    I didn't got my refund and in my mobile app status shows failed and in my laptop it shows refunded.But still didn't got single penny in my aaccount.And above all tried to complaint twice but no response.Order no.[protected].

      I has been more than 1 month but they are telling that we will refund soon and i've provided all details regarding unsuccessful transaction from operator but still paytm is not refunding for that. So i request you to initiate my refund soon my mobile number [protected].

        Hi,
        I have ordered for iphone6 with order no. [protected]. But i have received defective product on 19th june 2017, i tried to put replacement order on 20th june 2017, but im not able to put replacement order as the option is shown in deactivation status even im eligible for replacement as per seller policy.
        The problem with the product is caller voice is not yet all audible even on max volume setting. And home button is very hard to operate and sound in both sides of headset is very imbalanced (Head set is working fine with same other apple products. I tried to contact customer care over call but could not connect for so long time even on multiple attempts

        Please help me on this.

        I booked on IRCTC site through paytm gate way . later i cancelled my ticket n irctc and i showed refund through paytm and my transaction id is [protected] cancellacation id is [protected] .in irctc it shows as amount is refunded but i received no refund in paytm

          I had called them 3 times till now.
          All 3 times i had to wait more than 40 min to reach and talk to agent.
          And the agents dont understand the issue.
          All 3 agents just assume the issue. And gave me a false resolution.

          Tired of calling them. And i dont know what to do next and whom to contact.
          Will try to catch hold of paytm heads and send an email.

          I want them to pay the penalty for my loses.
          Email [protected]@gmail.com OTP in my Paytm a/c not working since last week.All ready sent complain email to customer care.Issue not solved.

              Last week on 17-june-2017, i have payed my post mobile bill using paytm site and while making the payment i wrongly selected couple of deals worth 93, 920 and unfortunate rs 93, 920 have deducted my credit card. I called the customer care regarding this but they are denying to refund the amount.

              It is total wrong the paytm has done to me. I have clearly explained them that it was wrongly selected and pleas refund back the amount.

              Rs 93, 000 is very huge for me and i cannot bare that amount just because of paying the mobile bill, pleas try to understand my situation and pleas refund my money.
              Please shut down your company. I think this is the biggest online shopping fraud company . You guys don't even have dedicated customer care support ... Mother [censored]ers...
              Yesterday night while making mobile payment I wrongly selected couple of deals with 71k, called many times to the customer care but they are refusing to refund the money.It is not the small some of money, Requesting Paytm to kindly cancel these n refund me my money.

                Dear sir/mama
                I have submitted my electric bill about 6171 rs on 18.06.2017, payment order [protected] and wallet txn id [protected].
                But bill not submitted, yet outstanding bill show on vppcl site's bill acount id [protected].
                Last due date of submit electric bill is 20th june 2017, only one day left, so plz rectify my payment, and tell me what is the problem with paytm which show its transaction so fast.. It's over 24 hour.

                  There are 3 transactions in my bank account each if 3000 rs each that i have not authorized through paytm. I have not received otp for any of these transactions and i have no message of the 3 transactions. I have lost 8000rs because of this. I want to know how such a secure network can allow such things to happen. I also need the transaction to be reversed.

                    Would like to draw your attention and seek your support to get transaction informations against amount debited to my account.

                    I am a senior citizen and was not in india for couple of months i. E since 31st march 17 to 14th june 2017. Today i visited my pnb hapur branch where i have my pension account and was surprised to see that multiple debits were made to my account.

                    I have never used paytm till date and do not know your working model.

                    Seek your support to understand nature of these transactions. While inquiring from my bank it was informed to me that this account was used for mobile recharge, wallet recharge and money transfer. Please share beneficiery details of these transactions. I also filed a complaint with my bank and based on his feedback might proceed to file a police complaint.
                    Your support in this matter will be highly appreciated.
                    My bank account entries which reflect transactions details is attached.

                      Plz check.. M unable login from last 2months.. Suddenly m getting my account blocked without any information.. I have also cashback on my paytm account.. N saved dedit cards numbers.. M adding last order photo... Plz check.. Nd give me my old paytm account back.. I was tried many times to contact paytm cc but all numbers are geeting worng... My paytm account blocked by paytm.com without any message or email... N while m trying to change password m not getting any verification link..

                        Hi all,
                        I have order a protein product cost 3500 rs. The product was delivered with seal broken and half of the protein powder lying outside the box. How i can take trust the broken seal and unpacked health care protein.
                        I reported the issue but without clearing the issue they send the mail as per the return policy seller denied to return/ replace the order and closed the issue.
                        I have replied with all the seller return policy proof with the screen shot. But now from 2 days no one is assisting my call and no one replying.
                        Please find the mailing proof and the screenshots.

                        How can i trust on the seal broken powder.
                        Please help me in raising this issue.

                          I received fake nike shoes from paytm and timely returned the product and get the mail that we will pick up the product but they didn't picked up and when i contacted them after some days then they are saying that the order returned date limit expired.

                          I returned the product in the give time limit and get message from paytm that your return request successfully accepted, what is my fault if there curior parter didn't received it on time and didn't make any communication with me.

                          So paytm i request you to solve the issue.

                            Sir;. As per p. M. Request of digital transaction. I use internet banking to book bus ticket from paytm. Wide sbi card no. Xx4258,. Date16.11.2016,. Through red bus from indore to udaipur. I received message, ticket not generated ref no. Vm red bus no[protected]. The amount is deducted from sbi account to paytm. I mail to paytm and give details to refund my amount rs.1390, but up to this time i can not received any information and any refund. So kindly look in the matter so i get my money back. Thanking you.

                                  Hi sir,

                                  I have recently used paytm shopping to buy a product. While i was ordering the product the estimation time what they was given was hardly 7days. I have paid through online and i have tried contacting them several times over email as well as calls but the response what i have received was totally unsatisfactory. I used to receive some fake sms stating that they have tried for the delivery whereas i haven't even got one single call from them. I gave a static phone number which i use only at home where there is no network fluctuation and moreover there is no chance for missing a call. Due to these drama i have manually tried cancelling the order but i haven't got a confirmation regarding the cancellation request. It seems like it is kept in pending and has gone or a toss. It sounds totally unethical and unacceptable to me. Anyhow i am not worried about the money i have paid to them its all about the fake service what that have provided me and what if this is a issue which is happening common to all. I am requestion you to kindly check this and i will make sure i will try all the possible ways those are coming in my way to stop this until i get tired i have all the details with me if it is required.                                     While recharging the prepaid card, i selected a honeymoon package as it showed as a lottery offer. Without any clear intimation rs 18, 000/- was deducted from my card. I have been struggling to reach paytm on help line and never able to reach the same. No one attends the call. Kindly cancel the same and return my money. I am not getting any proper response from paytm. Appreciate somebody call me on my registered mobile ([protected]).

                                    Pls note even now, in my order, it only shows as a purchase of Rs 100 for my prepaid mobile. Nothing on this package, this is an absolute way of misdirecting people. Even the correct amount was not shown at the time of payment. It only showed Rs 100, only to see 18, 100/- was deducted.

                                      As i have complained about my order that i have not received the refund of my order, which i have returned back.

                                      I have raised complaint, in revert they are sending a reply that. Amount is refunded to bank. I replied again but they said we have refunded. U check from bank. Query / complaint is closed from paytm site.

                                        I tried booking train tickets through irctc on 18th june at around 5.20 pm ist. But, at the end of transaction, it displayed an error message and advised to try again.

                                        However, the amount of rs.676.50 got deducted and tickets also were not issued. When enquired with my bank (Axis), they are saying payment is successful from their side.
