I had booked a ticket from indore to bhopal dated[protected]. Due to farmers' strikes and protests, bus company had denied to provide service due to an emergency prevailed. I have not even boarded bus and my ticket got cancelled automatically. When i went to get my money back to booking counter at indore, i have been told that cancelled tickets which were booked via online platform will get their cashback soon. When i was trying to apply the promocode the message was that cinema is facing some problem with applying the promocode, but i wonder how can cinema have problem. Recently, i had a very bad experience with paytm. I was doing tatasky recharge from paytm. But with the recharge, the application added a kerela trip voucher worth 20000₹ by default, without any confirmation from the user. Now they have deducted the amount from my bank account and won't reimburse the amount for this transaction. There should not be any default selection of add-ons in the basic order.
I have raised multiple complaints...

3 days ago i had made a bill payment of electricity and the offer is that i had to receive voucher of google play store but when i completed my payment my voucher will not receive so i humble request to you that please refund me my whole rupees which i had invested in paytm...

We got the message o[censored]nsuccessful transaction while doing first payment and hence second time we made recharge though you and again we got the same message o[censored]nsuccessful transaction.

Means due to your message recieved twice o[censored]nsuccessfull transaction my account had been debited twice after that both recharge got succesful.
And finally paytm is ignoring my mail and not refunding the same!...

Seek justice for fraud perpetuated by Paytm on me

I have made a purchase and vendor cancelled the order, the card associated with the bank account had been closed much more the refund process was initiated, since then i have been sending out email to paytm asking them arrange refund to different account, i have also shared them with the proof that account has been closed, all they reply is some sort of scripted email which sometimes doesn't even relate to what i write them. I have paid mseb bill dtd 04/11/2016 of rs 850/- through my sbi debit card.
In due course paytm upgradation work might be in progress.
It may due to this payment of rs. 850/- was neither credited to mseb pune, maharashtra nor i received payment receipt from paytm but amount is debited from my sbi saving account.
I have taken followup with local mseb and sbi pune to confirm about the payment.

Paytm is responsible to deal these kind of issues since they have introduced the feature they are responsibility to resolve such wrong transactions.

I am have also paid 8000rs to wrong number when i give the information to paytm they have just raised the complaint and ask me to call that number and get the money back when i called him he started scolding me with bad words that he wont return the money here i am attaching the...

Payment debit wallet but not recived bank account...

I didn't got my refund and in my mobile app status shows failed and in my laptop it shows refunded.But still didn't got single penny in my aaccount.And above all tried to complaint twice but no response.Order no.[protected]....

I has been more than 1 month but they are telling that we will refund soon and i've provided all details regarding unsuccessful transaction from operator but still paytm is not refunding for that. So i request you to initiate my refund soon my mobile number [protected]....

I have ordered for iphone6 with order no. [protected]. But i have received defective product on 19th june 2017, i tried to put replacement order on 20th june 2017, but im not able to put replacement order as the option is shown in deactivation status even im eligible for replacement as per seller policy.
The problem with the product is caller voice is not yet all audible even on max volume setting. And home button is very...

I had called them 3 times till now.
All 3 times i had to wait more than 40 min to reach and talk to agent.
And the agents dont understand the issue.
All 3 agents just assume the issue. And gave me a false resolution.

Tired of calling them. And i dont know what to do next and whom to contact.
Will try to catch hold of paytm heads and send an email.

Hai sir i was recharged airtel network in my mobile [protected] number. At the rate 247rs but i had first enter the amount but i didn't get any messages for the deduction amount in my patyam wallet but two times it is deducted as i send the pictures as below please refund the recharged amount 247rs to mine wallet....

Last week on 17-june-2017, i have payed my post mobile bill using paytm site and while making the payment i wrongly selected couple of deals worth 93, 920 and unfortunate rs 93, 920 have deducted my credit card. I called the customer care regarding this but they are denying to refund the amount.

Last due date of submit electric bill is 20th june 2017, only one day left, so plz rectify my payment, and tell me what is the problem with paytm which show its transaction so fast.. It's over 24...

There are 3 transactions in my bank account each if 3000 rs each that i have not authorized through paytm. I have not received otp for any of these transactions and i have no message of the 3 transactions. I have lost 8000rs because of this. I want to know how such a secure network can allow such things to happen. I also need the transaction to be reversed....
