So i requested return n sended mail n images also... But they delayed it saying it vl b resolved very soon n tdy they rejected without any valid reason... Plz resolve it soon n i want refund of my money

Hi this is shikha goyal .. i ordered fisher price rocker from paytm..through my registered no [protected] on 19 june..n my order no is [protected]..i got wrong product on 21 june in teared brown paper...so i requested return...but they keep it delaying for 5 days saying that very soon vl pick up then they rejected return saying that u abused d return policy...its 2 time i requested 4 return...how they can do this ...u can check account details ...n plz solve it fast as i m frustrated now with this experience...i need my money wch is 5999 rps to pay bills ..plz help me in getting it

    Bought a computer accessory and it turned down to be defective. Lodged a return request and the company asked for frivolous documents and they were trying to delay the pickup and subsequent refund of the amount paid. Paytm is a fraud eportal don't fall prey. Avoid buying anything from them. The ticket raised for return is 32210778.

      On 15 june i paid electricity bill of rs 2236 using paytm the order was successful and money deducted from my account but today when again msg came of electricity bill of rs 2236 is due to pay now what to do plz refund my money back order no. Is [protected] plz resolve it i trusted this app that's why i used this but if this type of cheat happens i never use this and suggest other also to not to use this jio app is more effective than other if any amt dectud they refund within 24 hours

            On 5th june, i have ordered harpic powerplus orange 1 (Ltr) + lizol neem 200ml (Pack of 2). Order no - [protected].
            I received only one bottle of harpic.
            Missing products - 1 bottle of harpic and 2 bottle of lizol.

            On the same day i have raised complaint[protected]. I received acknowledge mail. I have already replied all the answer and share pics of products which i received. After that i am keep on following from so many days. But did not received any response.
            Its really irritating and poor behavior.

                I have order a wrangler jeans, earlier u had to replace it because the size sent to me wss something different... Once i received the replaced product it was not wrangler at all the product quality was worst you can have those jeans in 400 bucks in your street... After disappointment of the product i requested to return the product but refunded amount is null there... They are not giving any refund... I have issued a query with customer care, after sending almost 10 mails i got one reply and they said that they will replace the product no refund will be provided... And i must say the customer support number ending with 888 sucks... They will keep you on hold even after 20 mins saying that they are experiencing huge traffic despite you call them midnight or early morning... I request everyone don't go with paytm... My and my friends already decided never to use paytm again... Their customer service sucks

                      Paytm customer support team are not helping. They keep me holding asking so many questions and afterwords transfer call to concerned department from where I couldn't even guess when they will wake up and answer my call. I waited for 30 minutes on hold but no one responded regarding the cancellation of an order and refund. Not given proper solution for the query.

                          I was the victim of a fraudulent transaction on my paytm account. Some one has used my account to buy a gift card!! I have been writing to the customer care email incessantly, only to receive the same worthless canned responses. They have quoted an email address and a phone number neither of which are mine, these can be validated as the same are on record with them.
                          Any customer service team worth a dime, would have first looked at the customer history and would have modeled its response appropriately. A customer who has been spending extensively including buying air tickets, is being treated this shabbily, forget about a personal call to apologize
                          It is apparent that paytm actually has no intention to do anything. I have lost complete faith in paytm, this is a 1000 rs transaction, but it will translate to tens of thousands of lost business from me, my family, friends and entire social network. Seems like a penny wise pound foolish that the customer service works on.

                                      I have booked classic bus from paytm which is departure from delhi to katra at 7:30pm and reporting time as provided by message is 7:15pm. I am complaining for below mentioned issues which i have faced during travelling. Firstly, i booked tickets for classic travellers but when we reached there before time, they told us that you can go on other bus which is ashoka travellers. Secondly, ashoka travellers have moved bus from kashmiri gate at 9:26pm, delay of 2 hours. I have taken half day leave just to catch my bus and they are not even ready move bus untill its get full. Either they don't know the value of customers time or thinking like that we are fool. They don't understand that we have booked return tickets as well. Lastly, i am not the only one who is facing these issues, there are other fellows as well who is facing the same issue. Lastly they have deducted 178/- as travel insurance charges without informing or showing on
                                      The site. I am really frustrated about the services, paytm provides to us
