I have ordered mobile online through #paytm before 10 days and i have placed return for that same day due to damage item but till now i am getting same that we are talking with vendor waht the * company takes more then 10 days to talk with vendor i have send all the photos and video of damage product but they are not even responding. I am calling #paytm twice in a day from last 10 days.

[protected] this is my order id which i have ordered from my another email id which is [protected]@gmail.com and i have already send all the detail before 10 days and i am continuously following up with paytm but they are not giving any response to me.
And 30522955 this is my reference number.
Please give some proper responce.
I have send all the detail to "vikas" who was talking with me about this issue. I want some higher authorities of paytm must be in cc for my problem.

Yes i have initiated multiple request and i want you to continue with all my requests. As i am really frustrated with service this time.
I am not getting why it is taking more then 10 days to return one product. This is happening first time in my life that it takes so much time to return product. I have ordered so many times mobile on different website but paytm experience is really terrible.
All the time i am getting mail which have written it will take 24 to 48 hours to return but its already more then 300 hours. Please make it possible to pick the product with in 24 hours from now.

This time i am really frustrated with the paytm service. I am providing this detail for the 4th time i guess, but no issue with that the only problem is today its almost 10 days of my return request and i m not getting any update with my problem.

All the time i am getting the same we r closing your request due to multiple request. But no boddy is resolving my first request.
Pathetic worst experience and no curtesy for the customer, its take 10 days to talk with vendors for the returning product what rubbish. You are making customer foolish.
Talk me with your higher authorities you all are nonsense people for me who can not understand my problem. Is there anyone in your company who can understand customers request.
Shutdown your company if you dont know how to deal with customers.
I must say flipkart snapdeal amazon are far far far better the you guys #paytm.
