My name is pramod naik. While recharging for rs 51 for jio no [protected] the deal coupon was erroneously selected for malaysia 4 days and 3 days package and an amount of rs 17622 was deducted from my icici bank account. Order no [protected]. Dc transaction id[protected]. I want my money back. The customer care solution provider no is pathetic. Despite repeated calls to customer care executive, nobody helped me in considering my problem...

Paytm customer support team are not helping. They keep me holding asking so many questions and afterwords transfer call to concerned department from where I couldn't even guess when they will wake up and answer my call. I waited for 30 minutes on hold but no one responded regarding the cancellation of an order and refund. Not given proper solution for the query.

I was the victim of a fraudulent transaction on my paytm account. Some one has used my account to buy a gift card!! I have been writing to the customer care email incessantly, only to receive the same worthless canned responses. They have quoted an email address and a phone number neither of which are mine, these can be validated as the same are on record with them.
Any customer service team worth a dime, would have first looked at...

My bank ANDHRA BANK transction on 21.06.2017 about 6.00 pm for Rs. 6000/- ( Six thousand) transffed to PAYTM . as per the response bank transction of Rs 6000/- debit card ending 0867 but paytm transction failled. Please added Rs. 6000/- in paytm.

But paytmsdk have not refunded that money to my bank account i, e. Indian overseas bank.
Please do something. It's almost more than 12 days, but i have not received the amount back in my bank...

Actually i recharged with 40 for telenor. I have ordered win free rs.1 lakh cash back. But i got rs.20 personal accident in
Personal accident insurance - icici lombard general insurance co. Ltd. I didnot order it. I dont want any more this offer. Please cancel it and refund my amount as early as possible. Else i will delete my all relatives paytm mobile wallett accounts. This is not a blackmail....
