I booked a ticket on irctc. Unfortunately the booking wasnt successful but the money was deducted from my bank account. According to irctc, they refunded the payment to the paytm gateway which i opted for payment as my bank's debit card option wasnt available for direct payment so i opted for gateway. So i didnt receive any refund from paytm gateway. I tried their customer care but it is very sad to say none works properly and my issue wasnt resolved. No one could expect this from paytm. I want my refund back. My transaction id is [protected]

Hey i added 500rs to paytm wallet in uber but the money is not added to wallet in uber as well as paytm wallet then what happen to money. And because of this when i am booking my ride it shows unable to book because of minimum balance how can it be possible whether i added 500rs to the wallet. Please rectify the issue and make it possible as soon as possible

I use paytm transaction get way for booking go air ticket on 23rd may 2017. But the transaction failed. Ticket booking amount got deducted from my axis bank account. Informed the matter to paytm executives by mail but still date deducted money not refunded. Paytm query no 30323963 & case no - u4gqbp given for reference.
Plz do needful.

Its showing recharge sucessfull but the recharge message is not received and the money is deducted from my wallet but the recharge money didnt went to the mobile number...

I recharge rs 30 for a prepaid mobile number in paytm account shows that it was successfull but the recharged message no yet received it means recharge is not done to that mobile number..

To day someone withdrawn Rs.19, 999/-from my SB account . Pl. do not pay against this amount, as this amount has been withdrawn by fraud.Some one called me to link my aadhar number with ATM and got my ATM number and OTP. When I checked my account Rs. 19, 999/- was withdrawn from my account. Pl. help.

I've seen from SBI debit card *****5547, Rs 3030 has been deducted from 17.3.17 to 26.4.17, 7times through Google supercall & paytm mobile solution. But, I've checked, my order list and paytm passbook, these deductions are not showing, but deducted from my account. Please refund my money as early as possible.

And they have left us at ahmedabad and gave us 30 rs. This is not it.

I had purchased one product from paytm on[protected] of which order ID is [protected] which was delivered by their courier partner safeexpress ( waybill No.[protected] which was received at destination place(Raipur) on[protected]. The above mentioned order has been cancelled without my consent and after paytm is also not replying my query. When I talked with customer care of Paytm they are telling that courier partner had cancelled their order on the other hand their courier partner are telling that seller had cancelled it. I had also lodged a complaaint but it had not been resolved yet and courier partner are ready to deliver the product if they get a permission for delivery. I request you to look into the matter and take the necessary action.

Hello, i was place the order from the paytm worth of 11600 inr on the 4th may 2017 and my order no is [protected]. Today is 9th june till i did not get the complete product from there side. I am register complaint related to this services and not get product but one give me proper response. There are so many persons of them few are rahul gupta, rahul singh, avinash superwiser and more employee.
When ever i call they are say me that you will get resolution in 24 to 48 hours, till not get proper resolution 1 month and 5 day completed.

I hope i will get proper response from here against paytm

I am writing below the Worst experience ever, I was in need of cooler and Paytm played with me by Manipulating every day and delaying in Pick up the wrong product. I am Attaching the below email in which I am Following up with paytm and also attaching the Products which I received and Product which I ordered.

Please don't play with Customer by Demanding these things again and again. Take out that worst product which you delivered and refund my Money ASAP. Paytm going down day by day.

First you guyz make mistakes by delivering wrong Products and then demands these things without any hesitations. Its your Fault and not only fault its just a crime. I ordered "Forstair Model" and you guyz delivered "Blizzard 20dlx". However as requested I am attaching the barcode number and Model Number. Last but not the least I am telling you that Please pick up that Products from my home and return my Money. i will Never order anything from Paytm Now. If there will be 1 more day delay in pick Up I will raise this case to Consumer forum and take some very Strict action on Paytm.

I purchase nikon camera
When i open the parcel. I see old and defective camera.
Immediately lodged a complaint with paytm on the same day
Date of order: 6th may (2017)
Parcel got delivered in 3 days.
I immediately lodged a complaint with paytm.
They asked me to send the photos of outer cover, photos of inner cover and old camera received.
I immediately send them multiple photos of all the covers, carton and old camera.
Then i was asked to wait for 2-3 days, they will contact seller.
But, when i do not receive any response. I contacted them and now after 5 days fraud game discovered.

I also got email saying "return accepted"
Saying this (We would like to inform you that currently we are unable to schedule a reverse pick up from your location.

We would request you to courier it back to the merchant at the address as mentioned on the shipment.

And within another 30 minutes time i got email saying.
Return canceled.

Now this time they changed their words.
Now fraud paytm asking me to sign a "empty box received undertaking form"
I immediately contacted them and it also cost me hundreds of rupees on call charges. Calling on their paid number.
I asked them, how can you change word and ask me to sign wrong form.

After this they are repeatedly sending same emails, copy and paste... That it.
They are even saying me, even though you have received wrong camera, you need to fill up this form. Else we do not anything.
This fraud paytm even giving all false information. Not calling and sending this email.

(I tried calling you several times on your registered mobile number but unfortunately same was not reachable.

I do apologize for the inconvenienced caused to you, and raising this to the notice of relevant local investigation authorities, as required, request you to duly fill the handwritten undertaking with the sign and send it back to us for the further investigation.

Kindly share few images of barcode/serial number mentioned upon paytm polybag and a clear image of the weight of the shipment along with the inner and outer packaging by placing the shipment upon the digital weighing scale.)

Repeatedly asking same. When i have already sent multiple photos of all packing on first day itself.
I even warn them i will complaint to consumer department.
They says you can do anything.
I even inform i will inform this to yogi government. They are saying, even yogi cannot do anything.

Fraud paytm even sending alternate emails saying we have resolved the issue.
I have contacted them 40 times in the 2 months.
But, they are doing fraud on the day light.
Still they think state government at up cannot do anything for them.
They even neglect the consumer department.

I have also complaint to level 2. Few times got call and asking to fill same form.
I have even complaint to level 3 same response.

Also i got call from courier team supervisor and they asked me if parcel is broken. I said parcel is not broken.
But, still paytm forcing customers to fill wrong form.
I have also investigated on this and find many customers facing same issue.
Even after customers filling the form (Wrong form) as per paytm forcing them. They are just not resolving case since months.

And finally they close your complaint without any result.

So, you can purchase from amazon, you can purchase from flipkart
You can even purchase from any small website. You can purchase from ebay. You can purchase from rediff
But, never purchase anything from paytm

Don't go with big. This is completely fraud company.
They do not have even toll free number as you can find even on small shopping sites or big shopping sites. Where we do not get call charges.
They simply placed this std paid number =[protected]

And when you call on this number totally brainless staff do not have any kind of knowledge, simply put you on hold for long time and if they do not have any answer they even disconnect you.

Never purchase anything from paytm
You might have done many recharges or done payment.
But, shopping do not do.

Even if you have good experience, one day you can be cheated.
A customer actively contacted their seniors and everyone from day one but, fraud paytm not refunding my money.

I am not alone, you can check lot and lot of customers having same kind of issue.
If you have already purchased and have good experience still not dot purchase.
They only have option to contact through [protected]@paytm.com which they will reply after 2-3 days.
When calling on paid number, you just go mad. You lost your money on std calls.

Paytm is doing fraud and still after complaints daringly saying, you do anything, we cannot refund you.

So why to take risk of shopping on paytm.

I had a case id 30209936 opened from 24 may. Paytm has confirmed me with a false status that they have successfully transferred my money rs 9304 to my bank account on 4 june 2017. But when i am checking with bank, bank is telling there is no such transfer initiated from paytm.

I have tried calling paytm customer care. They take long time to respond. Also there is no proper answer when i am asking for the proof of transfer / transaction reference / neft number.

I have sent n number of emails to [protected]@paytm.com but no answer. Very bad.

It feels like totally carelessness and fraud.

Can any one suggest where to file one fir against paytm? If my money is not received soon, i am going to log one fir.

I am not getting any reset password link neither in an email nor in the phone. I have been calling for 4-5 days and yet my issue has not been fixed. They put on hold for 10 mins and just say that we are working on your case. Whenever i am trying to reset the password i am. Not getting any messages in email or. Phone number. When i am describing the same situation to the representative they are not talking it seriously and just giving me answer that your case has been escalated. I am really fed up as i have been calling from past few days and none of the agent is taking responsibility to fix my issue

I am not your customer. Sir kindly refuse the transaction that is made through my sbi credit card no. #3763 for rs. 17000 on 8.6.17 time 4. Pm (7 transaction). This transaction not done by me.

I informed to sbi card persons they ard blocked my card. Kindly cancel this transaction and please refuse to take amount.

Some one called from mobile no. +91-[protected] and told me that he is called from sbi credit card head office. He said that he will deposite my reward points amount and asked my card no, cvv no, otp no. After telling the numbers i realised that it is fraud.

I purchased a laptop from paytm that was delivered on 22nd at bikaner, rajasthan, after that i request to change the name in billing address by refuse my request after that laptop has been dead with 7 to 8 days, then i try to raise a request to return this unit but replace/return button not working, after that i call to customer care to complain the same they suggest me to go to service center & share the service report, same done as guided by still no response from & i am suffering day by day & lost my all work.

Kindly support here to return this unit & get the refund.

Sir we booked a movie tkt of order no. #[protected]. We booked it under the impression that it was a movie tkt but it turned out to be a movie review tkt. While booking, no where it was mentioned about movie review but on complaining they updated the website now. But we were #fooled while booking it earlier and thought it was the actual movie tkt. Now we felt #cheated and do not wish to spend 500 bucks on just a movie review. Plz resolve this for us else from now on we will loose our faith from paytm.
