    This is to inform you that its i paid the indraprastha gas bill amount of rs 2554 on dated 07/06/2017 order no [protected] its already 9 days passed but till date amount is not credited on my gas provider. Kindly check into the matter and revert back asap.

    I write a complaint many times complaint reference no.: 31527146 but till date my problem is not solve or i have not received any mail from paytm.

    Dear Paytm, I purchased a laptop Fugitsu a555 lifebook.you delivered a defective Laptop i.e display has problem.I place replacement request immediately but no response from you.plz solve the problem otherwise its time to move towards consumer care .

        I had placed an order at paytm for a fossil watch. My order number is [protected]. I just received the order and there is no watch in the box, i have received an empty box!

        I immediately called the delivery person but he asked to lodge a complaint. I am not able to get through the support center, it puts me on hold forever.

        Let me know what is the next step i should take to get refund of my hard earned money.

          Received msg regarding 5 %discount on electricity bill payment but promocode doesnt works.
          Fake promotions
          By this fake promotions paytm gives fake promo codes even for movie discount at the end its not working results in full payment with their extra charges.

          This fake promotions should be panelized.

            Dear sir / madam
            I am having account with paytm, around 20days back they have deactivated my paytm account without any notice & i was having rs 4637.82. I had given complaint for the same, they asked my bank details & all to transfer the amount & i have provided them whatever needed. On 30th may 2017 i got mail saying they transferred the amount & it will take 7 - 14days max. But still i have not received the amount.
            I have mailed them again many a times, but they are not responding to my mails nor they have any contact number on which i can call. Now its been more then 20days but still no response from them.
            I request you to kindly resolve the issue related this & refund my amount asap.
            Please do the needful.

            I was supposed to receive 20000 from bank which have not happened.

              I never imagined dati will have to do this but you guys made me do so im like purchasing things from paytm for last 3-4yrs and i have neverexperienced such kind of behaviour i wanted to order iphone6sphone cover but by mistake wrong model got selected and now you guys are not accepting the return i don't needthat productkindly get it returned asap.

              You guys have debited all my money by saying you will be providing me the refunding of the product that I purchased from by mistake online on paytm merchant. I really don't understand whether you people are of real or fake but if I didn't received my money within 24hours Im telling you guys everyone will be in trouble then you will have to pay more money then this.
              I tried to add money in Paytm account, money had been debited from my bank account but in Paytm order/ transaction failed. The amount is ₹5000. More than 3 days over, no reply from customer service/ mail. Pls do the needful... It's very urgent...

                I have booked a rail ticket in irctc and paid using my credit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then i cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but i have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

                Whenever i check my refund status, it shows refunded to paytmag.

                    On 8th june 2017 we have ordered sony 108cm (43) full hd td smart led tv kdl-43w800d of value rs. 56800/- and shipment charge of rs.499/-. The order number # [protected] and invoice number #556170/2017-18/113.

                    On 10th june 2017, we have received message saying the order has been shipped and will deliver the item between 12th june 2017 and 15th june 2017.
                    On 13th june 2017 we received one more message saying the item has delivered to the shipping/billing address on 11th june 2017. Whereas we never received the order and not even received any phone call from delivery person. My entire family was at home during entire day during 10th, 11th and 12th june.
                    We have raised complaint (Complaint number:[protected] regarding this on paytm on 13th june and they confirmed within 24 hrs we will have solution for the same. Now on 14th almost 24 hrs also over, till now there is no clue from paytm side,
                    Hope paytm is not a company to loot money from common middle class people, where we can spent our hard earned money (Rs.57000/-) for nothing.
                    In this case i am ready spent time to approach consumer court as no other common man should not have such issues in future.
                    Sir i tried to pay electricity bill from paytm to PSPCL for last month today but it didn't show any info when I entered my account number and it shows an error of bill not found please resolve that issue(punjab electricity board)
                    1500 Rs Deduct from my icici account but not show in my wallet plz help how its return in my bank.
                    Paytm offer today i am going to charge our mobile no but wrongly deducted 500 so it is requested to kindly refund the same

                        I have booked flight tickets as they were offering cashback. After the tickets were booked for order [protected] and [protected] cash was never deposited into the wallet.

                        I have raised it to their customercare and they claim, i have subsequently used the cash back in order [protected] which i have proved that as wrong with the screenshot.

                        I have been received the same response but they dont prove that i have either used or they deposited into my wallet.

                        Request you to look into it.

                          The customer care is not responsive.
                          Have ordered "mee mee baby wooden cot with swing & musquito net"

                          The person who came for delivery (On 10 jun 2017) mentioned that someone from paytm will come for installation on same day, else he asked to call customer care next day.

                          Since no one turned up, i called customer care... The customer care representive mentioned that he had escalated the issue and i will get a call either from paytm or vendor to share when the installation will be done... I requested the customer care representative to send me an email for the complaint on my email id which he agreed to do..

                          Neither i got a call from paytm/vendor nor there was any email on my email id...

                          From last 3 days customer care is mentioning that the installation will be done and have escalated the matter internally, i don't get any response apart from this. Waiting to reach every time on paytm customer care is 20mins...

                          They mentioned they cannot take the package back because it is delivered.. The product description doesn't mention that it will not be installed the page showed an assemble product this is like cheating customers and now they are not sending anyone for installation nor taking the product back.

                          When asked if the product turns out to be defective after 7 days if they don't turn up for installation for return policy they don't have an answer.. They are just sitting on it without any details. If i request to put info on email they are not even doing that telling all false promises on phone and harassing the customer

                            We bought mobile. Only one day mobile is corrupted. Company is telling go to service station. But dont want faulty product. Many complaints paytm is just answering but they are not ready to solve problem. Company have clear policy for replacement of product. If failed then they need to efund. They did more and more conversations but did not ready to replace. And finaly they passed all days of replacement offer

                                I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [protected].
                                And after it was sent i called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as i transferred amount from paytm wallet not from bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal.
                                Paytm need to respond and got t my money back.
                                I am disappointed as i got no reply yet. It's an issue to be dealt early.

                                    I have purchased adidas sports shoes from registerd id-[protected] and applied promo code worth 2000/- which could be applied only on flights and hotels. I didn't receive the promo code on due date and i redressed the problem to them and paytm stated they would resolve it in 48 to 72 hours and they didn't stayed by their commitment and gave me promo code after 7/8days, by then i had already booked the flights tickets and the promo code is of no use for me now. And when i requested them to provide me the cash back or refund the amount to my bank they are denying it.
                                    Also i have suffered by paying more for the air flights as i had to wait for their promo code till the last minute of air ticket booking and which i didn't receive it. If i would have received the code on the due date i could have saved 1000/- rs more.
                                    Through consumer complaints i want you to bring your attention the unfair practices they are applying to their customers and request you to help me get my 2000 cash back on a urgent basis

                                      Hello sir,

                                      I have made a payment of ₹500 to a wrong mobile number [protected] via paytm. I have tried to contact this person but she refused to send the money back. What is the procedure to get my money back?
                                      Is there any legal procedure or it is something like i cannot get my money back.
                                      If it is so then you people need to develop some procedure to get back the people's money in case of wrong transfer as there's procedure to get back your money of they get transferred to a wrong bank account.

                                        Paytm has deactivated my account & they have yet not transferred my wallet balance to my account.

                                        Since 22-may-2017 i am chasing them for my account status as i am not able to log to my account and money which is there in my wallet but they are not responding with the all the details which i have requested. I have already provided my bank account details with them but after that they are neither transferring my balance to my bank account nor updating me on this.
