As my phone was not working and shops were closed due to lockdown so I have purchased a phone for Paytm on 13.05.21 and paid in advance.

The estimated delivery was 16-17 May but it was delivered to me on 19th May.
To continue working I have borrowed the phone from a friend in the meanwhile.
When I opened the packing, the box of the phone was in a very bad condition.
The phone is very expensive for me and I have purchased it from my hard earned money.
So I did not switched ON the phone as I don’t want to take any chance that may cause a problem later and have requested Paytm for the return along with the attached pictures.
They kept on asking for pictures again and again for the next 3 days and I kept sharing.
After that they have given a time of 48 hours to review.
Then till 5 days there was no response from their end, I kept on trying to reach them but I was unable to do that.
After 5 days I receive the message that my request has been rejected without any explanation.
I kept on asking for the reason but Paytm is not responding since then.

Needed to return the borrowed phone and to continue working I needed a phone so when Paytm did not respond after 48 hours so I had purchase a phone from the store.
I can’t afford 2 phones and I would need Paytm to return my money and take their phone back.
Your support and help in this matter is needed as Paytm is not responding to my request and is doing arbitrariness.

I have tried to pay loan on mpokket app through paytm but the amount 1, 860 is not debited to the required app.And i have received debited message from my bank with a valid proof(screenshot of the message in my mobile). Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

This is in regards to the amount INR Rs 11, 868 which is still not refunded from Paytm. It's been 6 months and I am still waiting to get this amount which I had spent on GoAir Airlines tickets via Paytm.

I had booked 4 GoAir airlines tickets which were scheduled for 19th December 20202 from DEL(Delhi) to BOM(Mumbai) with PNR number M95T8G. Booking ID for this is [protected]. Due to some technical issue on GoAir end, the flight was rescheduled by GoAir.

I reached out to GoAir customer support and informed them that the rescheduled timing is not comfortable for my family to travel and requested alternate schedules. Upon which GoAir informed that there is no alternate timings and only option is to cancel the ticket from GoAir end and against that whole amount will be refunded. I agreed to the refund process and received emails from GoAir mentioning about the refund amount. Below I have attached the email copies which I have received from GoAir.

As I mentioned earlier, it's been 5 months, 24 days and still the amount is not credited /refunded to my account.

I have been in discussion with Paytm since last December 2020 where I have explained to many of Paytm support agents and escalation team providing proof that the refund amount I should receive is INR Rs.11, 868 but no luck. A few times it has happened that my calls were hung up after I asked to transfer the call to the senior supervisor. Below is the list reference ID till now I have received from Paytm :

Each time I call Paytm customer care, I have to explain my issue and at the end of the day I get similar updates mentioning below :

-Your issue is escalated and the escalation team
-refund team is working on your issue
-We are working on your issue
-We have escalated this issue
-We are awaiting a response from the refund team
-We have raised your concern and you will get a response after 7 Days.

And the worst thing happening is, Paytm support is sending multiple emails asking me to share my bank details so that they can refund me INR Rs.1225. I really don't understand on what basis Rs.1225 is getting refunded ? I have also reached out to Paytm Care via messages on Twitter, Facebook but no luck.

To clarify if there is something pending from GoAir, I reached out to them and got to know that they have already transferred the refund amount to Paytm. Also they shared the invoice copy with me.

I am really disappointed with Paytm service and the way Paytm is handling my issue.

This has suffered me a lot and I would request Paytm to please please please refund my complete amount with additional penalty amount for the trouble caused to me.

I have order a phone with Paytm.
Firstly they delivered the phone 2-3 late.
When I received the phone it was in a dented box both from inside and outside.
The dent was big that it has reached the phone body.
I did not even switched ON the phone and sent a return request with pictures with the stipulated time.
They asked for the pictures thrice which I shared.
They told me to answer in 48 hours but I kept on trying to reach them but they did not respond in 5 days and after 5 days they rejected my request.
The phone was important to me as I couldn’t work without it so when they were not responding I had to purchase a phone from the store.
Now Paytm is not returning my money.
Please help me to get it back from them.

Booked flight tickets via Paytm for 54k which included convenience charge that was not refundable. But when canceled tickets Paytm deducted 4K for handling charges and Refunded only 10k where as airline had refunded 14k.

My late fee was not waived as promised by the collection agents, i have received calls from paytm postpaid agents stating kindly repay with 4500/- and your account will be closed within 48 hours, same agents has mentioned on whatsapp also i have paid 4500/- on 17 may, i was offered to settle the payment 4500/- so paid payment online to paytm app, collection guys said pay the amount late fee of 730 approx will get waived, still i have received sms and call for due amount, also bad behavior by collection agents on call, they doesnt know how to speak with corporate customer, why they have given me false commitment, i will lodge the complain to the ministry of india about your way that you are dealing with customer and given personal data to your collection team with false statement, you guys are harrasing the customers with their personal data. Kindly take the necessory action to your collection agency and check the call recording for 17 may, please refer the attach snap shot, kindly resolve this metter, i will file petition about very poor service by paytm and bad customer service and playing with customer' mind with their personal data.

It's been 4 months since my paytm account has been blocked for unknown reasons. Is this a new fraud by Paytm?
There is no customer support mechanism to solve the issue, . From the app, I have raised multiple requests, provided all the information asked, still I am getting some repeated automatic replies.

I don't intend to use Paytm ever in future but request you to close my account and refund my wallet money.

I deposited 1000 INR into my parimatch account by SBI online banking through times of money limited. Money got deducted from my SBI account but didn’t came into parimatch account. Please refund back my money.

I have placed Bigbasket order DXMPO[protected] today with the order amount of 3990 using my paytm wallet.
Bigbasket is saying they didnt receive the amount from paytm txn and you guys saying over message that its credited to Bigbasket.

How is that possible where did my money go?

I had booked a flight from Bengaluru, which was on 26th April, 2021. Due to some reason I had to cancel the flight, so I raised a cancellation request from paytm app on 23rd April(3days before journey). After raising the request, I received an acknowledgement email from paytm saying that they have received the request and it will be processed in 48hrs. But till 26th I didn't received any update. When I checked with airAsia, the told that they haven't received any cancellation request and because of no-show only taxes will be refunded. And the amount paytm refunded was 0. Clearly this is a bug in paytm app or delay from their side because of which cancellation request didn't reached airasia, and because of their mistake I shouldn't bear the loss. I have the acknowledgement email which I will attach here. Even after constantly complaining, paytm is not giving me any resolution. Please look into this issue and help me to get my refund.
