Sir we booked a movie tkt of order no. #[protected]. We booked it under the impression that it was a movie tkt but it turned out to be a movie review tkt. While booking, no where it was mentioned about movie review but on complaining they updated the website now. But we were #fooled while booking it earlier and thought it was the actual movie tkt. Now we felt #cheated and do not wish to spend 500 bucks on just a movie review. Plz resolve this for us else from now on we will loose our faith from paytm.

    Dear team,

    I received a mail from paytm on 31 march 2017 vide subject "25337543 your query with paytm care" related to you have been shortlisted for bumper prize of loyalty scheme of rs. 42000. For processing the same, following are documents required:
    One photograph, pan card, photo id proof (Voter id/passport/license), address proof (Aadhar/voter/passport/license). Validity for submitted the documents were 30 days. I submit the same on 27 april 2017. Later on, i am asking for the update status of my cashback amount but there is no positive reply from company side.

    Request you to please resolve my query.

      I have booked a ticket from irctc on 6th june 2017, through axis bank. But the transaction got failed. Kindly let me know when i will be getting the amount back. Never before happened like this while booking a ticket through irctc. This is the first time due to paytm mobile solutions. Kindly resolve this as soon as possible. If i dont receive my amount back i will be taking this issue to the consumer court. This is highly ridiculous on the part of paytm. Once the payment is failed doesn't the company take the responsibility of repaying the amount back to the customer.

        I can't update my paytm account with my net banking facility bcz my online banking with SBI, which is doesn't exist in your bank list.
        Whenever I need to paytm balance than everytime I request to my friends for transfer balance in my paytm account.

        I face this problem from a time.
        Please resolve my this problem.

          I have used the Paytm wallet to book an IRCTC ticket. The money got deducted but havent got the ticket. My transaction status in IRCTC says the amount has been refunded to paytm wallet but it didnt. IRCTC transaction id is: [protected] and the Paytm Transaction id is : [protected]

            2 days ago i recharged my metro card with paytm but it failed but on paytm dashboard it showing successful. I checked it 100 times on metro station but i didn't get any top up. So please do something as soon as possible. Service is pathetic this is my first attempt with paytm but i'm disappointed...

              I have done a digital gold purchase and selling. During my selling. They credited only rs 1 to my bank account and remaining 48k is pending for past 3 days.

              Tried contacting customer care. But none of their service executive is picking up. Raised complaint in app but no response.

              Please take action.. And resolve this delay. I wasted my money trusting paytm.

              But they cheated me. Blocking my thousands
              Hi, My Name is Manikandan, from chennai and i am not using paytm but still my account was debited with 11000 on 9th May2017 from a paytm account, kindly check on this and help me to help me with a solution by refunding the amount back to my account at the earliest. awaiting quick response.
              I have recharged my mobile from paytm my account balance is deducted but mobile not recharged yet this is very embarrassing .
              i am recharging my phone in urgent situation.

                I want to complaining against paytm sevices bcz its too bad... Today i transferred some amount to paytm from bank.. Aftr some time of transffer there are some login issue nd they temporary blocked my account.. I need my money back bcz it was near about 5000 how can they block my account.. I calld paytm customer care they said with in 2 days they send me email nd call back then may be my account will be recover but if i need my money ryt nw thn what should i do.. Who is responsible for creating problems for me. I thought paytm is a good app nd also services will be good but i was wrong its was wrost... Plz i req u do something as soon as possible bcz i really need my money back..
                I purchased a pair of shoes and applied promocode 'FUT1750' by which I should​ get 1750 cashback on my next electricity bill payment. Since my return period have also expired, paytm is not sending me the promocode.
                Moreover they are also not replying to me anymore

                  My friend sent me 1000 paytm cash (Id [protected]) to my number [protected] before i created paytm account on this number.. It went to someone who is using same number.. That money is not refunded to me nor my friend who sent me paytm cash.. I have gone through all my orders received i did not receive from my friend.. When my friend contacted ur helpdesk they said it went to other person and it will be refunded and when i contacted your help desk they said you used money.. I was shocked!!. I didn't even receive money..

                    Fraud transaction
                    Sir,
                    I am not your customer. Sir kindly refuse the transaction that is made through my sbi credit card no. #1433 for rs. 8000 on 7.6.17 time 4.27p. M (1 transaction). This transaction not done by me.

                    Some one called from mobile no.[protected] and told me that he is called from sbi credit card head office. He said that he will deposite my reward points amount and asked my card no, cvv no, otp no. After telling the numbers i realised that it is fraud.

                    I informed to sbi card persons they ard blocked my card. Kindly cancel this transaction and please refuse to take amount.

                        Paytm team,

                        I used paytm mobile app to add money to my wallet from hdfc credit card. The transaction got failed. But after receiving the credit card statement, i see amount got deducted and the description shows "paytm app noida".
                        I have made call to customer care, who asked to drop an email to [protected]@paytm.com. After writing repeated emails, i am getting same reply asking for registered mobile number, order number and transaction id. When transaction failed i did not preserve these number and id's.
                        No one from paytm seems to be bothered. Looking for assistance here.

                        After working with the Credit Card Bank, I got the transaction ID and passed to PayTM. I am following up with them since, still no response.
                        I managed to get one of the ID, which PayTM required for tracking, and after passing same, they do not seem to investigate further. No update to their consumer.

                        Spoke to Nidhi, PayTM support and shared all the details again. After such hectic experience she said, do you have compaint number and to my surprise, I learned that, I should be having this number. I insisted me to share that number this time atleast. The paytm complaint number is[protected].

                        I also told representative, that I am recording a call and this shall be used as justification of my bad experience with PayTM in getting my issue resolved. I wonder if this is to purely harass people.

                        I insisted to speak to manager on duty, but he was not around and asked Nidhi to have him call back in an hour to share my bad experience and expedite my issue on priority.

                        I have already shared the transaction ID # 035328, which I have received from HDFC Bank. I have also shared the HDFC credit card statement. It reflects the amount of 2000/- given to PayTM APP Noida.

                        I do not have and I cannot get any more information than this. Should I understand, paytm cannot do anything because of this?

                            In my latest hdfc credit catd syatement dated 6th june 2017, i found 4 transactions amounting to rs.10000.00 in the name of paytm mobile solutions on 28th may for rs.2000, on 3rd june for rs 2000, on 3rd june for rs.3000, again on 3rd june for rs 3000 and 2 transations amounting to rs.3000 in the name of paytm app noida - on 28th may for rs. 2000 and again on 28th may for rs. 1000total amont rs. 13000, which i have not done st all. Kindly give me the details on which account the amounts were deducted and i request you to kindly revert the amount.

                                    I have made a purchase on 16/10/2016 for 2 items with cashback of amount 279 and 139 resp. I have returned 1 item for which i have received refund excluding cashback amount to my wallet.
                                    I cant see any cashback received in my wallet transaction but credit of refund was there.
                                    When i get back to there customer care they are saying it was added to your account which you have used for next purchase on so and so date.
                                    My only request to them was as i cant see any credit of cashback in my wallet history could you please fetch the detail/statement/transaction id where it was credited to my account.
                                    I have also shared a snapshot of my wallet transaction with them.
                                    But they have only 1 answer you used that amount in next purchase. They are giving me all transaction id except for cashback credit which i am looking for. Worst customer care ever.
                                    This is how you guys are making money taking discount from seller on name of giving cashback to customer and then giving nothing back to customer.
                                    Thanks worst experience ever.
                                    Amazon is far best in online shopping as soon you will tell them any issue with product or delay in refund they will come up /with prompt response/refund.
                                    Customers may have issues at any point of time even with best organization in world. And customer care help to resolve those issues so company will stay best.
                                    Everything was good in paytm so far but such customer care will never hep paytm go far.
                                    On 6 june at 5:40 I added 200rs from indian bank but yet not received in paytm wallet. Please check n return my money.

                                      1. On 6th june 2017 at 04:39 pm i have tried to add rs 400 from my sbi debit card to paytm wallet.
                                      2. I have received a message that the money is debited from my account.
                                      3. But i can see that its not credited into my paytm wallet. And the status is : transaction is waiting for four hrs.
                                      4. Today i have tried calling to paytm customer care help line number, was able to go to the "speak to customer care executive". Help line numbers not answering the call.
                                      5. Customer care help line number of paytm is crap and its taking more than 5 minutes just to get to the option of speaking to a customer care executive., this is worst possible customer service i have seen.

                                      I would like to know why paytm couldn't process the transaction when sbi was clearly showing the debit transaction.

                                      I would like to understand why paytm customer care people couldn't even answer my call.

                                        On may 22, order [protected] and [protected] placed through paytm, where both the orders got failed. But for one of the order, money (Inr 4010) got deducted from my account. Its not refunded yet.
                                        I raised 2 tickets for verification, where i got a reply i shall reach to bank and confirm. As confirmed from them, they said the transaction have been successful. Ask paytm. Its been more than 15 days, money is not refunded.

                                        Process the refund process asap.
