Dear sir,
We have booked three tickets from new delhi ti shimla by welcome bus services on[protected] by paying rs 3240/- vide order no [protected]. The ticket id is opr 28a. The debit card no is [protected] valid upto 03/21. Unfortunately the service was cancelled by the operator and says that the amount is credited to you.
I have already lodged a complaint with you and gave reminders also with regard to refund. So far i did not received the amount from you.
Please extend your support and arrange a solution to receive the same

    I have transferred 4100 rupees from my paytm account to my south indian bank account on june 4 2017. It has not been transferred yet and the paytm gave me a faulse transaction id which i have contact with the bank and found its wrong. Its been a month since iam having the problem and the paytm is not having proper customer care number to contact and they are not responding.

      This is a trascation neither a made or purchased from anything from you.
      It show how good you protect our details.
      This transaction made on 29-may-2017. I just noticed. Simply debited 2, 000 rupees from my sbi account.

      Please revert back me. I heard that and google it it seems lot of people facing same problem. And some of people deducting twice or so many times.

      Hope i won't face this problem. I leave my mobile number here.

        I have paid 9110 rs for reliance electricity bill on 24 june, but it is 28 june today still the bill is not paid. I contacted the reliance office in mumbai they said no money is paid from your side. Tomorrow is the due date of the bill, i want my money back. I will pay to them via offline mode. Such a cheapster u are. First i use paytm for saving time but now it is just dubious. I[censored] want my order id just reply me i will get u the order id and mobile number also.

          I have recharged mobile, dish tv and paid electri bill through paytem but no money was add as per you offer so what to do more to get the benifit of the offer i have done many trascation through my paytem account but nothing has been add though many offer for recharge has been shown in the account itself further it is mandatory to make a kyc for any trassaction

            Worst service really !
            statement showing processing, money has been debited from my account but recharge not done.
            This is really not acceptable they promise for best services but don't even have any customer complaint no. or any section provided in paytm to submit any query
            No one to see problems of customers .

            I want my money back it has been long time since I did my recharge

            This was for last time I used this paytm definitely.

              I have paid rs.150/- towards my postpaid cell connection [protected] via paytm of my another connection [protected]. Its tr. Id:[protected] and paytm order no: #[protected] on 04-06-17 @ 4.36 p. M. But when i inquired with vodafone this payment has not been credited against my above outstanding of cell:[protected]

              So pl transfer the amount to vodafone for my postpaid connection

                  Sir,

                  I made a mobile recharge through paytm mobile app on 24.06.2017 at 7.32 am of rs.30.00 for which i received a message that your mobile has been recharged by rs.30.00 but rs.19030.00 was deducted from my saving account. Rs.19000.00 was extra debited to my account which is not reversed to my account i contacted the paytm representative on contact no.[protected] & email id [protected]@paytm.com. The representatives of paytm ghaziabad/dadri uttar pradesh they told me that tour package to kerala has been book on my name which i have not done and the payment has been deducted from my j&k bank saving account fraudulently. I also received a phone call from mobile no.+91 [protected] from cool home travel agency who told me that a tour package has been booked on my name through paytm i asked him to cancel the package he refused to do so saying that only paytm can cancel the tour because until the tour is completed paytm do not make the payment i told all this to paytm officials on 27.06.2017
                  And refused saying that the payment amounting to rs.19000.00 cannot be refunded. I want to know the credibilty of this app which is befooling the public and stealing the hard earned money from bank accounts linked to paytm app. I request to check and get my money refunded back.

                            I have recharged videcond2h for rs.205 on 24.6.17 in order no [protected] and selected dubai package wrongly for rs 28999 and my account debited 29204. Immediately i cancel theorder [protected] and rs 205 has been refunded to paytm ac. But rs28999 has not be refunded. Pl cancel my deal and refund. For the past three days i have mailed paaytm care. No response. Different types solutions received frompaytmcare. So please make arrangements to refund the amount to paytm wallet. I will use for paytm purpose.                             I asked thereafter credit card customer care of axis bank, they did not give me any response and I have no any option other because there increases interest on rs 4000 day by day. Before this i have also launched complaint 3 to 4 times In Axis Bank, Jalna, Maharashtra in Credit card department bt nothing happened.
                            Before 4 months ago I just download paytm. and then uninstall. after that on March 16 from my accounts axis bank credit card Rs. 4000 deducted from my account by paytm from axis credit card without any shopping.
                            I want cancle my ticket a My Order No.[protected] And My Mobile No. [protected]

                              Today i recharged my bsnl no. Using paytm. It was 37 rs special recharge to extend validity of my sim. Amount has been deducted from my account and paytm shows "paytm has not received the payment confirmation from your bank" and ask me to check after 4 hr. It' been nearly 10 hr and paytm shows recharge is under process. I called my bank and they said they have already gave access to paytm it's they who are delaying. I recharged my sim from a store then because my sim didn't work without this recharge and now i don't need that recharge and i want cancel my order. I gave many massages to paytm and they sent me same reply again and again and didn't cancel my order.

                              Long story short i want my money back. Why should i pay for their late services.

                                    We booked bus from nainital to delhi which takes about 9 hours and ordered luxurious bus though we were provided small bus which was not even comfortable for sitting.
                                    We have raised same with payment though they are not willing to do anything about it. Our whole journey was nightmare and driver was so careless that he would have run a bus on one man. How can a service provider be so careless towards their customers life and these travel provided charge for a luxury bus and only provide mini bus just to maximise their profit and paytm is supporting these people by not doing anything.

                                      Hi,

                                      On saturday 24th june, i placed an order for himalaya product of rs. 351.47 from their app and made the payment using paytm. The amount got deducted from my bank account and i even got confirmation sms from paytm for the order id - 570954 but i didn't got any confirmation from himalaya so i tried to reach paytm in order to know the status of the order but it's telling me that this order id is invalid. Now i have no idea whose mistake it is and where exactly my order is stuck. Please help me with this.
