I was booking flight of vistara airlines and due to application issue it get changed to air india flight and due to this issue now i need to fly for 14 hours in place of 5 hours with 3year old kid...

Support team made me fool for 2 days and closed ticket without coordinating with me and emailed that there was no issue in app...

They are making fools and floor managers never come on calls to coordinate and support make fool on the name of technical department...

Never going to trust them again

    I added paytm 350 to wallet for uber trancsactions paytm nt worked their.
    After that one msg came from one97 communications about the paytm opt out services for the payments bank. So i sent my request to [protected]@paytm.com.
    They deactivated my account but not refunded my wallet amount i already shared them my bank details as they asked within email, but nothing response is coming from their side.

      Hi,

      I had bought the wonder woman movie voucher on may 29th 2017, it was a couple ticket movie voucher.
      I wanted to go for the premiere hence i wanted to pre-book it.

      The pre-condition for the bookings are
      * discounted promocode is valid till 30th june 2017.
      * offer valid till june 2nd, 2017.

      Pfa as the snapshot, where the error is displayed, i tried to book the tickets on 30th morning its self.
      The error mentioned "the promocode is applicable only for wonder woman movie"

      The crux of the matter is, i was booking for wonder woman movie itself, and there was only one theater & only one show, i tried booking since morning and all the seats were available.

      I spoke to their customer care collectively for at least 2 hrs, on 30th may & even wrote them couple of emails.
      -they called back and told that they`ll resolve the issue and call back, they never called back.
      - they wrote back the email with the resolution on how to apply the code, but i explained them clearly that i had done the same way.
      - they were not only clueless, but rude at times on resolving the issue.
      - the customer executive understood the complaint but was unable to solve the issue, hence he passed it on the call to his supervisor, the supervisor had only one answer 'sir, it is based on terms & condition"to use it before june 2nd"
      My problem was, the seats were full, and i had to book front row seats, if i had to book front row seats, why would i pre-book.

      - they eventually did not pick up the call.

      Please request to refund rs. 500.

        I have made payment through paytm for power bill payment on 23/5/2017. but in track order status the payment was failed 2 times. and from my account amount was deducted. Then i have made payment for the same on 25/5/2017 which was successful. but the amount which was deducted on 23/5/2017 is not transferred in my account till. Kindly check the status and transfer the amount in my account 1861/- or contact me ASAP.

          I'd paid lpunest exam fee rs800 by paytm account, because fee payment it showed that inr350 cashback. But till now i do not get inr350 promo code for cashback, then tell me how long it will return inr350. My paytm transaction id : lpu order #23069517_[protected] (April 28, 2017 09:37a.             Today tried to pay Rs.370 from my paytm wallet in MORE shopping. I received OTP's n submitted latest OTP. But payment declined from paytm wallet. I have Rs. 1000 cash balance in my wallet. But I am unable to pay because of your bad service. Please send back cash to my account.

              I spoke to one of your respresentatives but they told me that i have to wait for a week or the money will be reflected in my wallet... I made a bank transfer around 8 days before of inr 700... Bt the recharge was not successfull i was told told wait for a week now that it has been more... I want an immidiate action... My contact info [protected]... For the very first time i have trust issues with paytm... Before i raise my complain any further you people will contact me as soon as possible...

                  My paytm id is [protected] and recharge Tatasky via paytm worth Rs 600. Tatasky is saying they have not received the payment. However the amount got deducted from my bank account by Paytm.

                  Even my passbook is not updated by Paytm and not showing any order id for this transaction. I dont know how RBI give them approval.

                  There is no customer care of paytm where I can speak with any of the cutomer care executive. These guys are really cheater. Please help me.

                            I have ordered fastrack 6078sm02 women analog watch order no.[protected] on 10:17pm on 29th may 2017.

                            1. Got message on 02-may-2017 at 1:04 pm "your order will be attempted today".
                            2. Delivery boy didn't called me
                            3. Got message on 02-may-2017 at 10:48 pm, order is successfully delivered to yatin.

                            I didn't received the ordered, how the status has been changed to delivered? Who is yatin. There is no nearby yatin in my neighborhood.

                            Not happy with service.

                            Please sort it out asap otherwise i'll file complain to consumer court for cheating the customers.

                                I purchase a mobile phone from one company and the payment of Rs 4999 was made through paytm mobile solution on the 1st March 2017 but the following day it shows payment failed and more over the money has been deducted from my account. I've already contacted my bank and they concluded that the transaction was sucessful from the bank side. In the passbook it shows that payment was sucessfully paid to paytm mobile solution. I have not receive back the money or there's no money in my paytm wallet. I just want whats rightfully mine.

                                  I am writing in to seek justice for aa willful fraud committed upon me by paytm wallets bank.

                                  This is in regards to a wilful fraud perpetrated upon me by the team at paytm by closing my account without consent or information and by denying knowledge about my money and important transactions. I request you to kindly take action against paytm and direct them to restore, reinstate my account.

                                  Last evening, i received a call from paytm, where the employee told me that many such accounts are being closed without information or consent and when i asked him about where is all that money going, he said i can raise an escalation about it. Kindly note that even though, after raising the issue, i have got paytm to admit that they have not disclosed where my money and i am forcing paytm to give back my money, paytm as the employee said has no knowledge either where money is or when it will be returned to people.

                                  This sounds like a huge case of fraud and embezzlement wherein without any information paytm is closing accounts and keeping the money to self.

                                  It is also important to note here that in all interactions with paytm, the employees are not giving their names or designation at paytm.
                                  How did i come to know about this?

                                  I had an important payment to make at a shop and instead of withdrawing cash i thought of paying it through paytm. The account didn't work and no one at paytm helped. They failed to recognize my details. Upon repeated escalations, they admitted they just erased my account on a whim. Repeated escalations to top management at paytm has resulted in no answer instead, no one senior at paytm is ready to talk about this. Only junior most people are being deliberately propped up to defend the intention of paytm to embezzle our money.

                                  I request you to kindly intervene. Paytm is forging documents and not giving me correct details or information. They say that when on 19th may their employee ganesh emailed me, asking me to reply back to confirm closure of the account, i did reply him. That never happened. I never confirmed to ganesh on 19th of may. However, divyanshu and others from paytm are saying that they have an email.
                                  This is to me a clear case of forgery.

                                  The grievance officer and the ceo of the company both of whom are aware of this are deliberately abetting this. Though they say they will refund my money but

                                  * no one knows how much money was there in the account. Paytm is bringing out vague account statements with almost no info probably forged statements to say the amount that was in the account.

                                  * no timeline is being committed by paytm as to when the money will be refunded.

                                  * paytm is not telling me where my money is. They never told me about closing my account. So where is the money now? In an escrow account? With the rbi? In a consolidated account?

                                  Request everyone reading this to urge paytm to return my account in its original form.

                                        I had processed payment of rs. 4000/- in favor of institute of chartered accountants of india from my hdfc bank account on 2nd june, 2017.
                                        The debit details are[protected] ccapaytmcom and reference number is[protected].

                                        I was to get acknowledgement number of payment from institute of chartered accountants of india but screen showed transaction failed while my bank account no. [protected] has been debited by rs. 4000/-.

                                        Kindly arrange onward payment to icai or refund to my bank account as above.
                                        I had processed payment of Rs. 8260/- in favour of institute of chartered accountants of India from my union account on 12/07/2018 Reference id is 91397307

                                        I was to get acknowledgement number of payment from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India but screen showed transaction failed while my bank account no.[protected] has been debited by Rs. 8260/-.

                                        Kindly arrange onward payment to IcaI or refund to my bank account as above.
