Had ordered a dress from paytm, the dress dint fit me and tried placing return request for the same. Paytm not accepting the return request.

I have got 2900 transfer in my paytm account, from last five days unable to transer that amount any where, neither in my account nor I can purchase any thing, no customer complaint number is reachable, you cant call from your register mobile phone, all possible try has been done but no response, its a fraud, can I get my money back .

    Sir,
    On 3/march/2017 i had done a recharge through paytm of rs355 but the recharge was failed and the money deducted fro my pnb bank debit card and had appeared in paytm account after that i had transfered my amount to my bank and sir, the amount had not come in my account i had mailed paytm about these issue and they had said that amount had been already refunded in bank account... But the amount had still not arrived in my account... Please that a action against it

      Dear sir,
      I was done one transaction through paytm software on dated - 01.05.2017 but my account was debit instantly and the beneficiary was not received till now and the refund was not credited in my account. I am also sending the mail to paytm customer care center but they replied me the payment was not done by our software. I am also sending you the screen shot of payment.

      Kindly resolve the matter at the earliest.

        1. On 6th june 2017 at 10:39 pm i have tried to add rs 5000 from my icici credit card to paytm wallet.
        2. I have received a message that the money is debited from my account.
        3. But i can see that its not credited into my paytm wallet. And the status is : transaction failed.
        4. I have tried calling to paytm customer care help line number, was able to go to the "speak to customer care executive" option in the 3rd attempt of the call and waited more than 15 minutes in vain with no response.
        5. Customer care help line number of paytm is crap and its taking more than 5 minutes just to get to the option of speaking to a customer care executive.
        7. And i have to wait more than 10 minutes to get some one actually speaking to me, this is worst possible customer service i have seen.

        I would like to know why paytm couldn't process the transaction when icici was clearly showing the transaction is successful at their end.

        I would like to understand why paytm customer care people couldn't even answer my call and kept me waiting for more than 15 minutes - screen shot attached. And to inform i lost my patience after 15 minutes and disconnected the call. - so my call literally went unanswered.

              On the day of 20th april 2017, I have added 220 rupees in my paytm account. But that amount was not added to my paytm wallet. I have contacted 3 times to paytm by email. I got 1st reply saying that wait for 15 days and then your money refunded to your bank account. I waited for 15 days but still money haven't refunded. Then i again mailed to paytm then i got mail saying that wait for 7 working days. Again i waited for 7 days. Till the date 6th june 2017, 220 rupees haven't added in my bank account.

                This is regarding order no #039bd22b.

                The order was not placed and the payment got declined from the merchant but the amount of 200 was deducted from my wallet but till now i am waiting for any refund or anything to hear from paytm
                I have already written them thrice but not a single revert i ahve received from them.
                I have been facing issues with paytm every now and then as while placing the order they display some other information once the product is received it dispalys other details related to cashback

                        Beware of paytm. They money launder our money holding it for days before having it depositing in the bank. It always happens to me and many more paytm users.
                        This is seond time it has happened to me i tried to transfer money to my bank account and it says pending.
                        And when you try to call customer service... Hell you cannot reach anyone and after holding for 30 mins.. The calls gets disconnected.

                        I think indian governement should first emphasis on customer service on such banking institutions.

                          I made first deposit to ace2three.com from paytm wallet, according to the promotion details i should get cashback, i made this transaction on 18th may and today is 6th june till now i didn't receive my cashback. I complaint to paytm customer care many times but there is no resolution from their side. I send number of mails but no proper response from them. When i given a complaint 3 agents called me from paytm and they assured i'll get resolution within 24-48 hours, now almost a week passed but no response, no call, no mail.

                          So my request is go through the issue.

                          Had ordered fossil watch from paytm, was supposed to receive a promocode for a cashback of Rs-2300 on electricity bill payment as per the offer but have not received any such promocode.Have also registered a complain with the team ticket number for the same is 30676396 but no action has been taken on the same.

                            On april 27 th i got a call that he is calling from credit card and he said for points redemption otp needed so i was in another tension i have said the otp and the transactions had done after view minutes i have noticed it is fake call, i have complained to customer service and blocked the card. After transaction i got mail that it had went to paytm app. So please trace out this transaction. I am attaching the transaction. Please do a favour from this problem.

                              The worst customer care service i ever found. The pathetic service. It is very risky to buy something. Because if you try to contact customer care, you will feel helpless as you will not be able to connect. It took more than 45 minutes to connect with a customer care representative. He listened my problem and transferred to another department. Again i was on hold for more than 20 minutes. When i connected to another customer care representative he again asked to explain from the beginning. When i explained the cashback issue he said "sir mai aapko nahi sunn paa raha." and he put me again on hold. I checked my network and it was absolutely fine.

                                With reference to my recent order no #[protected]

                                Pfb the complaints.

                                1. They have mentioned the bus will be of sri krishna travels but it was not that.
                                2. Not a single charger point was working.
                                3. Fan was not working.
                                4. Bus came two hours late at pickup location.
                                5. Bus didn't had a permit to enter in destination city.
                                6. Bus reached at destination 5 hrs late.

                                Worst experience ever.

                                  I have ordered mobile online through #paytm before 10 days and i have placed return for that same day due to damage item but till now i am getting same that we are talking with vendor waht the * company takes more then 10 days to talk with vendor i have send all the photos and video of damage product but they are not even responding. I am calling #paytm twice in a day from last 10 days.

We will also take measures to avoid such instances in futureas per the system, there are multiple requests generated from your end for the same issue on the same order number.

                                  Yes i have initiated multiple request and i want you to continue with all my requests. As i am really frustrated with service this time.

                                  I am not getting why it is taking more then 10 days to return one product. This is happening first time in my life that it takes so much time to return product. I have ordered so many times mobile on different website but paytm experience is really terrible.

                                  All the time i am getting mail which have written it will take 24 to 48 hours to return but its already more then 300 hours. Please make it possible to pick the product with in 24 hours from now.

                                  All the time i am getting the same we r closing your request due to multiple request. But no boddy is resolving my first request.

                                  Pathetic worst experience and no curtesy for the customer, its take 10 days to talk with vendors for the returning product what rubbish. You are making customer foolish.

                                  Talk me with your higher authorities you all are nonsense people for me who can not understand my problem. Is there anyone in your company who can understand customers request.

                                  Shutdown your company if you dont know how to deal with customers.

                                  I must say flipkart snapdeal amazon are far far far better the you guys #paytm.

                                    On 04/03/2017 at 7:00pm i was adding rs5000 to paytm account no. [protected] (Order id's are [protected], [protected]) from debit card, the money was deducted from bank but paytm showed me error. Till now the money didn't reflected to my bank. I have raised my complaints to paytm many times but they closed the complaint without my consent. Bank said the money is with paytm and paytm said it is reflected to bank. I request paytm to provide me full transaction detail of order id's [protected], [protected] pls provide the failure transaction so that i may contact bank for the refund

                                    *i repeat pls provide failure transaction of rs 5000 on 04/03/2017. Because whenever i say paytm to provide me detail they send me all successful transaction details and it misses the failure one so don't send without seeing. Atleast confirm the details before sending me something. It should be relevant atleast

                                      Can you please help me cancel an order i placed with paytm for a 2 wheeler? The delivery date is on 29th july which is 2 months away. I waited for a week when i tried reaching paytm for more than 2 or 3 times and they just copy paste the same email response each time. The customer care is pathetic as well as they say as per company policy they can't cancel this order. The dealers reached me today and i said i cant wait so long (More than 2 months) for the delivery and they were ready to cancel the product at a cancellation charge which is alright for me, but paytm does not allow me to do it. This is ridiculous considering the purchase is not a small one and i have spent 5500 to patym for no reason.
