I received my product on 9th jun 2017 but in your system not showing delivered. I sent mail to paytm care regarding the same but they are telling it is pending from courier partner. I talked with gati_international services it is showing delivered from there side. It is pending from your side, it is your responsibility to followup with them not mine.

This is 2nd time i am facing problem....

On may 02 13:07 i have sent rs.1000 to an unknown number through paytm which afterwards the owner of that number hadn't lift the call

Bus got punctured and driver left us in the midway of journey.He told us that go by your own vehicle from there. I waited for 6 hours, then also the breakdown was not corrected. I payed 600 rs from there to came pune by other vehicle. Please take necessary action against them and refund the ticket money.and in this we phase various types of problem and we did not reach to our place at right time.

Me paytm kahi salo se use karta hoon. Maine kai bar paytm se mobile recharge kiya hai. Aaj tak maine 3 se 4 bar recharge kiya mere bank account se balance kam ho chuka hai halaki mera recharge nahi ho chuka. Maine paytm se complaint karne ki bahut bar koshish ki lekin contact nahi ho paya.

Mobile number recharge was done of rs. 220, on 11/06/2017 and paytm has updated status as awaited for the bank to respond.

Now its been more than 18 hours and status is not been updated. Bank has deducted the same at the time of recharge itself.

Is this type of service is expected from paytm?
If paytm is lack of money then please ask for it. Don't cheat the customers....

This is on behalf of paytm wallet of my spouse running on vodafone number [protected]. We have recharged the jio sim number [protected] before the jio prime membership was closed. It was recharged on 29-march-2017 for rs 402 inclusive of rs 99 for prime membership and rs 303 for having the benefits for another 3 months. But in the next month (April) we got the message from jio that your services are stopped because of non-payment of amount...

On may 30, 2017 have book a bus (Bsr travels from hyderabad to khammam) in paytm (Journey on june 1st). On the journey day i have called the operator (Phone number was sent by paytm through message), then i have shocked to listen that bus service was cancelled and contact paytm for futher details. On dated 10/06/2017 i had booked the car for outing thru just dial. For the same i have made the total payment of rs 3000 thru paytm on mob no [protected]. Car driver was suppose to send the card after payment confirmation. But he did not send any car. Now he is not going to picking his mobile on which i had booked the car. I did the recharge to my airtel no on 10.06.2017 for 100/- for the first time due to server error displayed is in queue and again i did another recharge for 200/- and again the same message is displayed. But the amount was debited from my Paytm wallet but i didnt receive any recharge..Please find out my query at the earliest....

I pay 100 rupees to recharge my metro card but I didn't get that recharge...resolve my issue otherwise I will file a case against you guys... I made 3 transactions of the same amount on 17th december 2016, that is of rs 4500 each. 2 of them were refunded and 1 of them is still pending ever since. I talked to icici bank too and i was told that its pending from paytm's end.

I have booked a ticket using my irctc account on dated 5/6/17 and the money was refunded by irctc to my paytmag on date 7/6/17

I hve booked a bus ticket from kolkata-paradeep in a/c sleeper in shivanada bus services through paytm, but i got a call from shivanada that i have to go by das bus vide no. Odo5q4250. Then i went to das bus at babughat and got my seat. After this i found it's a/c was not working the vehicle was having a lot many technical problem. I want inform yesterday airtel postpaid bill pay rupee 134 massage reciev pending but try again rupee 634 massage again recieve pending after 30 minutes reflect sucsses. My customer go without payment. My loss 738 rupee reason late process paytm. I request pleas refund my amount i. If not refund money i will complain consumer court....

This happend on june 8. I transferred rs.510 to my friends wallet, it it has not yet been credited till now. My friend's paytm account is verified. I have complained about this 5 times still no response from paytm's side. Really disappointed on how their customers are treated. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible....

I m facing a problem of not getting a refund of amount.

I had done recharge through paytm on my reliance no. On 10/6/2017 which till now i have not received. Amount is deducted from my bank account and till now i didn't received the balance.
I informed paytm many times but they are not bothered for the same.
For them there is no value for money of customers.
Immediately provide my recharge, or refund my amount....

I used the paytm mode of transaction in railway reservation. The current status points that money has been released by railways and recieved by paytm. But paytm has not refunded the amount yet to my bank. I used my debit card for transaction.

6th of june i want to pay shopkeeper with paytm from my account which i have in hdc bank. But at the time of payment transaction had failed but amount is debited from my account. But still amount is not add in paytm nor add in my hdfc account....
