for this two times 150 rs(300 rs) cashback which I eligible. Paytm first games a subsidiary of paytm.It provides games such as fantasy cricket Rummy etc. Rummy pool games are filled with cheaters who pass cards and steal others money. When complained about the same they inquire for name sake. I faced the issue 3 times which were proven by the support that players are cheating. They refunded for two and other is pending. I asked them whether they will refund who were being cheated or only to those who complain. For this I got contradictory answers from them which made me to complain here. I request you to urge them for a constructive answer. One more thing is that they say their platform is cheat proof and they dynamically block suspected players which isn't unless we complain they won't take any action. Those who cheat might have won numerous games like this and complained or not they will do the same till they are blocked.

2. How many games did those scammers played and cheated others?
3. Have they refunded everyone for those games or only to those who complained?
4. Statement of those cheaters incl no of games and winnings have to be made available
5. Why they are allowing such players what are the checks they placed to curb them

Sir, I paid Rs 13757.70 through Net-banking Axis Bank on 08/06/2021 for payment of Fee for St. Xavier's Senior Secondary School, Raj Niwas Marg, New Delhi through e-care pro and the said transaction was got failed but the amount of Rs. 13757.70 was debited from my account and till date, it has not been refunded to my account as 9 days already passed. Till date, no action has been taken by your company. Please refund my amount to my bank account as the earliest.

Recently I conducted a paymnet through the net banking option through your PAYTM platform. Though the money was deducted from my account, the payment was never confirmed from the reciever, The transfer hasn't taken place but the money has been deducted from my account. Kindly look into this matter and credit the money as soon as possible. I've completed the same payment through other method/ platform hence need the money to be credited.

Paytm is running a cashback offer of 100 rs through scratch card in bank transfer and payment section for selected users though I am under the few selected user who can avail the offer I didn't get the scratch card to win 100 rs twice though I raised ticket regarding this twice they are falsely saying that they are not running any kind of cashback offer currently

My journey was booked on 18 with indigo, and they had cancelled our journey due to some reasons so they intiated us with 5000 rs refund which was from Paytm.. and before that we had changed our flyt date so they refunded with 696... Both have been intiated by indigo but the Paytm hasn't refunded us untill now..we hav called them several time but there is no response .. the total refund amount wud be 5696 rupees and the Paytm number is [protected] and the booking number is [protected]
its nearly a month n I've not received any response...

there was a amount of Rs.5999 that was issued to me as a refund by amazon on 8th feb 2021
but the amount was not reflected in my bank account neither in the bank staement.
I shared the details of the transaction with the bank along with the refund refrence number provided to me by amazon, even after sharing all the facts the bank is denying to issue my amount.

refund reference number :[protected] for the refund of Rs 5999 which was issued on 8th February.

Gd evening sir, mera Paytm aap per 24x7 help & support open nhi ho rha h, mene Paytm aap ko many times bar delete krke download kiya aur another device m bhi download kiya lekin sbhi jagh “no internet connection” show ho rha h jbki mere phone m full network aa rhe h. Isi reason se m mera Paytm post paid loan closed nhi kra pa rha hu. Kyunki Paytm post paid loan ka option bhi 24x7 help & support he open hota h.

I tried to book 2 tickets on irctc air on May 17th 2021 via paytm wallet, Money deducted but ticket didn't get booked.
After checking with IRCTC air they told it could be the issue at PayTM end but they have raised refund from their end. Then I checked with PayTM they gave me an order id saying the issue was at irctc end.
Now problem is whoever has the issue I'm not getting the refund amount. Even I checked with my bank they said they haven't received any refund request from said merchants.
Below are the details :
Amount deducted : 4720.18 Rs.
Travel date : July 2nd
From Kolkata to Agartala (flight ticket)
Status : Not booked.

Kindly check and refund asap.
