I complaint against paytm for my amount of worth rupees 6015 /- was deducted from paytm wallet but my online ordered which was go air merchant flight booked on 8th june journey onward 9th june from delhi to leh on the name of mr jitendra singh jhala was cancelled but my amount is still not getting back.
So pls kindly pay attention to my request and solve this problem as soon as possible.

    Hi team,

    There were 2 unauthorized charges (Rs 3000 and rs 1000) from my paytm account.

    Kindly reverse back the charge. Its been almost a week and i haven't got any solution.
    I had contacted paytm many times and they just provide the information of the reciever but i am not able to reach to the receiver.

    Provide some solution.

      I make payment electricity bill but oder status showing 100% successful than after i m going to electricity office and asking show my bill statement officer said no payment, i am soaked i asking paytm but no response... Qury ref no 31448263

      And i trying to costumer care many time but he call disconnects without any response

      Totally no-responsible given paytm
      I book three pices in online the amount is paid to debit card.But they delivery only one piece. Amount is charged cut 3 pices. That one also returned they cannot refund my amount. I dail customer care they cannot receive the call.They cannot respond my problem.

            I ordered a ps4 slim 1 tb with watch dogs 2 from the seller zupitex on paytm
            I selected the cash back of rs 4000 and i didn't got any cash back. The seller policy was that he will give the cash back in 7 days and i still haven't got any cash back.
            And now they are not accepting any returns or refund. I need my cashback as soon as possible. If you can help i'll be glad.

              Hi my name is roja tatipalli

              I have purchased blackberry passport from paytm on may 22 2017 with order no: [protected].

              The product which i received was defective as it was over heating very frequently and raised a request and replacement and they did replacement for it. Then i got the replaced product which is worst than the first one. List of problems if i line up but for few if i access youtube it will play video in green color with no sound effects, and it's own inbuilt apps don't respond to be frank i haven't accessed them till now they just don't open and same over heating problem.

              I have tried follow up with cc of paytm but they are like who cares and finally asked me to get job sheet for the phone and i tried getting job sheet but there is no authorized service provider for blackberry so where do i get it from. If i had a chance to visit showroom why will i purchase it from paytm.

              The below is the clear pictured email which i wrote them.

              First... I think you haven't read the mail properly. Can you please put yourself in my shoe and think by my perspective. I haven't asked for the status. I was requesting the team to let the seller refund the product or replace the product with another phone of our choice and we are ready to bear the extra charges if they other phone is higher in cost.

              Second... I know that the product is non-refundable and why will i be requesting if the product performance is good. Instead of that i'm not asking you people to refund money i'm giving you an option of availing me to choose the other product instead of the same blackberry passport 32 and will pay the rest amount if it higher than what i already paid.

              Third... Thank you for all your efforts which are directed to the wrong perception. First try understand the customer need then act accordingly then your efforts will pay off. When we don't want that product why we will be needing tracking details of the shipment. For my shock i have recveived a text to my mobile that merchant has shipped the replacement item. Great thing about it is there is no confirmation from the payer that is me whether we need the replacement or not and when i have raised the request for refund.

              Fourth... I do understand that you are same like us and you're doing what you have been told to do so instead of apologies and sorries try to resolve the issue and i would be happy.

              Fifth... My question is clear what if the product which i have received works good till 10 days and start troubling after couple of weeks then what will be the situation. Do i need to think the moeny which i invested in purchasing a product from your portal got disappear or wrong choice of purchasing it from your portal.

              Request from deepest of my integrity:

              I need refund for the product or else avail me with an option to choose another product. If the seller won't agree with this even i'm ready to purchase another product from him itself.

              Kindly requesting the team to look in and do the needful.

              Thanking each and everyone who is working on resolving this issue with all there efforts. I request them to put them in right way so that the result out of it makes both o[censored]s happy.

              So this is out of my head now it is not the small amount to ignore.

                Subject: regarding recharge problem.
                On today, i have done a recharge of 99 rs in aircel service provider through paytm mobile recharge but recharge not successfully done. Its showing payment confirmation awaited regularly from 8 hrs on contact no [protected] and my order id is [protected]. I want to.
                I want to my money back in my bank account. I dont know there is a hanging problem or whatever.

                  Maine ek saman oder kiya paytm. Uske baad2 din se delivery ka msg aa raha hai ki out ofdelivery. Kl koi phn thak nhi aaya aaj ek phn aaya ki aap 5 baje thak ghar pe rahna maine kaha ohke. Jab mai phn kiya toh bola hum delivery nhi karenge aapko aa ke lena hoga nhi toh agar delivery karana hai toh 5-10 din rukna hoga. Aur rudly baat kiya.

                    My account was hacked and hackers debit rs. 2245/- from my account, yesterday some one hacked my google and facebook account, for the recovery of account demanded some amount, in hurry my daughter transferred money to his paytm account cell no [protected], after that this mobile is switched off no response.

                    They called from - [protected] - jio - cyber crime center (True caller id)

                    They changed this no in google & facebook :[protected] vodaphone

                    Money trf in paytm :- [protected] - airtel

                    Since morning i am trying calling to paytm but all available no in care are wrong.

                        I have tried to log into my account for the past week. I am not using my sim card and right now currently based in nepal, so using the wifi and internet to make transactions. Paytm was perfectly fine while i was in india, but since i'm here in nepal i can't seem to log in. Can you please help me. Some transactions and payment has been sent to my account and i can't seem to view it. Please resolve this issue with log in.

                          This complaint is in regard with order no [protected] made to paytym. i hae received an box full of black stones instead of hawkins futura hard anodized cooker 5 lts. paytym offers a a very bad customer care service, contanting them takes me no where near the customer exective. kindly register my complain agains the company.

                            I received my product on 9th jun 2017 but in your system not showing delivered. I sent mail to paytm care regarding the same but they are telling it is pending from courier partner. I talked with gati_international services it is showing delivered from there side. It is pending from your side, it is your responsibility to followup with them not mine.

                            This is 2nd time i am facing problem. I tried so many numbers out of which some are wrong numbers or they are giving some another numbers to call on this. Now i am fed up with you guys. So please either update the status as delivered or return my money back asap.

                            Do something and solve my problems. I am not happy with your services really a very bad services you are providing.
                            I have done data recharge but recharge not successful and the amount has been debited from my bank but recharge not got successful, i also try to cancel after 2 hr but cancel button is not working.

                                Bus got punctured and driver left us in the midway of journey.He told us that go by your own vehicle from there. I waited for 6 hours, then also the breakdown was not corrected. I payed 600 rs from there to came pune by other vehicle. Please take necessary action against them and refund the ticket money.and in this we phase various types of problem and we did not reach to our place at right time.
                                In the journey I booked a seat of vijynt travel indorewith the help of paytm website. But bus punctured and Driver left us mideway of journey and told us go through your own vehicle.
                                When I called at vijynt travel indore they told Me contect to paytm webite company but paytm company not have aku option for Complaint and it 's Customer Care no.is wrong when I called that's why I want to do action on both The paytm and vijynt travel indore

                                  Me paytm kahi salo se use karta hoon. Maine kai bar paytm se mobile recharge kiya hai. Aaj tak maine 3 se 4 bar recharge kiya mere bank account se balance kam ho chuka hai halaki mera recharge nahi ho chuka. Maine paytm se complaint karne ki bahut bar koshish ki lekin contact nahi ho paya.

                                  Aur 2-3 chhote mote recharge kiye the mere bank account se paise to debit ho chuke hai lekin recharge nahi mila.

                                  Sir i have been booked a reilway ticket through IRCTC via paytm desk.. ticket did not confirm so i cancelled the above ticket . irctc refund the amount to paytm but so far not credited in my bank account refund id.[protected]
                                  I have initiated a transaction where I was transferring money from wallet to bank account, there Paytm shows transaction failed but money has been deducted from wallet.
                                  My acount is unnecessary blocked .1.5 months before iam
                                  complaint costumer care. but not take any action iam not satisfied paytm...

                                    Mobile number recharge was done of rs. 220, on 11/06/2017 and paytm has updated status as awaited for the bank to respond.

                                    Now its been more than 18 hours and status is not been updated. Bank has deducted the same at the time of recharge itself.

                                    Is this type of service is expected from paytm?
                                    If paytm is lack of money then please ask for it. Don't cheat the customers.

                                      This is on behalf of paytm wallet of my spouse running on vodafone number [protected]. We have recharged the jio sim number [protected] before the jio prime membership was closed. It was recharged on 29-march-2017 for rs 402 inclusive of rs 99 for prime membership and rs 303 for having the benefits for another 3 months. But in the next month (April) we got the message from jio that your services are stopped because of non-payment of amount of jio prime membership and other benefits. For this we contacted you on 21-april-2017 and so many times afterwards. Recent call was in early may and paytm representative said amount will be refunded in 2 days. According to your information we have contacted jio and logged an service request. It is clearly says that "benefit not credited". Hence i am attaching 2 snapshots one for jio service request and another for the paytm transaction id that was deducted. They answered amount is cleared from our side and asked to contact billdesk. I contacted billdesk they said amount is cleared and asked me to contact jio. I contated jio they said it was not credited to their account. I am stuck between.
                                      21st may booked movie ticket by paytm wallet. But transaction failed. Still refund not received.

                                        On may 30, 2017 have book a bus (Bsr travels from hyderabad to khammam) in paytm (Journey on june 1st). On the journey day i have called the operator (Phone number was sent by paytm through message), then i have shocked to listen that bus service was cancelled and contact paytm for futher details. I immecdiately called paytm and an agent have atended my call and confirmed that bus was cancelled and he asked me to book other bus and this bus money would be refunded. Then imeediately i have booked other bus of cost 759/- (Booked in tsrtc). Then i went to mgbs to get into tsrtc bus.

                                        Then (At 10:30pm) i got a call from bsr travles bus driver that he is waiting near my boarding point. I was totally surprised to hear this and questionedhim that they told bus was cancelled and what is this now? He told that some one gave u wrong information bus haven't cancelled. Then immediately i rushed to other bus point where the bsr travels bus will be going through and caught the bus and travelled in it.

                                        So the thing is i immediately raised a complaint that i need the refund amount of the bus tickets which i have booked again (Through tsrtc) beacuase of the mistake done by paytm and paytmagent (Paytm provided me wrong number and paytm agent gave me wrong information). Complaint was raised more than 12 days back and called them regarding this issue more than 5 times and mailed them 10+ times, but none solved my issue and i haven't got my money back.
