We bought mobile. Only one day mobile is corrupted. Company is telling go to service station. But dont want faulty product. Many complaints paytm is just answering but they are not ready to solve problem. Company have clear policy for replacement of product. If failed then they need to efund. They did more and more conversations but did not ready to replace. And finaly they passed all days of replacement offer...

Placed my order on 4th of june 2016.. I had placed to products under same order no. Bt have received only one product other product is showen shipped but i m unable to track it.. Tried to contact costumer care they didnt respond.. Have contacted them through helpline.. I have not got response from last 5 days... Pls help me.. My order no [protected].

I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [protected].
And after it was sent i called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as i transferred amount from paytm wallet not from bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person....

There were 2 unauthorized charges (Rs 3000 and rs 1000) from my paytm account.

Kindly reverse back the charge. Its been almost a week and i haven't got any solution.
I had contacted paytm many times and they just provide the information of the reciever but i am not able to reach to the receiver.

I selected the cash back of rs 4000 and i didn't got any cash back. The seller policy was that he will give the cash back in 7 days and i still haven't got any cash back.

Maine ek saman oder kiya paytm. Uske baad2 din se delivery ka msg aa raha hai ki out ofdelivery. Kl koi phn thak nhi aaya aaj ek phn aaya ki aap 5 baje thak ghar pe rahna maine kaha ohke. Jab mai phn kiya toh bola hum delivery nhi karenge aapko aa ke lena hoga nhi toh agar delivery karana hai toh 5-10 din rukna hoga. Aur rudly baat kiya.

My account was hacked and hackers debit rs. 2245/- from my account, yesterday some one hacked my google and facebook account, for the recovery of account demanded some amount, in hurry my daughter transferred money to his paytm account cell no [protected], after that this mobile is switched off no response.
