Today i recharged my bsnl no. Using paytm. It was 37 rs special recharge to extend validity of my sim. Amount has been deducted from my account and paytm shows "paytm has not received the payment confirmation from your bank" and ask me to check after 4 hr. I have oreder on paytm ambrane we-11 wireless earphone. and i received my order than i have receive used, damaged, and duplicate/unbranded product. my order id is [protected]....

On saturday 24th june, i placed an order for himalaya product of rs. 351.47 from their app and made the payment using paytm. The amount got deducted from my bank account and i even got confirmation sms from paytm for the order id - 570954 but i didn't got any confirmation from himalaya so i tried to reach paytm in order to know the status of the order but it's telling me that this order id is invalid. Now i have no idea...

I had placed an order of mobile-gionee a1 which i recieved but not the cashback. I had ordered that mobile just because of cashback which was of 2400 rupees. There it was clearly mentioned that after 24 hours of transaction, your cashback will be automatically generated to your "paytm" account. The mobile cost was 17097, on which i claimed the offer of cashback 2500 which will be 14600 final price. Before also i have placed a complaint but...

I orderer product from pytm not only they delivered wrong product but not taking back. Issue was kept open and even when called to[protected] they disconnected it after 1 hour. Order no. [protected] and open issue number 32130961
These company only focus on cheating for profit from hard earned people money....

I booked a movie ticket through pay tm they deducted the money but couldn't confirm the tickets, my order no:-[protected], dated: 03/05/2017 through my karur vysya bank debit card, rs 140/- was deducted but the order failed due to pay tm mistake. I have sent complaint to customer care but they are only replying through automated mail, no refund has been deposited in my bank account or paytm wallet....

I ordered fisher price rocker on 19 june through paytm with order id [protected] n recieved on 21 june... But packing was not proper n i recieved wrong product.. So i requested return n sended mail n images also... But they delayed it saying it vl b resolved very soon n tdy they rejected without any valid reason... Bought a computer accessory and it turned down to be defective. Lodged a return request and the company asked for frivolous documents and they were trying to delay the pickup and subsequent refund of the amount paid. Paytm is a fraud eportal don't fall prey. Avoid buying anything from them. The ticket raised for return is 32210778....

On 5th june, i have ordered harpic powerplus orange 1 (Ltr) + lizol neem 200ml (Pack of 2). Order no - [protected].
