Hi sir,

I have recently used paytm shopping to buy a product. While i was ordering the product the estimation time what they was given was hardly 7days. I have paid through online and i have tried contacting them several times over email as well as calls but the response what i have received was totally unsatisfactory. I used to receive some fake sms stating that they have tried for the delivery whereas i haven't even got one single call from them. I gave a static phone number which i use only at home where there is no network fluctuation and moreover there is no chance for missing a call. Due to these drama i have manually tried cancelling the order but i haven't got a confirmation regarding the cancellation request. It seems like it is kept in pending and has gone or a toss. It sounds totally unethical and unacceptable to me. Anyhow i am not worried about the money i have paid to them its all about the fake service what that have provided me and what if this is a issue which is happening common to all. I am requestion you to kindly check this and i will make sure i will try all the possible ways those are coming in my way to stop this until i get tired i have all the details with me if it is required.     Hi,

    While recharging the prepaid card, i selected a honeymoon package as it showed as a lottery offer. Without any clear intimation rs 18, 000/- was deducted from my card. I have been struggling to reach paytm on help line and never able to reach the same. No one attends the call. Kindly cancel the same and return my money. I am not getting any proper response from paytm. Appreciate somebody call me on my registered mobile ([protected]).

    Pls note even now, in my order, it only shows as a purchase of Rs 100 for my prepaid mobile. Nothing on this package, this is an absolute way of misdirecting people. Even the correct amount was not shown at the time of payment. It only showed Rs 100, only to see 18, 100/- was deducted.

      As i have complained about my order that i have not received the refund of my order, which i have returned back.

      I have raised complaint, in revert they are sending a reply that. Amount is refunded to bank. I replied again but they said we have refunded. U check from bank. Query / complaint is closed from paytm site.

      As i am sending mail that i have not received amount. How can they close my complaint. Just replying with copy and paste replies.

        Hi,
        I tried booking train tickets through irctc on 18th june at around 5.20 pm ist. But, at the end of transaction, it displayed an error message and advised to try again.

        However, the amount of rs.676.50 got deducted and tickets also were not issued. When enquired with my bank (Axis), they are saying payment is successful from their side.

        Details are as below :

        I have purchased tide insted of rin only because of paytm cash back facility, but I am trying to redeem date code from morning. Every time message occurs please try later. Now m feeling it is only a cheap way to seeling goods. Disappointment,

            I ordered a suit from paytm with size s (Order no:[protected]), but the size s of that product was smaller than what i expected, and also there was a change in colour aswell, i expected blue colour but their was a greenish blue type colour. Because the above issues i booked return, and after 10days they cancelled my return booking even without coming for pickup. So i gave a complaint message and they called me next day, their executive didn't respond to my queries and blindly told me you can't return the product. For the last 2 months i made more than 20, 000 worth shopping from paytm and this the kind of service they offering me. The worst online shopping experience i ever had.

                  I had done amount transfer of ₹.1999 from paytm wallet to my bank account but amount is deducted from wallet n i didn't get any transfer success message from paytm and its not credited to my account. If i ask that to paytm customer care they said that amount is not confirmed by bank. How could bank will confirm when paytm doesn't send money to bank? It has been 7 days over i didn't got solution for my problem. Plz don't take poor people money.
                  I had ordered a refrigerator but I got different product with different mrp now paytm has denied to return the product and also not refunding the excess amount taken by them

How dare you bludy blasters to block my account and my atm card. Because i am not sharing my personal details and you know that cvv num is personal detail and why you want to that details. It's mean you are fake, non authorities and erroneous company, who cheated customer and hack their account with stealing money.
                      I am spreading whole matter to twitter, facebook and whatsapp. So all people know that how you fool your customers and play with their emotions.

                          I am mansi and this is my paytm mob. Num. [protected]. I am orderingone dress and cancelled after few minutes on 11th may 2017. Today 18th june 2017 but didn't get any refund of that dress amount is ₹314.
                          If your service is to worst like that so definitely no one use your service. Because this is 1and 1/4 month completed but your side no any response or service. This is the worsted service.

                            I have booked a ticket from eagle application about rajkot to ahmedabad 10 june 2017. Transaction id is [protected]. A seat no is 12. But the ticket will not confirm and msg also not send. I have also book another seat that is seat no 16 in which i paid cash as well. But the transaction that was cancel refund was not submitted to my paytm acaount. So this is my final mail otherwise i will go to the"grahak suraksha" from both of the organization. As a day will pass but refund not submitted to my account. The transaction id will given above and you can check that ticket is not confirming. So please give my return to the my account as soon as possibel.

I thought the same complaint wont be repeated twoce but it has. I was in a urgent requirement of money and all my work is lacking just because of this. This thing was not acceptable i think

                                        Tried to recharge my mobile no. [protected] through top-up, rs. 110/- on 04/06/2017 but failed. Inspite of that you have deducted rs. 110/- from my s. B. A/c no. [protected] on 04/06/2017. So. Please refund that amount to my s. B. A/c as early as possible. Again i demand to refund rs. 110/- to my s. B. A/c as early as possible.
