I am writing below the Worst experience ever, I was in need of cooler and Paytm played with me by Manipulating every day and delaying in Pick up the wrong product. I am Attaching the below email in which I am Following up with paytm and also attaching the Products which I received and Product which I ordered.

Please don't play with Customer by Demanding these things again and again. Take out that worst...

I had a case id 30209936 opened from 24 may. Paytm has confirmed me with a false status that they have successfully transferred my money rs 9304 to my bank account on 4 june 2017. But when i am checking with bank, bank is telling there is no such transfer initiated from paytm.

I have tried calling paytm customer care. They take long time to respond. Also there is no proper answer when i am asking for the proof of transfer /...

I am not getting any reset password link neither in an email nor in the phone. I have been calling for 4-5 days and yet my issue has not been fixed. They put on hold for 10 mins and just say that we are working on your case. Whenever i am trying to reset the password i am. Not getting any messages in email or. Phone number. I purchased a laptop from paytm that was delivered on 22nd at bikaner, rajasthan, after that i request to change the name in billing address by refuse my request after that laptop has been dead with 7 to 8 days, then i try to raise a request to return this unit but replace/return button not working, after that i call to customer care to complain the same they suggest me to go to service center & share the service...

I received a mail from paytm on 31 march 2017 vide subject "25337543 your query with paytm care" related to you have been shortlisted for bumper prize of loyalty scheme of rs. 42000. For processing the same, following are documents required:
One photograph, pan card, photo id proof (Voter id/passport/license), address proof (Aadhar/voter/passport/license). Validity for submitted the documents were 30 days....

I have booked a ticket from irctc on 6th june 2017, through axis bank. But the transaction got failed. Kindly let me know when i will be getting the amount back. I can't update my paytm account with my net banking facility bcz my online banking with SBI, which is doesn't exist in your bank list.
Whenever I need to paytm balance than everytime I request to my friends for transfer balance in my paytm account.

I face this problem from a time.
Please resolve my this problem.

I have used the Paytm wallet to book an IRCTC ticket. The money got deducted but havent got the ticket. My transaction status in IRCTC says the amount has been refunded to paytm wallet but it didnt. IRCTC transaction id is: [protected] and the Paytm Transaction id is : [protected]...

2 days ago i recharged my metro card with paytm but it failed but on paytm dashboard it showing successful. I checked it 100 times on metro station but i didn't get any top up. So please do something as soon as possible. Service is pathetic this is my first attempt with paytm but i'm disappointed...

I have done a digital gold purchase and selling. During my selling. They credited only rs 1 to my bank account and remaining 48k is pending for past 3 days.
