    Hi, i purchased a ticket from paytm from delhi to nainital. I got a message from them stating that my bus would be available at kashmiri station gate 2, timing was 9.45 p. M we called inumerous times to the number from which we got text regarding information for bus;we were initially told that bus would be there in 2 mins and so on and on. We were waiting since 9 p. M. To our shock when we called at 10.30 after not getting bus, we were told that bus has moved and we were informed to reach anand vihar and later when we reached there, we were told that bus did not reach place which were sent as a text. We were given different seat than what we requested online and later to our dismay our luggage was exchanged and we were told to take taxi from haldwani to nainital on our own without any compensation from their end.

      I did my first landline billpayment using newline and applied. Promode is accepted and went to the payment page. I have done the payment and received the message that refund will be done in 24hours after succesfull payment. Even after 24 hours of successful payment refund of promised refund didnt come. When i called the customer care they said that promocode not entered.
      This has happened to me during first time bus booking by firstbus promo code.
      Paytm is cheating people by showing the promocode, expect us to apply but actually it will not be registered. It may look like we have succesful in applying but its not. So be-careful. They are cheating.

        I have booked my flight tickets on on 14th june17, ixj to del for 2nd aug 17, spicejet from my paytm, [protected]. While booking it was showing that i will receive rs.660/- as cash back within 24 hrs. But still i have not received any cashback. Please resolve it and send my money into my account asap. Plz let me know what is wrong with paytm for not sending my money. Looking forward to hear from you as soon as possible.

          Paytm app has some kind of error in it. While making payment for any utility it deducts the amount twice on a single click making it double transaction.
          For example i made a payment of rs 300/- for tata sky on 13.04.2017, however twice the amount was deducted (Screenshot attached) and there was no refund. Again while making payment for my vodafone bill of rs 287/- on 30.05.2017, twice the amount was deducted but this time one amount was refunded which i was not aware of. I checked my my orders menu in paytm app and there it showed one amount debited and other credited for failed order (Screenshot attached). What i assumed on seeing this was that the payment i made had failed and the amount was refunded. So next day i again made a payment for the same vodafone bill for rs 287/- successfully. Later i saw my wallet balance to be low and when i checked my orders on paytm web, there i got to know that the amount was twice deducted on 30.05.2017 out of which one was refunded but on paytm app, its only showing one amount debited and other credited for failed order. So definitely the paytm app is defective due to which i made another payment.
          Although at the time of tata sky payment i didnt mind the double deduction because i am still continuing the tata sky service but in case of vodafone bill, it was my last payment as i had discontinued the service.
          So i contacted the paytm customer service for a refund but they are just ignoring my complaint and making fool of me by giving irrelevant replies and feedbacks. They also dont have the decency of calling me and i was not able to contact them due to their stupid phone line ivr and as i am about to connect to an agent, the line drops. When i wrote to them for calling me, i received a call and an agent told me that problem will be solved in two days but its been more than 10 days and no response. They are not replyin to my emails.
          I know rs 287 is not a big amount but what irritates me is that they dont care about the customers and keeps on ignoring.

              I had paid my four electric bill through paytm on 14.06.17. The said payments are not appearing in paytm passbook. I am worried about the payments. It may be noted that the said amounts are debited by respective bank. It is showing against each bill

              It seems that the bill payment of the customer id is already under process with cesc limited. Please try after two working days.

                  I ordered a bag from paytym it was torn so i raised a return request but they rejected my return request so i sent them a mail regarding it they said it is against policy so i sent screenshots to them but then there was no reply from them so i raised another 2-3 queries but they closed all query saying it is duplicate and will revert you shortly and one fine day they reply saying its alredy more than 7days so will not take return now.
                  Now see how they are cheating customers i have all the mails and screenshot of my dates with my mail and theri reply and all now they are not refunding my money
                  This is really not fair

                    Dear sir, mai ek marchant hun jahan tak mera paytm me 100% believe tha lenkin ajjj kal paytm bhi desh mai loot ne laga hai, mera dukan se ek person ne ek product karida aur mera dukan me laga hua paytm qr code scn karke rs.500 pay kiya but mere account me paise nahi aaya. Dash board check kiya toh kisi dusre ke account me chala gaya jahan tak humne ekyc karte wakt paytm agent ko humne apna account number diya tha please refund my money and take a strong action...
                    Recharge my DTH of RS. 250. Payment got deducted. But recharge not done.

                      I have an account under [protected] no with paytm, on 28 th may 2017 i was adding 5500 rs to my wallet but money has not been added to my wallet inspite of debit from my icici account, when i complaint they told me money will return to your bank account as they have not received when 15 days are over and i have already went to my bank they said money has been paid to paytm one 97 communication, even now paytm is saying that we have nit recieved money, paytm grievance redressal is worst as they do not have any direct customer executive no, they only register complanits through ivrs, its a headache to continuously call them and their denial inspite of showing them bank statement. Please akosha solve the issue and make sure they pay penalty for their lack of professionalism and dishonesty.
                      As I booked lizol floor cleaner it has offer of 18rs as cash back that I have not received. But item received. So I request you to send me the cash back relating to the item. Order number #[protected]
                      I was asked to transfer Rs.600 to Paytm account - [protected] in return I was expected to get register for an email processing job. I did not get any service in return moreover the person abused on phone later on.

                        I have full information about a person who is fraudster's looted me by offering a job opportunity and i have made transaction through paytm can you take any action against him and is there any chance can i get my money back. He is abeshik as he told me and he looted 20000 from me and again trying to take another 25500 from me and i came to found out he is fraudster's by his website ip address and domain address and indiancomplaints.com please try to help me is there any chance of my money refunded to me i have my message to whome i have transferred the amount.                             Automatic google screen & cemera open & close.

Ticket was from kalyan to malkapur. Bank name bank of baroda. It was done on june 6. At 12 oclck. Amount of 580+580+480 deducted.3 times.. And then through another card confirm ticket was booked

                                      I ordered a orient wall fan from paytm during my house renovation and i received the item. Because of space and time constraints i could not open the package immediately. It was kept safe because painting was going on. When the painting finished and i opened the package, i found the item received is a used exhaust fan (No-name, no original packing, no bill inside). I immediately contacted paytm with photos of the package and they refused return saying that after 15 days they cannot do anything.

                                      Does this mean that you can commit a fraud and there is no resolution to the greivance after 15 days.

                                      Just 10 days before this incident i got a chinese motherboard (Less than 2000 rs) instead of an asus motherboard (Worth 7000 rs), thank god, i was able to return it. I am yet to get a refund for it though

                                      I have bought many things from paytm, but my recent experiences are just plain horrible. Stays away from paytm

                                        After sometimr i receive a call true caller also says paytm and he gives me detials of the person whose account my moms 2500 is wrongly debited and for reversals he asks mr detials of the bank he says we dnt deal with that bank either can u givr ur detials since ur daughter we wil credit the transaction in your acount and i give all thrthr detials surprisingly my account gets debited by 4900 and keeps asking me OTP received i found someting fishy i have not given any more detials and i have been cheated twice in name of Paytm 2500 plus 4900
