Dear sir,
On dated 10/06/2017 i had booked the car for outing thru just dial. For the same i have made the total payment of rs 3000 thru paytm on mob no [protected]. Car driver was suppose to send the card after payment confirmation. But he did not send any car. Now he is not going to picking his mobile on which i had booked the car. So in this case my humble request you to send me whole details like local address, aadhar details etc.
I wish that like me he should not make fraud to any other. I have already made the complaint to respective police station. Here i have attached the copy of complaint with dully sign and stamp.

So request you to do needful on urgent basis.

Car driver name as conveyed by him is prashant and his mob no is [protected]. I had made the payment thru my mobile no [protected].

Dear sir,
On dated 12.06.17 i got the call from no [protected] (Paytm customer care no) regarding 3000 rs cash reversal for which i had made the complaint to paytm. Complaint no is 31433001. He told me to get cash reversal you have to make the transaction of 12 rs. Here as paytm representative blindly i gave all debit card details to him. Thereafter subsequently by two transaction 1000 rs and 5000 rs has been deducted from my account. I have blocked the my debit card and internet banking and made the complaint to respective bank. The complaint no is sr[protected] and sr[protected].
In this regard please help me to get the money

    I purchased a product worth rs. 42458/- from paytm on 5june 2017. When i ordered product and they give a order id[protected] and i got estimated delivery date 9-12 june. I had been waiting for the product since 5 june. But before it will reached they cancel my order without customer permission.
    They hold my amount in their pocket for 8 days. Also they refund my amount only 36958/- and told that remaining will come in few days. They did cheat with me and i will lodge a complaint to consumer court soon.
    I suggest to all my friends that please do not use paytm for shopping otherwise you will also face the problem like me.

      I did the recharge to my airtel no on 10.06.2017 for 100/- for the first time due to server error displayed is in queue and again i did another recharge for 200/- and again the same message is displayed. But the amount was debited from my Paytm wallet but i didnt receive any recharge..Please find out my query at the earliest.

        I pay 100 rupees to recharge my metro card but I didn't get that recharge...resolve my issue otherwise I will file a case against you guys... Because of this paytm I face a loss of 2 lakh rupees...resolve my issue I am warning you guys... And also I pay for 50 rupees to recharge my mobile phone but it is still in process...

          I made 3 transactions of the same amount on 17th december 2016, that is of rs 4500 each. 2 of them were refunded and 1 of them is still pending ever since. I talked to icici bank too and i was told that its pending from paytm's end.

          Please kindly look into the matter.

              I hve booked a bus ticket from kolkata-paradeep in a/c sleeper in shivanada bus services through paytm, but i got a call from shivanada that i have to go by das bus vide no. Odo5q4250. Then i went to das bus at babughat and got my seat. After this i found it's a/c was not working the vehicle was having a lot many technical problem. Finally it had broken down at basta, balasore at 0230hrs night at a no man area. Then upto morning 0700hrs we wait for the bus to be in good condition but the owner & the staff couldn't take right step at right time. Then i hired a vehicle along with 04 other fellow passengers. Plz give us the bus fare & the hired vehicle rent.

                I want inform yesterday airtel postpaid bill pay rupee 134 massage reciev pending but try again rupee 634 massage again recieve pending after 30 minutes reflect sucsses. My customer go without payment. My loss 738 rupee reason late process paytm. I request pleas refund my amount i. If not refund money i will complain consumer court.

                  This happend on june 8. I transferred rs.510 to my friends wallet, it it has not yet been credited till now. My friend's paytm account is verified. I have complained about this 5 times still no response from paytm's side. Really disappointed on how their customers are treated. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

                    I m facing a problem of not getting a refund of amount.
                    I had booked a ticket through my irctc account and made a payment through my debit card through paytm gateway. Due to some issues i have to cancelled my ticket but i did not get refund but the status shows that it refunded

                    I had booked a railway ticket and paid through paytmag, but the transaction had failed, on 29th june 2017, yet money had been deducted from my account but till date there has been no refund. Also, the irctc website shows that the money has been refunded...

                      I had done recharge through paytm on my reliance no. On 10/6/2017 which till now i have not received. Amount is deducted from my bank account and till now i didn't received the balance.
                      I informed paytm many times but they are not bothered for the same.
                      For them there is no value for money of customers.
                      Immediately provide my recharge, or refund my amount.

                        I used the paytm mode of transaction in railway reservation. The current status points that money has been released by railways and recieved by paytm. But paytm has not refunded the amount yet to my bank. I used my debit card for transaction.

                          6th of june i want to pay shopkeeper with paytm from my account which i have in hdc bank. But at the time of payment transaction had failed but amount is debited from my account. But still amount is not add in paytm nor add in my hdfc account.

                            Hello,

                            This is regarding an iphone that i have bought a month back from paytm and one i have bought 10 days before.

                            Today i found that the usb that i was provided inside the box was not original. This is really very disappointed from there end that the products that they are providing to there customers is not the original one. The product is been swaped from original to duplicate and they are making fool of there customers.

                            I went to the service center of iphone and they tols me that the usb is not original and its a duplicate one.

                            I am there regular customer and finding this kind of services is really disappointed.

                            Request you to please take some action against this asap.

                            Your quick response and some strict action will be highly appreciated.

                              This is to inform u that tx no. [protected] was done on 29th of april for which i got the msg that the amount has been refunded. But actually the amount was never refunded to my bank a/c. When i saw the msg i again made the payment against the bill. After sometime i came to know that double amount has been paid i. E. By paytm (Amount which was supposed to be refunded) and me too, which was again through paytm. Plz refund the same.

                                I placed an order at 4:13 pm, may 21 2017 for lg 1.5 ton 3 star split ac (Js-q18spxd).
                                I paid rs, 41408 for the same which was eligible for rs. 5000 cashback.
                                I applied the promo code and waited for my order to be delivered.

                                But, to my surprise they delivered it after 10 days and no cashback after that.

                                I asked them, and now they denied that we have applied cashback promo code and now it is removed from orders section in website. They are tampering with the data.

                                They are not ready to return the product either. Rejected the return request and no cashback.
                                Same product is available for 38k in other websites but i went for paytm because of better deal, now i am at loss.

                                Paytm must give proper reasons for all this cheating they have done.

                                  It was very bad experience which i faced with paytm

                                  I have thinking of starting paytm vollet two month before, one day i. E. On 13 th may 2017, i had created my account in paytm and have added rs 5000 from my sbi account in my vallet, on same day my account was blocked... Before intimating me or provided any quary.
                                  I have called to the customer care executive many time for proper guidance also i have received email from paytm care for sorry mail... But the problem was not solicitated.. I have called mr. Arun yadav ref. No. 30215004 dated 25th may 2017 for the solution in paytm care but the solution was not solved, then i received one e-main in which it was clearly mention that i have to provide the transaction details i. E. Sms which came from bank side and paytm side along with kyc, and the same i have provided on the due date along with voter id card as kyc, again i have called on 31st may 2017 for my account unblock and the agent was mr. Sakir ali ref. No. 30686762 who has told that we have received all details from your side and the issue will get resolved with in 48 hours... It was just a face service from the same agent... Again my problem was not yet resolved and the date was 10th june 2017... Again i have called paytm care and the agent was mr. Akhilesh bin ref no..29475246 for the same support for id unblock he has taken complain for the same and have also confirmed that i have submitted all information with respect to the transaction details and kyc and has given time for apprx...48 hours for resolution...

                                  It was very bad experience from paytm side... As i had used the paytm service from the first time

                                  Let see whether my account will get unblock or not, i am giving 48 hours to the paytm service to release my account else i will complain to the payment forum or in social media for the the bad experience

                                    I have orderd car 4d mats. It has shipped, i was waiting 10 days but i havnt recieved product.
                                    After 10 days i got a message that they refund my money, instead of sending my product.
                                    It has wasted my time and i did not use mats for my car.

                                        Dear team,

                                        I booked busticket on 8th june pnr no:-3891344, through ur paytm, rs 2038/- (Date of journey:09-june-17 place of journey: hubli to goa traveler; seabird) but this amount not credited to my account. I have sent complaint to customer care as they have collected cash from customer while travelling even though we made payment through paytm and also very bad response we received from the seabird travellers which was very worst experience. The bus was actually booked morning at.5:15 am and we received call from seabird stating your bus cancelled due to some bus technical problem hence we have rescheduled at 1:00 am at the same time they collected cash even though we booked ticket through paytm. So my humble request u to take necessary action and kindly give solution to me and this might help other as well to be aware of such things.
