Product bought from paytm received local & not working.
I want to return the product & want cash back. Memory card is faulty showing 32gb but not working, data is not transferring from one source to another.
I have complaint many times but there is not any response.

I used paytm mobile app to add money to my wallet from hdfc credit card. The transaction got failed. But after receiving the credit card statement, i see amount got deducted and the description shows "paytm app noida".

Ordered a mobile n received empty box of 9000/- on 4 apr 17.

Various complaint r submitted till now 6 june 17.

Good thing for customer dealing.

In my latest hdfc credit catd syatement dated 6th june 2017, i found 4 transactions amounting to rs.10000.00 in the name of paytm mobile solutions on 28th may for rs.2000, on 3rd june for rs 2000, on 3rd june for rs.3000, again on 3rd june for rs 3000 and 2 transations amounting to rs.3000 in the name of paytm app noida - on 28th may for rs. 2000 and again on 28th may for rs. 1000total amont rs. 13000, which i have not done st all. My colleague has transferred me 3000 and 5000 rupees on my number which was not registered in paytm... I have changed my no. So that i can get my payment but still on my changed number that is [protected] the wallet amount is still 0.00

I have made a purchase on 16/10/2016 for 2 items with cashback of amount 279 and 139 resp. I have returned 1 item for which i have received refund excluding cashback amount to my wallet.
I cant see any cashback received in my wallet transaction but credit of refund was there.

1. On 6th june 2017 at 04:39 pm i have tried to add rs 400 from my sbi debit card to paytm wallet.
2. I have received a message that the money is debited from my account.
3. But i can see that its not credited into my paytm wallet. And the status is : transaction is waiting for four hrs.

On may 22, order [protected] and [protected] placed through paytm, where both the orders got failed. But for one of the order, money (Inr 4010) got deducted from my account. Its not refunded yet.
I raised 2 tickets for verification, where i got a reply i shall reach to bank and confirm. As confirmed from them, they said the transaction have been successful. Ask paytm. Its been more than 15 days, money is not refunded.

I have booked rail ticket through irctc rail connect app the payment was done using paytm gateway but not paytm account amount got deducted but ticket not booked and it is mentioned on the irctc receipt that money is settled to paytm but no money is credited in my bank account

On 3/march/2017 i had done a recharge through paytm of rs355 but the recharge was failed and the money deducted fro my pnb bank debit card and had appeared in paytm account after that i had transfered my amount to my bank and sir, the amount had not come in my account i had mailed paytm about these issue and they had said that amount had been already refunded in bank account... But the amount had still not arrived in my account......

I was done one transaction through paytm software on dated - 01.05.2017 but my account was debit instantly and the beneficiary was not received till now and the refund was not credited in my account. I am also sending the mail to paytm customer care center but they replied me the payment was not done by our software. I am also sending you the screen shot of payment.

On the day of 20th april 2017, I have added 220 rupees in my paytm account. But that amount was not added to my paytm wallet. I have contacted 3 times to paytm by email. I got 1st reply saying that wait for 15 days and then your money refunded to your bank account. I waited for 15 days but still money haven't refunded. Then i again mailed to paytm then i got mail saying that wait for 7 working days. Again i waited for 7 days. Till the date...

The order was not placed and the payment got declined from the merchant but the amount of 200 was deducted from my wallet but till now i am waiting for any refund or anything to hear from paytm
