    This is to inform you that i had tried to booked two movie tickets of raabta by paytm on 10/06/17. The amount was deducted from my account but tickets were not booked as transaction failed.

    Later on message appeared the amount will be credited back in 48 hours if transaction fails.
    Till date i have not received back the deducted amount.

    Transaction id was [protected] and amount deducted was 239.07.

    Please refund the same to my account at the earliest.
    Awaiting for reply.

      Dear sir, it is to inform you that i have made money transfer in mobile no. Through paytm but unfortunately i have entered wrong mobile no. & it went to wrong person. Immediately i contact paytm customer service but they replied that it can not be possible as it went to customer account no. This very ridiculous that even i informed immediately to concern service provider, they are not ready to support customers. Even in bank if we transfer money & if you register a complaint before 24hrs they are credit money in respective account. Request you to give justice to matter & ask service provider to credit the money in my account. Below are the summary of transactions made on 21/06/2017. Amount 3000 mobile no[protected]. Amount 4000 mobile no [protected]. I have informed within 5_6hrs after transaction.

        From last 2/3 days i am not getting otp on my mobile
        My paytm a/c [protected] and email: [protected]@gmail.com

        Message received that otp generated and sent to mobile no [protected] but i am not getting message of otp on my mentioned mobile number. I have generated and tried 15-20 times in last 4-5 days bur still problem nor resolved.
        Please do the needful at earliest.

            I have bought a pair of shorts from paytm. Order number [protected] / case 30658971. The quality of the product is not good nor is the size of the product perfect for me. I have called them twice and also written mails to them but in vain. They have closed my case stating they can not take the product back. They say seller is not ready for the return of the product. My argument is how can a consumer be forced to keep a product he does not like. Paytm.com is favouring the seller wrongly. I want justice. Thanks

              I recently made an order for panasonic hcx 1000 on 11th june 17. The order was successful. The seller called me next day directly and told package is ready and waiting for courier guys from paytm to pickup. Paytm courier didnt went to the seller to pickup the courier. After a week day before yesterday i received a sms stating seller cancelled the order. When i had a call with seller, he didn't cancelled the order. It was done by paytm side.in between i had sent multiple emails to paytm customer care and no proper response. It was my first time in my life seeing worst customer service experience tahts paytm. It mentioned your money refunded on dated 11th june 17 on refund status. Remember cancellation was actually made by paytm on 20th june 17. So far money not credited to my bank. If i call customer care always i hear one message "agent busy" for 24x7. If i mail customer care no response. The amount is 1, 20, 000+ inr. Is this way paytm handle the customers? Worst service by customer care. I had given my mobile to customer care to call back. No response. I m planning to file a complaint to nearest police station if money no credited. - pramod

              If i call up customer care no one picking up calls multiple times i tried. only you hear IVR putting call on hold telling agent busy wait... after 15 to 20 mins call automatically cuts . i have lost 100 rupees for just calling to their customer care no and no response other than IVR

              i have to openly write this to complaint forum becoz their customer care is worst! no success to reach them. i am looking for an immediate support from paytm to resolve this issue and refund the money back to my HDFC bank.

                I have been attacked by paytm fraud and it is when i ordered a bag from paytm and payed them rs 5000 successfully but the product was delivered, outside the box bearing my name in an invoice but when i opened it someone else's product was there with different invoice. This query when i emailed to paytm there was no response from them. I just wanted to say that i want my query to be solved but it's been 5 days i had not been contacted by paytm.

                  I am writing with reference to my order no. [protected] which was placed on paytm and hasn't been delivered to me while the system shows the status as delivered.
                  This is highly disappointing for me as it's been long since i have been following up with paytm regarding my order and they have not been able to solve the problem yet. I tried calling customer care number multiple times and they gave the same answer that we have forwarded the issue and it will get solved and cut the call. I am not getting any reverts on the mail too since monday.

                  I still have not received my order and i am waiting for the proof of delivery from their end. Request you to kindly solve the matter asap. Either get the item delivered or kindly refund my money in my account. I cannot wait for long to get this issue fixed.
                  I have ordered watch and replaced and after 7 days it was not credited to my account do the essential things otherwise I will file suit at consumer court

                    I have order battery case for iphone 6s. Product i have bought is 10000 mah and product i have got is 6000 mah.
                    Product i have ordered supposed to have port for 2 mobile to charge at the same time which is not there in my product.
                    Product i have ordered is of company jt whereas actual product is not of same brand.
                    Most importantly product i have received is not working.
                    This is so horrible and ridiculous to receive completly faulty and non working product from paytm.
                    Is this kind of fraud is paytm is known for.
                    This product is not irreplaceable and i cant refund this.

                    Question is what should i do now?
                    Raise complain to consumer court?

                      I had booked a ticket from indore to bhopal dated[protected]. Due to farmers' strikes and protests, bus company had denied to provide service due to an emergency prevailed. I have not even boarded bus and my ticket got cancelled automatically. When i went to get my money back to booking counter at indore, i have been told that cancelled tickets which were booked via online platform will get their cashback soon. But i have not been given any cashback from paytm and there is no response to my calls to paytm customer executives too. This is highly inconvenient for me as a paytm user and i would request you to process my cashback as soon as possible.

                        When i was trying to apply the promocode the message was that cinema is facing some problem with applying the promocode, but i wonder how can cinema have problem. The main thing is that i may loose my option of selecting a particualr seat and you shall be held resposible so please see to this as soon as possible.

                          Recently, i had a very bad experience with paytm. I was doing tatasky recharge from paytm. But with the recharge, the application added a kerela trip voucher worth 20000₹ by default, without any confirmation from the user. Now they have deducted the amount from my bank account and won't reimburse the amount for this transaction. There should not be any default selection of add-ons in the basic order.
                          I have raised multiple complaints against this issue, but the customer care doesn't reply to any of my calls, email.
                          Worst customer service ever.

                          Give my money back!!

                                Means due to your message recieved twice o[censored]nsuccessfull transaction my account had been debited twice after that both recharge got succesful.
                                And finally paytm is ignoring my mail and not refunding the same!

                                    I have made a purchase and vendor cancelled the order, the card associated with the bank account had been closed much more the refund process was initiated, since then i have been sending out email to paytm asking them arrange refund to different account, i have also shared them with the proof that account has been closed, all they reply is some sort of scripted email which sometimes doesn't even relate to what i write them. I wrote them 25 emails and all the 25 time i have got same sort of reply from them.

                                      I have paid mseb bill dtd 04/11/2016 of rs 850/- through my sbi debit card.
                                      In due course paytm upgradation work might be in progress.
                                      It may due to this payment of rs. 850/- was neither credited to mseb pune, maharashtra nor i received payment receipt from paytm but amount is debited from my sbi saving account.
                                      I have taken followup with local mseb and sbi pune to confirm about the payment.
                                      It is confirmed from both the offices that amount may be in paytm's suspense funds.
                                      I have paid pending mseb bill of rs. 850/- with compound interest on it in the month of april 2017.
                                      It is therefore requested to credit rs. 850/- with occurred interest in my sbi saving account no-[protected], sbi, main branch, pune - at the earliest.

                                        Paytm is responsible to deal these kind of issues since they have introduced the feature they are responsibility to resolve such wrong transactions.

                                        I am have also paid 8000rs to wrong number when i give the information to paytm they have just raised the complaint and ask me to call that number and get the money back when i called him he started scolding me with bad words that he wont return the money here i am attaching the proof of transactions.

                                        Please take these consumer complaints and file the case against this feature on paytm.

                                        With wallet txn id [protected] for the amount rs4000

                                        Total i have lost rs8000 and nothing has come to my account paytm is not helpful so wanted to file the case on paytm for this feature.
