I receipt mobile samsung j3 pro on 25. May17. And mobile was used for just 10 day. Then problem started from 12 june17 like below
Home key & power key not work
Automatic google screen & cemera open & close.
Then
No sim show. Bettary temperature low show & not charge bettary.

I want replacement of this defected item.

Recently i have bought shoes from www.paytm.com but i have size issue and i was trying to return but by mistake i had select wrong color instead of wrong size and now paytm.com saying that my account flagged by miss using of their service. I wish you could help me.

I was booking irtc ticket through app. Money was deducted but ticket was not granted. I have received the sms of refund of money. But till date i haven't received it. I ordered a orient wall fan from paytm during my house renovation and i received the item. Because of space and time constraints i could not open the package immediately. It was kept safe because painting was going on. When the painting finished and i opened the package, i found the item received is a used exhaust fan (No-name, no original packing, no bill inside). I immediately contacted paytm with photos of the package and they refused...

I had placed an order at paytm for a fossil watch. My order number is [protected]. I just received the order and there is no watch in the box, i have received an empty box!

I immediately called the delivery person but he asked to lodge a complaint. I am not able to get through the support center, it puts me on hold forever.

Let me know what is the next step i should take to get refund of my hard earned money....

By this fake promotions paytm gives fake promo codes even for movie discount at the end its not working results in full payment with their extra charges.

This fake promotions should be panelized....

I am having account with paytm, around 20days back they have deactivated my paytm account without any notice & i was having rs 4637.82. I had given complaint for the same, they asked my bank details & all to transfer the amount & i have provided them whatever needed.
